Jovan and the team working at the Lube Center could not have been more professional, experienced, and knowledgeable about the service they provided. The were very efficient and worked great as team. Amazing service! We were in and out not even 30 minutes and we were even more offered juice, coffee, or water while we waited. Great job guys! My first time and will be returning for future services.

NEVER GO HERE!! HAD AN OIL CHANBE, THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE OIL AND THEY PUNCUTRED A HOLE ON PURPOSE TO CAUSE A LEAK. Went to a mechanic to evaluate the work The Lube center did and they said oil hasnt been changed and that this place most likely caused the puncture. Go at ur own risk so NEVER

The folks at the loop center are just amazing! Lando did my oil change and he was so pleasant, personable, and friendly. Everybody I talked to was so kind, and it made something as boring as getting your oil changed a fun experience. You can get your oil changed anywhere, but the people here are what really make the experience.

This was my first visit, and I will DEFINITELY be back. Amber was amazing - not only was she fun, but was super informative and did an awesome job.

The service is always everything here. They have a m friendly environment and they most definitely treat you like family.

Been coming here since 2005 and they have always had the same friendly staff, very well trained, get my Mobil 1 synthetic oil change every time.Prices are reasonable, I do wish they had a package deal for a zero reset fluid change.

Convenient, professional, and considerate service. Josh worked on my truck, the lady who helped me was friendly and polite. Josh indicated what he was checking at each step. My vehicle is relatively new and they didnt have any suggested maintenance items. 7+ quarts of synthetic oil for my engine, so was about $100.Id go back (but wont need to for a while with the synthetic oil) because its convenient, fast, and professional service.

Thank you so much to the phenomenal team at Lube Center. My problem was with the bottom of my car where the skip plate had fallen out and it looked like theyre might be a leak. Reliable, honest oil change center. They get you in and out in timely manner. They will top off all fluids and give recommendations on additional services. But no hard sell jobs here. The manager was so friendly and helpful. During this pandemic it was nice to be able to just sit in the car while I got my oil changed. It didn’t take long either. The whole staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I was told an oil change and rear fluid change/rotate tires would take 15-20 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later it was finally done. Apparently they ran out of fluid and the manager had to drive somewhere to get more and was gone for about 40 minutes. Would never go here again.

Ill never use a Jiffy Lube again after this place. This place was amazing.You pull in while in your car, they greet you and let you know what services they offer, offer you a drink (coffee, water, etc) and for an oil change you sit in your car 15min or less while a team does checks of your car, they check and inflate tires, clean windows and other lovely things.Theyre fast and very transparent. Also they let you know you can come back for free for tire checks and other checks. Lastly when they check your other fluids theyre not pushy about you getting those done like some places.

Three times they have caused oil leaks on three different cars in my family. They are close to home and well rated so we returned to this poor quality shop. It’s always a different story that starts with denial. Two of the cars are relatively new so they claimed it was an overfill. Never happened with any other oil change anywhere else hough. With the other, older car they claimed nonsense. Lots of time and effort wasted.

I will never get our vehicles serviced anywhere else! This is the best place, very professional, honest and the fact that you can stay in your car (I have kids) means that I can go anytime that I’m due for an oil change. Great manager, great staff!

Kindness and respect. Given the times, these are critical to customer service. Sure its just an oil change. But everyone at the Lube Center I came in contact with showed both. From the moment I pulled in, they professionally explained and acted on the little things they were doing to keep us safe in the time of covid. Sure, their was the extrayou need xyz done, but thats part of the gig. Great experience.

This shop is the reason why I dont take my car to local mechanic shops. It is one of those places that will try to get over on you by adding additional recommended services that you dont need. My simple oil change that should have $64 (with the coupon) became over $170 in services that I know I didnt need. Why would I need my tires rotated if they are brand new tires I just got last month and I havent driven my car more than 100 miles? The kicker for me was that it was the two women who work there that tried to get over on me.I guess they were upset when I said I wasnt adding those services because when I got in my car to drive away my sunglasses and lug nuts had been taken out of the glove box and thrown on the passenger floor (see picture). When I open the glove box to return these things, I saw they had literally ransacked the glove box. I dont know what they were looking for but I do know that if anything comes up missing I know who did it and if my car suddenly starts acting up I know who is responsible.The two women who worked with me are extremely unprofessional, they will swindle you for your money with a smile, and have no respect for customers property. If you are foolish enough to go get your car serviced there, I recommend staying in your car during the service.

Overpriced for low quality. The employees are not professional and insist on adding to a simple oil change. The employee was also unable to turn off the oil service light on the dash. He advised that I go to the dealership. The whole point of going to a jiffy lube is to get the job done quick. Will not be a returning customer..

Quick, courteous service

Friendly staff but failure to detail, didnt put back my vent completely after changing cabin filter and my truck sounded like a vacuum and the part was missing after. They dont know what their doing besides doing oil. Also several times they lost my valve stem caps on the tires and claimed they put them on, so I guess the magically vanished when I went home after the oil change and they checked the pressure? Also prices very steep

Great service! Quick friendly and not pushy (I made sure to be confident is asking for only a lube job and a filter. I was handled by the manager and two very cute technicians. The cashier was also cute and very accurate in the teller position. I will return for my next lube job!Update:Came back a second time, still the same great service and the same awesome people! I hope they are getting paid well the shop is efficient and the whole team works like (awful pun warning) well oiled machine. Their manager is present but ready to jump in and lend a hand, their techs are always smiling and having a good time. There is so much communication between each other it makes me jealous! I got the same Advance service and while they recommended coming back at 5k I decided to return at 6.3K. My car did burn a bit of oil and characteristics did change after 5.5K (I was tracking).Third Trip:after almost four visits for four different quick oil changes its official they are pretty dang good. Its possible they are charging a premium for a drive through oil lube place but given the speed, friendliness and location I think it is fair. Bay is always clean and as a ex-retail employee the communication between the team is appreciated. I will return when I cant get my regular oil change by my shop.

What an awesome unexpected service. I had just got my oil change from another company the week prior and as I was driving down 270 I noticed my oil pressure low light flashing on and off. I contacted the people who previous did it and was told to stop and have it checked as soon as possible. I have worked in this area for over 3 years and just noticed The Lube Center this morning, I pulled up panicked and the supervisor Delando greeted me, listened to my concerns and reassured me they would do all they can to service me. Come to find out the other place put on a faulty piece which caused my oil to leak out, I had little to no oil in my car. The team was great and kept me in the loop the whole time. the service was quick, professional and I am truly pleased. I do not remember the young ladies name who serviced me but she also very kind making sure I was comfortable while I waited.This was my first time and certainly not my last. I am also a member of the Auto Spa with gives me little perks too, that was nice to know.Thank you Gaithersburg Lube Center for your outstanding service.

Was scammed by The Lube Center. I had my A/C recharged here— after just 6 months A/C lost charge. This tells me that Lube Center’s A/C recharge is a scam. They do a poor job with A/C recharge so you’d go back to them over and over to keep charging you $$$. NOT RECOMMENDED

Shyanne has to be hands down one of the best employees in the facility. The general atmosphere is incredible, I am loyal to this specific location. I highly recommend coming to this and requesting Shyanne, she always makes my experience the best one. Not to mention getting free air even when I don’t need oil is great!

Devin was my technician while going in for my standard oil change. While under the hood he noticed I was due for a few things. Rather than rack up my price he told me the things most important to my safety and that needed to be done ASAP in order for my car to remain as efficient as possible. Devin was kind and the staff was all very helpful, filling all of my tires, wiper fluid, and even offering me refreshments! Would 10/10 recommend to a friend.

Fantastic experience! Recently moved to the area and have been weary to find a new place to take my car. This team is great! The manager, Ismail was there to help me and was able to see my car right away. He let me know my options and he gave his suggestions but never tried to force a sale. Very professional and extremely friendly! It is more expensive than the run-of-the-mill spot for an oil change, but in my opinion, the value matches perfectly! They review all trouble areas as well to make sure nothing is out of sorts! And they have a warranty as well! I have found my new trusted car place!

My husband took my car here yesterday and my car is a newer model so they didn’t have the oil filter in stock. The manager drove to the local dealership and bought the right filter to finish the job, he drove over an hour round trip to get this filter for us. When he came back they made sure everything was perfect and got the check engine light to finally go off. This was an A+ job and saved us hundreds of $$ vs going to the dealership for an oil change. They are amazing!!

Great customer service, went in to change my oil because my light came on, they took a look and the problem was just that my oil gauge wasn’t reset. They taught me how to reset it myself, checked my fluids and sent me on my way. Free of charge. I was ready to spend my money no questions asked.

Very good place. Thought I need all of my headlights, minus 1, replaced and was td it was a loose wire. The tech took about 30 seconds and all lights worked.!!! Simple and cheap!

I left work early in order to make it here for an oil change. Traffic was so bad that I got the with only a couple of minutes before they closed. They happily took my car in and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Coming from a retail background, I know what it is like working all day and having someone come in last minute. I have only positives to say about this location. What more could you ask for besides a super friendly staff, extremely speedy and accurate work, and free Refreshments like water, juice boxes, lollipops, and a Keurig with multiple coffee options? I went around 2 p.m. on a Sunday and was waived right in with no wait and a smile from the team. It was obvious that the crew got along very well and was having a great time working as a unit, which only enhances the customer experience. That teams attitude, their work ethic, and the clean and welcoming environment is the definition of how to get returning business.

AMAZING SERVICE at the Lube center in Gaithersburg by the Rio shopping center. Curtis kept me informed and explained in detail. Everything was prompt and with ease. Definitely a good choice if youre on the go

I was trying to put air in my tires across the parking during a freezing rain storm and the guys at Lube Center saw me and let me drive into their shop. Then they filled my tires up for me, didnt expect that to happen but that was a welcome act of kindness!

Finally after 2 decades of getting an oil change, Ive found a place that can do it in under an hour. Yes, literally everywhere else I will make the earliest appt possible on a weekday, and it still takes 1-3 hours (side note, dont ever go to the Pep Boys in Germantown. They have a 30 min or less guarantee if you book an appt, but ironically took the longest out of everyone. When I asked the manager about the guarantee, he told me that it means nothing, sometimes we meet it sometimes we dont. Talk about terrible service). I spoke with Amber on the phone to get their wait time, she was helpful and courteous, as well as when I arrived in person. Entire staff was friendly, will definitely be back.

I stopped by for a transmission flush and to replace my serpentine belt. The transmission flush went smoothly enough at first, but it took four different individuals to replace the belt. First, I was told the belt wasnt in stock, then I was told me that the belt installment plans wasnt in their system, so they were watching YouTube videos on how to replace the belt, then I was told that it would only be a few minutes. Again, they had already removed the belt before they realized these issues. I waited for over an hour while they tried to replace the serpentine belt, again with multiple individuals trying their hand at the matter. Eventually, they got the belt in place, but I was charged $40 more for the transmission flush over the quoted price. The manager explained this as a communication error with that staffer. While I appreciate the work, it doesnt seem advisable to remove a part if you dont know how to replace it and, subsequently, to charge me above the quoted price. A $10 managers credit on over $300 of work is laughable.

My experience at the Lube Center has been great! The only thing is I wish they offered additional visits. Each person I have worked with has been extremely helpful!

Love that I can sit right in my car while I get my oil changed. They are super friendly and while they arent the cheapest me and my whole family have trusted them with our vehicles for years. I once went to Jiffy Lube and they stole my engine mounts leading to the car totally failing. I will never trust a random place with my car again!

Disappointed in fact that I left the shop a quart low on oil even after I questioned weather they had put in proper amount. Know your fluid capacity and confirm.(I was getting service for a friends vehicle)

Stop by for an oil change, then they recommended to do other maintenance services which amounts to approximately 800 dollars, so I declined their recommended services because I know that I take good care of my car when it comes due for the maintenance services. The very next time I turned on the car, the car made a rattling noise and always rattles during the time the engine is being turned on. And then on top of that, it also started to make a grinding noise on and off while the car is running. I had my car for 7 years and never made these noises before so I returned to the lube center a few days after and they told me that they did not do anything to my car. They fix the rattling noise by placing a bolt which magically went missing but did not fix the grinding noise. SO BEWARE !!! especially if you decline any of their so-called recommended services.

The attendants are very personable. I enjoy the little time I spend there relaxed instead of hours stressed at other places.

Great service, high prices

Last evening, while I was getting an oil change, my front right axle broke. It was completely unrelated to the oil change, and was due to a rusted out, ten year old vehicle.It happened about 15 minutes before closing time on a Wednesday. Obviously upset, and nervous, the kind staff took the time to walk me through getting a tow company, and what my next steps were. They stayed with me, well after hours, and went above and beyond. I will be exclusively going to them for all my car needs.

The wait was longer than I would have liked. Took between 45 minutes and an hour. They tried to upsell but werent pushy when I declined.
