For two days my iphone 8 + refused to charge or turn on. I went to Cellairis and it was fixed in a couple of minutes. I thought maybe i would have to wait for hours or days to have it fix but that wasnt the case. With No lines, quick and knowledgeable of the repair my phone was fixed. I would recommend.

My iPad Pro 11 fell 3 feet and the screen shattered despite a well rated case and screen protector. The guys at Cellularis had my back, though. They had to special order the new screen and kept me informed of its delivery status. Throughout the replacement process, they kept me updated. I’m typing this review on my iPad now. 10/10 would take a broken device there again.

Very honest and trustworthy. I went in with what I thought was a cracked screen and I already discuss the price of replacing the screen of a galaxy s10. I came to leave a deposit so he could order my phone. He looked at my phone and asked if I cracked the screen protector. I told him no. He looked at my phone and pulled off the cracked screen protector. Very honest.

Unprofessional. My Pixel 3 screen was cracked. Faiz had the nerve to say if I wouldve known it was this difficult to fix, I wouldve charged you more. Well buddy, youre the professional. Its kinda your job to know these things. Then he says by the way, I broke your speaker taking the screen off. He told me the speaker will take 2-3 days to come in. It didnt come in until over a week later. When I went back to get the speaker fixed, he said give me 40 minutes. I gave him an hour, and when I returned he said I havent even started your phone yet. Spend the extra few dollars and go to UbreakIfix.

They were very efficient and quick. Very reliable and great customer service. They fixed my phone screen, replaced my battery, and fixed my camera. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get their phone fixed.

I totally recommended this people. Totally awesome and very professional. My phone was dead when i brought in..and they fix it in no time. The technician is very nice and approachable unlike the other stall located in the same mall. If you guys trying to fix your phone..just let the Cellairis in Lake Forest do the job. Its totally worth it and make your trip satisfying. Another thing that I noticed is like 3 people accommodating me the whole time. Its like youre so important to them...and with 30 days warranty after they fix your phone is another plus.

This is a junk store. Here is why. I brought my IPAD here for a screen repair. But I found the home button was closely connected to the screen and makes a bit touching sound when I use it. The store manager said it is normal. Then the second day, the screen broke at exactly the same location like a web. So I returned to store but manager said he did not say it is okay and I should tell him on the spot when I found it. He DID NOT admit it at all and refused to redo it. So $120 is just gone in two days. I will definitely never come back again for any repair. Totally a junk store.

Billal was amazing! Very accommodating, answered all my questions and provided the service I needed very quickly on 3 different phones. Offered a better deal than any other phone repair company in the area. I called and scheduled an appointment and he was there waiting for me to arrive, even followed up. I will only be using them from now on, you dont get service like this anymore.

Got my IPhone 6 cover replaced after my daughter threw my phone out the car window. Bill was super friendly, efficient and professional. Took about 15 minutes and I watched him do the work. He also beat the price of the kiosk next door. Definitely recommend for all of your phone and tablet issues!

So..... I unfortunately dropped my phone in the toilet!!! I died!!!! I have an iPhone SE. We all know the feeling of thinking what is this dreaded repair is going to cost. His name is Bilal, very kind spoken, upfront about my iPhone possibly not making it. No appointment needed. He said stop by and lets see what we can do. I raced over right after work around 7 or so. Came to get my Galaxy S6 Screen fixed by Bilal and my back camera was working fine. After he fixed my screen, the next day I discover that my back camera lens is blurry. Was confused when he asked me if he could also work on my camera lens while he was working on my screen because according to him there was no glass on it, but mind you although it was missing the glass it had been working perfectly fine for months and Ive had this phone for 2 years now. I called him today and he wants to make me believe that my camera lens is blurry because of what he had mentioned while fixing my screen. He basicly added a problem to my phone on purpose so I would pay him once again. I should have known something was up when he kept trying to sell me stuff when my main focus was my phone. Next time Ill just be very careful with phone and get insurance and a screen protector LOL lesson learned!

Meeting someone sincere these days is hard, so when you meet one, its a blessing. I went to check my phone screen because I couldnt see anything when it comes on.I would have spent $160 dollars to replace my screen.But Billal suggest that he test my screen before replacing it.He found out that my screen was a little loose thats while it was not coming on. He fixed and told me I do not need to pay anything because it was just a little loose. Some people will pretend to fix the phone just to ger the money, but he was sicere not to be like one of those people. Thanks and am grateful.

Bilal was awesome. He fixed my iPhone 7 replaced my cracked screen in front of me in 15 minutes. The iPhone was repaired early on the same day from another vendor resulting in the facing camera to be very blurry affecting Snapchat, selfies, FaceTime and any app that requires front facing camera. Took it to Cellaris and Bilal showed me the problem where the earlier vendor replaced the glass with a refurbished part where the glass was not finished properly hence the blur. Bilal showed me the correct part and had me look at the actual lens of both parts to see the difference. Once he replaced the glass my iPhone 7 was back to normal. And at a cheaper price, the earlier vendor charged me $100.00 and Cellaris charged me $65. Cellaris gave me the defective part back and I took it back to the earlier vendor which gave my money back after complaining they told it me it was my camera! I came back later to have Bilal fix my daughter’s iPhone 7. Cellaris (Bilal) customer service was/is exceptional. Highly recommend them.

Today, I brought my 3 Apple devices(iphone5,6 and Ipad 4) to this phone repair. Ihad a serious problem on this devices and I decided to bring it at this phone repair at lake forest mall. I had my devices repaired the same day...he changed some parts that were damage and changed 2 crack screens on my devices. I really appreciate the good work done. I promise i’ll came back here again.

Had horrible customer service, went to get my privacy screen put on my iphone that i bought and they charged me $5 to put it on my phone. on top of all that, the privacy screen ended up falling off because he did not do it right and they refused to fix the problem. would never recommend to anybody.

They state if they cant fix your phone you get a refund, they fixed a power button and home button, then sent it back on a phone that doesnt work! I couldve replaced those cheaper than 60 bucks. I wasted time and gas coming back for a non-working phone, they shouldve at least gave a discount! Dont take your phone there....Im really mad I wasted 60 bucks, they had two weeks and still didnt fix it.
