I now understand why my buckets are broken!!

Nice people they just come late in some places.

My pickup got missed several times, I called several times, they blamed construction or that it was a holiday weekend. Just doesnt seem to be a great service. Id recommend looking elsewhere.

They are sporadic in their accounting and frequently don’t show up.

Absolute awful service. Cannot make a pickup to save their lives. Drive past my house and pickup neighbors trash. Incompetence when you call. You have a lot of options. Choose another service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Theyve never sent an invoice and have missed trash pick up multiple times. The time that they pick up changes on a weekly basis and if there is a holiday on Monday they dont schedule another day to pick up so your trash sits there for sometime two to three weeks at a time. Not to mention they are so rude to customers. I like to take it out the day of because of all the animals we have in the woods behind us. I ran it out there when I heard their truck and they said you cant take it out when theyre driving up the street and next time they wont take it. Real life. Were switching.

Not simply bad service... plainly ugly experience I had with this business. They are unreliable and I almost had to call them every week to remind them to pickup the trash. Now three weeks past and the trash not been picked up... I finally dropped them

This is the most dishonest company. They never send invoices and when I canceled our service for a home we sold, they still billed us for a whole year after the cancellation, although there wasnt any trash to pick up. They told me it was my fault, because I didnt receive from them or send them a cancellation email. They didnt have an email address for me to send it to at the time and they didnt have my email address either! The worst managed company EVER!

Has forgotten to pick up our trash almost every single week since we have signed up for their service. When we call to tell them they forgot they say to wait another day and MAYBE somebody will be by to pick it up. I am tired of their bad service and switching.

Ecology Services is the worst! They make poor excuses for their poor service. I am not sure how many times I have had to call over the past 3 years about my trash not being picked up. Not only do they miss the pick-up when we are on the do not miss list but they have lost 3 of my trash lids and refuse to replace them. But it is all MY fault, because I am the one who doesnt put the lid back on properly after the trash is picked up. Dont even try to argue with them, you are always at fault and wrong. Terrible, ever heard of customer service?
