The owner there is direct forward, good and when my car was towed because of an error in strathmore house appartments he worked with it and had it dropped of so I didnt have to come pick it up in a tropical storm but the female phone staff that I spoke to tho could work on there manners! The other guy I spoke to at first was cool and very polite! They are supposed to drop it off here soon so stay tuned for update!

So this company had all its calls to two different numbers forwarded to my cell number. After the 10th call and getting a call from the police i had to call my cell carrier and of course they couldnt do anything to reduce the number of calls i was getting. You guys suck

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would 100% stay away from this place at all costs. If they ever tow your car, make sure to look at the undercarriage as well because when a tow truck lifts your car there is always a possibility that damage may occur while your car is being lifted. Trying to get a hold of the manager or a supervisor forget about it there’s no management in this place whatsoever no one knows when the Manager is scheduled to work. The receptionists is not the problem here it’s the manager on how he or she runs the business. I have filed a damaged claim with them and waited the next day to hear back only way for a manager to contact you is if you have filled out a claims form. So I did that I got in contact with some lady I’m guessing she is a supervisor I don’t know she didn’t tell me much. She told me to text her photos of where the damage is and so I did and out of coincidence I have photographic evidence of how my car looked the day before my car got towed so I put that on there as well I sent her before and after pictures of my car. To my surprise I got a text back saying “The claim is denied after looking at the before and after pictures the car seems to be a different car” I laughed my butt of when I got that! So now I am at the point where I have to file a claim under my own insurance and pay a deductible for what something was not my fault. They towed my car there is damage and how do I know there is damage you may ask? Well when I started to make turns my car makes a weird noise that it didn’t use to do before it got towed. I looked under my car and sure enough there was damage done. It’s one thing getting towed but it’s another when you get towed and your car that you worked your butt off for has damage now.

I called to have a car towed out my reserved spot that I pay for at 5pm and at 9pm they still have not come to tow the car & stopped answering the phone.

Also, she repeatedly refused to give her full name. Upon repeated questioning, Nancy finally said, her last name was Cruz. More than likely that is a lie. Then, I asked Nancy, what is the full name of your manager? Nancy expressed, she did not know her managers full name. Nonsense! While trying to retrieve my car a random black heavy-set man in a older model rusty red car crossed the street and blocked it with his car and stayed until I had paid and was granted access into the parking lot. After I was allowed entry into the parking lot the unidentified person left. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo of the unidentified person. However, I feel threatened and I will be contacting higher authority.

I got off a recorded line with the most disrespectful individuals. How dare people who have no business working in customer service, tow cars and answer phone calls to deal with people ? Every time we contact them they are incredibly rude but Im sure thats an industry standard. One time they said we had to have cash to pick up the car!I gave an extra star for Dean. My brothers car was illegally towed from a visitor spot with a valid visitors pass hanging from the mirror. There is a group of 5 visitor spaces that end by the trash can. He was parked in the right end space. Behind the first visitor space on the left there is a sign that says visitor parking only and a arrow pointing right. The last 5th space has the word visitor faded but the sign still specifies that it is. With picture evidence they still made us pay to release the car which cost $168. After reading all the comment Im sure this place is tax scamming or something because we were informed cash or money order only because the machine was down too. This is a common complaint for over a year now. Theyre rude and taking advantage of the fact that people need there car and the price rises daily. Never associate with this place.

Opportunist

These guys towed my truck for not parking visitors parking when I had a parking pass. They control the parking spots in various apartment complexes around Gaithersburg and only have a certain number of spots available when they are filled you get towed. How convenient and the POS they have working for them are the rudest and arrogant people you will meet. If you are thinking about hiring them dont. If you are a company that uses you might want to change towing companies. I cant give negative stars or I would.

This isnt my car, but this does not look safe, and is probably really bad for the wheel bearings, suspension, and steering components. The driver should have placed a wheel dolly under the front axle to prevent it from pulling to the side like this. I owned a Sequoia and know for a fact there is a locking steering column, so the wheels were already turned like that when they hooked this up to the truck.July 23, 2018 on the ICC around 10:45pm, if this is your car I feel for you.

My car had its the complex sticker on it. And they still towed my car for unspecified reason.. i called and they said they were there and when i got there.. no one was there to attend me... what a waste of time.. smh...

I believe this company has some commission based contract with Congressional Towers and Rollins Park Apartments. These apartments have merged parking areas and new comers gets their car towed despite having parking permit stickers.

Crooks and thieves. Two times our cars have been taken from our own parking spot in the middle of the night. Each time the correct permits were displayed (have pictures) but the driver “failed to see it”. There is no one attending the store and we had to wait at least hour each time until someone returned during their business hours. Refused to look at pictures or let me show the tag and made us pay them for stealing our cars. Corrupt and illegal business. Based on the other reviews I can’t fathom why BBB hasn’t shut this down.

So unprofessional... they didn’t take any type of card payment and on top of that you had to bring exact change because they didn’t have change. I was told that the office was opened at 7:00 and no one was there. What kind of company allows there employees to be late and not even prepared for payments. I’m furious. Not because they towed my car but because of the way it is run.

Car was towed when LEGALLY parked in a visitor’s spot (in front of a sign saying visitor, with the word visitor painted on the spot) within twelve hours. $140 CASH to get it back less than 14 hours after it occurred. Never returning to this apartment complex (Congressional Towers) to visit anyone. Scum company. Car was scuffed in the process. Never, EVER, parking where I see signs that this company could be operating.

At least when Morton towing and recovery they we’re willing to work with. The lady that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. Called back and asked for management and was just as rude. We call them and they said we can pick up our cars even when they we note supposed yo tasince and when we get there, nobody was in the place and when we call again, they said we have to wait 10 more minutes until they het there. They have not show up and I has been more than 30 minutes waiting. Bad customer service!

They stole people all the time. They took my car from the visitor spot at Gaither’s House Apartments, in Gaithersburg/ MD due to a “Visitor Violation” whithout any reason. The rule at notice plate is clearly about visitors are able to use the visitors spot for one night. I parked my car there for the first night and they took it at the same night. I went there and they treat me really bad and said there’s nothing they can do to release the car without a payment. So I paid $128,00 and got my car back to the condo. I made a complaint to the Condo’s manager and she apologized for the inconvenience and called immediately to the Towing Company Manager to refund me. So they asked me to go there again to make the credit card refund. That’s was so frustrating! They do it all the time with all the people, making easy money and don’t care about the condominium parking rules.

Spend some money on lottery before calling this guys! You really need it! They are professional in winching out your car as well as your valet. No kidding.On Sat Feb 21 when we had almost 6-8 inches of snow, I stuck on Eldwick & Falls Road in Potomac. I was still on the main road but impossible to move forward. Initially they told me the rate for winching out would be $125, and when I asked also for towing my Passat to my place (half a mile away), they said $175 (we make it work. He said). After making to my place (took almost 7 min), he charged me $325.I did complain, but since I was out to get medicine for my 15 months toddler, paid the amount, postponed the complain for their costumer service. Which literally does not exist.Making the story short, I called their office the day after, and all the weekdays after that. no success at all. So I am suggesting if you were in similar situation, be careful, do not panic and simply skip Prestige Towing & Recovery.

Prestige Towing is a predatory towing company that targets cars with visitor parking stickers inside apartment communities. We visited our friend who recently moved into 17 Barkley Apartments last night. Prestige Towing & Recovery illegally towed both my car and another friend’s car who was parked beside us from the level 2 parking garage despite our prominently displayed visitor parking stickers. No notice was provided by Fairfield Residential or the towing company. 48 hour notice is required in Montgomery County. Prestige Towing damaged both of our cars and is now claiming that the damage was already present. Prestige sent us a photo of my damaged car (deep scratch on the front driver side) and managed to include the lift marks left in the parking space asphalt from their tow truck. Our cars were parked there a maximum of three hours (8-11PM). My insurance company has been contacted, and it is my hope that someone from the office will take responsibility and make things right.

I was insulted by the employee that had the shift today of 4/4/19 at 11:55pm. she said she couldn’t understand me just cause i’m latino and called me a B*tch after i paid. i was born here, english is my 1st language and i know my rights. this needs immediate attention to the racist remarks, it is very upsetting that type of behavior is not what i expect from a company. this is something that i want brought to the managements attention because she would not provide me with there information.

Car was towed because I made a mistake in where I parked. Not their fault. HOWEVER** My brand new 2017 Impreza was damaged during the process of the tow. Caused a $50 repair to have to be made. Afterwards they absolutely refused to foot the bill. They said we cant speak to the condition of your car prior to moving it. I can tell you, my 1 year old car was in near perfect condition. Im meticulous with the maintenance of my vehicles. The customer service was hot garbage, and very unprofessional.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST- If i could give a negative rating i would.We had our car towed, and they BROKE our sway bar bushing in the process of towing it. They had a girl in the office and it was only her 2nd day working there. it obviously wasnt her fault but not one manager answered the phone when she called three times to get an answer. Luckily there was a shop near by because we had to drive all the way back to NY in 2 hours. we called the following day and they REFUSED to pay for the broken part of the car that was obviously their fault and on top of that this car was AWD and they towed it with the back wheels down on the ground possibly ruining our transmission. They are just the worst with customer service and clearly shouldnt be operating a tow truck if they cant figure out that AWD need to have all four wheels off the ground.

Towed from my residence within 5 minutes loading groceries into my home. I always leave the parking pass on the dashboard however, for 5 minutes out of the year I have lived here posting my pass in my RESERVED parking space, they have the audacity to steal my money and car, damaging my driver door prying it open. Terrible experience. I got a fraud alert from my credit card company soon after I paid for the towing fee using a new credit card. It was a $35 fee to BOOST MOBILE that I never used. Beware if you pay with a credit card.

Prestige Towing has a contract through my leasing office to tow cars thats in violation. The problem with this company is they are scum. The reason being is this Im handicap and Ive been parking in the same Handicap spot for little over a year now. I woke up just to realize my truck was gone; if youve never had your vehicle missing let me tell you its not a great experience. Long-story short Prestige Towing towed my truck from my spot for no reason, because after contacting them the guy at their office went through the pictures just to see my Handicap Placard sitting right there in the picture.
