First of all the police in moungomery county wrongfully took possession of my car, but the reason for this review is the car was only secured loosely by one strap, per D.O.T regulation it’s supposed to be secure at two of the wheels . Very unprofessional

On 5/5/2019 I made a call to LL Towing with no answer. However the owner (I presumed) returned the call promptly and indicate since his driver did not pick up, the call came to him and he will contact the driver and have him returned back the phone call. The driver did.However by the tone in the driver voice he appeared to be annoyed by my call. His voice tone was more of an irritated client than someone who was trying to provide service to others. I decided at that time this was not a good company to perform business with, I should try a different one. My brother told me to look pass the ignorance and continue to do business.I indicated to him where the car was located and where I would like him to deliver/tow it to. He indicated he was familiar with where the car was and that he was minutes away from the site. I also indicated that no one was there at the car but we are on the way.When we reach the car which was about 5 mins away or less we contracted the driver and let him know we were there. The driver indicated he was on his way.Then the driver stated he could not find the area where we were; the information he was given was wrong. In trying to explain to him where he was compared to where he was coming. He became aggressive, demanding, and insulting.That draw the line. When your doing business customer service is a major strong point. Not only has this company loss my business as a visitor but also the business of my family members who lives within the county area and those that comes to visit on a regular that might have car troubles.To the owner, I wont recommend taking the job from this driver. I would say training in customer service is strongly needed for this driver.

Tow driver was vastly more patient and generous with his time than he needed to be, and waited for a little more than an hour for a taxicab to arrive so me and my family didnt have to wait in the rain. Most tow companies would just say welp thats your problem not mine but the driver went out of his way to make sure we werent inconvenienced any more than we already were, which is pretty darn remarkable. If youre going to get surprised by Car Problems and have to get your car towed while you wait for the worlds slowest cab company, you should probably get these guys to handle your tow.

When I called for an estimate one of the workers told me he was to busy for that Im sorry but I had to stop and take time out of my day to write thisIt would have tooken 20 secondsHook up fee XXXAND its XXX per mile
