If I could give it 0 stars I would, opened a new policy and was charged so much, even after having previous ins. the person who opened the new policy knew nothing about what the customer needed, no communication on what paper work I needed, knew nothing about extra charger, every time I called she was always at Lunch or off for the day, basically took my money and was never there after. DO NOT GO HERE, you would be better of doing it yourself.

I dont mind having this insurance company but every month are bank account is not automatic drafted like we are signed up for so than i have to go in and get it fixed which the staff in GALVESTON are sweet but it cost me an additional fee which im tired of paying monthly bc somewhere something is wrong bc my bank account isnt being automated draft. SO 4 STARS FOR GALVESTON BUT 1 STAR FOR THE SYSTEM THEY USE!
