They showed up early and stayed late to answer a lot of our questions. Very knowledgeable staff and were able to speak to everything we needed. They were very professional, but also very personable and easy to openly discuss issues with. Helpful to identify items that should be addressed right away, and others that can be addressed later. A pre house inspection was performed by Dawa Dellamula from Top to Bottom Services. She was novice and unprofessional. The walk and talk inspection was suppose to be for 1 full hour but she only gave us 40 minutes and literally ran away as soon as we paid her. She was asked to move her car during the inspection because it was blocking the lane for which she took like 20 minutes. Looks like she billed that time in our 1 hour inspection window, this is unacceptable. She wrapped up the inspection in half hour and when we asked her to check the attic her expression was inappropriate. She should have been prepared with her stairs and other gadgets but she was not. She replied in an inappropriate manner when we asked her about ball park estimate of a simple plumbing valve and a window replacement which anyone can tell who has owned a house for some years. She lacked knowledge of construction materials. During the inspection she was intrigued by some building materials and started taking pictures. She could have done that outside the inspection time. We were very unsatisfied with her work and will never go with top to bottom services ever again.
