Im giving this place a 3 star only because of the after hours drop off was very confusing and the lack of signage. Because they are behind a car dealership, its hard to find them and then they barely have any signs for people to know where is their office or their drop off box. Other than that, talked to the agent over the phone who was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted my wife when she went to pick up the keys.The after hour drop off box is under the canopy, at the GMC dealers service lane on the left, before you get to the back lot.

Had a nice truck U-Haul had nothing

I rented a cargo van with them. Starting Monday 11/26 at 11:16 am and I tried to return to them Saturday at 11:30 am. Following their attention hours by their website, Saturdays they should close at 12 noon, my surprise nobody were still working. Why they show something wrong at their website ?On my understand if the van should returned Saturday it should be 5 days of rent, like was the original agreement; I returned the car Monday 12/3 at 9:11 and for my big surprise they said Ill be charged for 8 days even if on my counting I have 7 days not 8 like they charged for it.The funny sentence that I heard from one of this guy it will be unfear for him? For the corporation? And how about the customer? Do they think on Us?Really disappointed...🤔🤔

Of all the options available for moving house hold goods, this was by far the cheapest method If you don’t mind putting in your own elbow grease.For this particular site, I was pleasantly surprised with the team who assisted me. They are very courteous and polite professionals who took in to consideration my unique circumstances and tailored their service to meet my needs. Highly recommended.

Crappy place to rent from. This happened last December and forgot to write a review. I called a month prior and specifically asked for a turbo diesel as we were running a bike up into the mountains for some motor work. Talked them 2 weeks prior to confirm and everything was set. I got there at my scheduled date and time, only to find out not only did they not have my truck, they didnt have a truck. They ended up getting one from the dealer that had just been fixed. The truck was junk. Had a horrible shake for the full trip.

Excellent customer service, Great team members, they always take good care of me. Give them a call before going over and you will be happily driving out with your rental in no time.
