First post was wrong. This place is great. Traveling cross country my front axle got bent. Stopped in Gallup and found Ace Trucks. They got me in fast. A place to keep on your map if u ever need service.

Excellent service. We broke down in the road, and Ace treated us like family. Really appreciated how they took us under their wedding. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly.

I took our travel trailer in to have the bearings inspected and repacked. Even though I’m local, they seemed eager to work me in that day. The total cost was about what I had expected. The guys in the shopped seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, my experience was positive. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Great bunch guys very helpful and professional. I was just passing thru when my transfer case blew up. They made sure I got into a good motel and came and picked me up after the repairs were made.

The reefer went out on my semi trailer. I went to the TA and they told me it was the circuit board. I then went up the street to Ace; the gentleman there checked it out and had it running in 15 minutes. It was a blown mini fuse; a $1.01 part. Had a truckload of milk going to some grocery stores. Nice and fast service. We called in the morning, wheel seal needed to be changed, AJ told us to come on but did warn me he had two trucks head of me. I sent my Truck at Ace shop for not doing Regin at my 2017 Volvo. on Thursday 2020. Shop checked my Truck and advised DPF 7th injector with Dosing injector And 2 more parts. Till here every thing was good. now they told me they can order the parts for same day freight charges $325. which is ok but when I see their estimate for parts it was $700 extra mark up on $1100 parts. I had my another truck coming from Albuquerque Nm. I called to shop asked if I can get the parts and drop to shop due to my truck coming towards shop. they gave me green light my driver got parts and drop next morning 8.30 am to shop due to by the time I ordered parts shop was closed.Any ways real story starts now. shop start avoiding my and Truck they took an RV and start working on that RV. I called 11 am and I been told Because I brought my own parts I will be work in due to I brought my own parts. and they might put mechanic on my Truck in 1 hr . My driver called me again at 1.30 they start working on another truck shows up but not on my truck. I called in and talk to shop they clearly told me Because I brought my own parts. so I will be worked on after all trucks fixed. I asked very gently Sir I asked you before I ordered the parts can I bring my own parts you said yes. if you guys want me to wait and suffer due to bringing my own parts. you should tell me yesterday now its Friday and you telling me 2 pm I have to wait till Monday. Finally my driver offered shop he can pay extra $200 Caz his wife and kid is alone at home and he no wana get stuck. these smart people start working on his truck in 20 mins. But unfortunately after all parts and codes they had they were not able to fix the truck .i dont know who you guys called I do have receipt all the parts u guys asked and I brought to you were bought from Bruckners,s Albuquerque NM. I do have all proofs so stop making things up

Needed a belt tensioner for a isx cummins. Called them up with part # parts department said theyd call me back in 5 minutes to let me know whether they had one. Called me back in a few minutes said had one on shelf. Went there part was on counter waiting for me. In and out quick. Great experience!!

This place is the epitome of entrapment highway robbery. You cant bring your own parts they say because insurance reasons but its because they mark them up 2x 3x times the closest place they can get parts Albuquerque then charge you a delivery fee the owner uses an app called reputation defender to delete negative reviews

Thank you AJ and team for the professional job fixing our 5th wheel. ACE came out and fixed one of our wheels when a tire came off. Then we followed the truck back to their shop where they checked our other three wheels. They worked with our warranty company which made the experience less stressful. Traveling across New Mexico toward Arizona on I-40, our Class A RV developed electrical problems. We called while several miles out and AJ told us to bring her in and hed take look. In short order AJ and Jordan found the problem, fixed it, and we were on our way. They were helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and fair priced. They were great!

Pleasantly surprised, took care of my repair in a professional and timely manner. Very clean shop with ongoing upgrades to the office and drivers lounge. Gave me a ride to motel and back when repairs were completed. Repair estimate was spot on and repair completed very quickly.

Was stopped at the weigh station with a leaking wheel seal. They came right away with the right parts and repaired the entire problem, seals bearings and brakes. Experienced and professional!!

This place at FIRST seemed Nice ?...THEN When we got the estimate HOLLY COW ! IT WOULD have been Way CHEAPER to have the DEALER to fix it $2000 above what the Dealers estimate was ! Also their Nice Atitude changed when I told them NO on the repairs I also asked them to pick me up to take me to their Shop and they Said No One is Available Liars they had 2 guys just standing around and a Shop truck FIND A BETTER SHOP ! Is ALL I HAVE TO SAY

We had to fix our truck, and this was the closest shop, and we had to fix NOX sensor. Average price to fix it with diagnostics is between $700- $1100.

I had my turbo go out about 20 miles out of town, within 15 minutes or arriving at the shop they had me in a bay. They explained every step on the diagnosis process and exactly where each piece had failed. The mechanics were very professional and AJ was great about giving me consistent updates thruout the entire repair. If I wander thru New Mexico again and need work I’ll be using them again.

I am a retired law enforcement officer and 100 percent service connected. I am a Patriot Guard Rider and help our vets.AJ is knowledgeable, but watch out for the knife in the back.Do not go here because they will act like they are helping you, but in reality they are frauds. THe reason why they wont let you bring in your own parts is because they cant mark them up 50 percent. AJs comment will be I got to make a little bit on the parts. 50 percent right.

I had a loss of power issue with my International Prostar Cummings ISX on Sunday. All of the local shops of course are closed, so I hung out at TA and researched the local vendors. ACE is literally across the way. I got in at 715am and Jasper listened to my explanation and got me into a service bay ASAP! At 9am, Jasper comes up to the drivers lounge and explained in full detail what he found and the resolution of the problem. You cannot put a price on quality services and the people providing these services. Drivers of youre in need of services they will get you back on the road. Im convinced! Again thanks Jasper!!!

If there will be 0 star, I’ll be happy give them 0 star.Our truck was shown a yellow engine light it was happened Friday night. I found ACE and called them. After I explain to ACE rep AJ about issue. He said come on Saturday, and I’ll give you an estimate, so we’ll have option to choose wait there until Monday or.... Also he said, shop can start all repair work on Monday-Tuesday. And that time I thought he’s honest man. So I accepted it, and I thought at least we’ll know an estimate & has the KW dealership the parts what we need.However before closing ACE shop’s rep called me and said they don’t know an estimate and they don’t even know has a dealership parts???! I was shocked, and asked what do you do for 4 hours if not found out the estimate and parts availability? For that he said, we need to wait until Monday because he called 10 times and couldn’t reach the KW dealership’s part service department. After that I immediately called to the KW Dealership and successfully was connected with parts - service department. That means they never called to the KW dealership, RUDE CHEATERS. Their goals was just to charge us. For nothing done, they give me the bill for $375.43.After all discussion I just said him “ok, go to the driver, and he’ll give the EFS check, because their CCard mashine is not working at that time”👎🏻. So he went and ask from driver check, my driver got a check and turn on engine, ACE rep came and told him, that he’ll call to police 😾. I was so surprised again, because that time I was already issued the money code. (I think he thought we’ll run). I just ask from him why you’ll call to the police??? I have to call to police, and file case because the ACE is stilling my money in the middle of the day for nothing!!!I’m always happy to pay, when people keep their promises!!!I hope they’ll have bad luck and this business is going to be close, because I don’t want them to lie to people!God Bless All American Truckers & Best Shops/Dealership (where people are honest), and never be brake around such as a bad shops as a 👹 ACE.I’m sorry for a such a bad review, but it’s what it is!

I just had a duel pump put on fast work good experience good people

While traveling thru Gallup with my diesel pusher Motorhome we developed a fuel line leak. Late friday afternoon and we made several calls and no one really wanted to help with an RV. One truck repair receptionist suggested Ace so we contacted them. Talked with the mechanic on duty who told us to bring it in and he would take a look. Mechanic, I think it was AJ, stayed late to look at the engine. We didnt mind that we had to wait for parts because of the weekend. The next business day Ace got right to work on ordering parts and got us back on the road a quickly as they could. We are very grateful that Ace was there to help and willing to go the extra mile. We made the rest of our 3 month/7600 mile journey with problems. Thanks.

Thank you Jasper very professional and reasonably priced and very honest he said that was going to take 2hrs to fix the truck and only took 1hr and he charged just 1hr for me means a lot cause Most of the places tell you 2hrs and you are lucky if they charge you 2hrs ....some times they take more time so you pay half the labor of work and the other half paying the Mecanic just to be smoking around your truck which is frustrating

Terrible service 5 hour job took. 5 days to fix say one thing then change it 2min later say they will pick you up at hotel then wont terrible terrible terrible plus very expensive

Absolutely terrible!My truck blew out a tire a few miles from their shop right before the weigh station and I called them for service.They said they had one used drive tire for $275.It was expensive but I told them to bring it anyway, they told me it will be three hours or maybe less till someone can get out there and I said fine.They took all the company and truck information, my phone number, my drivers phone number.After waiting for three hours my driver called them and they said that they dont have anyone to send.When i called them, the guy picked the phone and I started telling him that this is unacceptable and he just hung up on me and when I called again, he didnt pick up the phone so i had to look for a different service after hours.

The only shop I trust in New Mexico.
