Had a great experience with this organization. I was in a tough situation. I needed to rent my truck for a move am conducting last night. There was a very strong wind with lots and lots of rain. So I knew I will be arriving late. Although the owners were already closed for the day, they drove back, in a heavy down pour, to ensure that I was able to get the truck rented last night. I am very grateful for understanding the sense of urgency and taking care of the problem. That is true customer service.

And this just makes moving easier
