Did they bring in a new crew that seem to stumbling with oil change....

They do a quick and quality oil change but nothing else. I have my GMC in three times. Only vacuumed the first time. Never washed. I had it in today and no vacuum. For the price I could get it done a Jiffy Lune and come away with a clean interior and windows.

The third place I had to call for an oil change in my new Buick Enclave. The dealer in Colorado said it would be a week before they could do it. The one in Utah said it would be at least 2 days. Rico got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Would give them a 20 out of 10. A great place for service.

Great place!!!, I was calling around several at places in Gallup to find a place that carried Valvoline Full Synthetic 5w-30 oil. Pep boys was out of that kind of oil. So I kept calling down the list, no one could help me, I thought ok. Next was Rico Quick Lube. I called, the Manager said no we carry Valvoline, but not full synthetic. I said ok thanks. He says but, if you bring that oil in we will change it for you. I was like right on, I will be there in awhile. Went in, they took care of me & they ckd out my Tundra, for needed fluids, my lights & cleaned my windows. The Crew there is 5 Star. I will be back. They were the only place that offered to help me, thats what I call Professional Service. THANKS!!! RICO QUICK LUBE & CARWASH.
