Dennis was absolutely the best! He went way beyond the call of duty to help us out and probably saved our lives. He was helpful, kind, courteous and did everything he could think of to help us out. He rescued us in the middle of the desert and hauled us 600 miles. He was very knowledgeable and tried to explain what went wrong with our car in terms we could understand. He is a well of mechanical knowledge. He was able to give us some top notch ideas and contacts. This gentleman is a rarity in the world today as he is one of the last good Samaritans left in the world. This man is 100% trust worthy and on the level. I highly recommend this man and his company.

I was traveling from KY to AZ and had a flat tire. A classy were the first people I called and they changed my tire for me! They (Father and Son) were so kind, helpful and hilarious. There are still good people out in the world! They were gracious enough to even escort us to the nearest Walmart to show us were to get our tire replaced and the closest hotel. They went above and beyond. I’m so thankful for their service as a female traveling alone!

Once I got past a non-affiliated dispatch that took over two hours to contact this driver, things went very smooth. The driver was professional and was forthcoming on time frame. We broke down 30 miles outside of Gallup. We called triple aaa we had no luck getting towed. They had no available trucks. We had to call a tow truck who refused to bring us to Albuquerque he said he would drop us off at loves gas station in Gallup. We called a classy auto recovery after 7 pm he was on his way to flagstaff but offered to turn around and meet us at loves gas station and bring us to Albuquerque . He even tried calling triple a so we can go through them but they refused. We appreciate him very much going out of his way. My nephew enjoyed the ride home and had a conversation all the way back. He was such a nice guy. Thank you

This is a Father & Son Team, very pleasant to deal with and made my experience less stressful. They came as quickly as possible, hooked my car up and tow me to a tire shop in Gallup, NM. I was fortunate & grateful that they allowed me to ride inside the cab of the tow truck, I was told by my insurance company USAA that they could not guanantee me that I would be able to ride along with my car while being towed due to Covid 19. Needless to say all worked out well with all of us wearing our mask and I was able to take the tow ride with my car, it was a relief of stress. What a great help Dennis was! He really went above and beyond to help us in a tough time. We ended up having a busted axle and wheel bearing on our pull camper and Dennis came to the rescue. First, he made sure we got to a safe spot, then he negotiated with the terr— I mean insurance company, then he tirelessly found someone to build us a new axle the evening before Thanksgiving, then he spent his Thanksgiving morning installing it. I mean, the man knows his stuff AND is extremely dedicated in making sure you are safe and taken care of. He even called to make sure we got to our destination safe and secure. Helped get my Travel Trailer off Hwy 40 in AZ when I felt I was in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday .. After losing a wheel and I mean the whole rim and tire went bouncing down the road after snapping all the studs on the hub .. They then were able to find all the parts needed to actually fix it .. New Studs .. New U-Bolts .. New Leaf Springs .. and a New mounted tire .. I was back on the road in under 24hrs .. My problem added a day to my cross country trip .. But their Help is what allowed me to complete it

Dennis I could never say thank you enough. My family and I were stranded in no where land Sanders. Had called our warranty on the car for a tow only to find out the nearest shop was 200 miles away and warranty only covered $100.00 for a tow. I called and cancelled the tow due to not having funds to cover the other miles that were not covered. Moments later the driver I had cancelled on *Dennis* personal called and helped walk me through my options. Which was not at all his issue to deal with. He went above and beyond and was a heaven send when we had no where to turn. In turn thanks to his advice we were able to get safely towed 200 miles into Farmington to a hotel. Dennis was quick to pick us off of the busy I40 in the middle of the night with just one phone call!!! He was prompt to get there, quick to hitch up my car, and was great on the wallet. He brought us and our car to our hotel that we had to book that Sat night close to the place of the event. He then continued to help us out on Sunday morning by looking for a rim in his yard that would fit our car (because unfortunately the rim also got bent in the horrible potholes). He truly showed his generosity when HE CALLED US Sunday morning to let us know he found a rim that would likely fit my make and model. He was willing to bring it to us and help put it on (again, on a Sunday when all shops were closed). Truly a great guy! The rim didn’t end up fitting because of my disk pattern, but he ended up helping us lift my car and replace the flat tire/bent rim with our spare (something we didn’t want to do on the side of I40 in the middle of the night when it was 20 degrees outside). I truly thank Dennis for his services he provided us. His promptness after my own insurance company couldn’t find anything for me in the area was a reminder that humanity is still good. So on 5 May we lost a wheel off our camper, Dennis showed up and knew exactly what happened. We winched it on to his flat bed and he towed it to town. He knew exactly where in the Tractor Supply store to go and where our lug nuts were and lug studs were. I could have likely fixed it myself but he said no, i see your Disabled Veterans tags and my daughter is in the Navy, I want to help. He sure did help, yes i had to make a couple more runs for parts but who cares if you can get back on the road (less than 15$ worth of extra parts). We replaced the broken studs while the trailer was still on his flat bed, no bending over, and he helped me hook it back on our truck. Trip saved! Thanks so much Dennis! Me and my wife and two babies in diapers had a great trip thanks to him. Little Max wanted so bad to say thanks and Dennis gave him a giant High Five! What more could i possible say...

Dennis absolutely went above and beyond!! He advocated for me with my road side assistance company and instead of just covering me for 15 miles, they covered me for the whole 120 mile tow. I am so happy. I would highly recommend this tow company! Dennis is responsive, helpful and has a great attitude.

I am not from the area and after calling the State patrol and 911 this guy rescued me from a mud road I never should have went down I was very hard to find and he didnt give up till he got me out of there. When I got stuck my car broke and he got some tools took me to get part and helped me fix it. Def call this guy if u are in the area of Gallup NM.

Dennis went way above and beyond the call of duty. When my parents and I got a flat on the side of I40, due to us hitting a pot hole, we had to replace our tire. Dennis gave my dad a ride back into Gallop to help find a tire. Given that this happened on a Sunday, most of the tire shops were closing or didnt really want to help with a tire, still Dennis continued to take my dad to try other tire shops. When we were unable to locate the correct tire, Dennis went even further to help us. He put our van on his tow truck and gave us a ride. He didnt take us to a hotel, to a repair shop or even the next town. No, Dennis gave us a ride home from Gallup all the way back to Albuquerque. I can say without a doubt that Dennis helped us more then we ever expected. He was only responsible for helping us with the tire but took it upon himself to help total strangers and make a nightmare experience so much more bearable. I cant thank him enough.

Dennis was amazing this morning, he was very helpful, he came to the rescue really quick, picked up my car and towed me from Thoraeu to Albuquerque and made sure that I was ok. When we got to Albuquerque early morning we left the car to the service point and he drove me home so I dont sit in cold and wait for an Uber as the service point was still closed for a couple of hours.
