They quoted me a price over the phone and cleaned the ducts, but then said my furnace needed cleaning and a UV light and charged me $1400. I think it may have been a ripoff.

When Clean Air first came to do the work I could not let them come in because they have sprayed themselves with perfume, and I am allergic to perfume.They rescheduled for the 24th of August and that time they had no perfume on, so they proceeded to do the work I had paid them to do. When they left my house the temperature was reading in the high seventies. I thought that the temperature rise was because Clean Air kept leaving the doors open and it was a very hot day.When the night time came, the temperature in the house was 81. I thought the house would recover to my original temperature of 71 during the night, but it was 82 in the house when I got up at 3 in the morning. I checked the breakers and they were on, so I called Cropp Metcalf.Cropp Metcalf came out and discovered that my entire cooling system had been turned off and had NOT been turned back on.Clean Air has never answered their telephone and has never answered the messages I have left.

Do NOT use this company. They show up in a dilapidated mini-van and pull out a shop vac - their website claims otherwise. Work not performed as promised. Ive tried to remedy this with the company but they are unprofessional and do not return phone calls. We allowed them to reschedule to come out and make it right, but they did not show up -when I messaged them they claimed that they called me to confirm the appt and I told them I did not have an appt. scheduled with them - this was a complete fabrication. They have now blocked me from contacting them.

Dennis and his crew was very professional and did an amazing job.

I hired Clean Air Solutions to clean my HVAC vents. Dennis showed up with two other technicians and they did an awesome job. They were very respectful and friendly..and the price was great. I will definitely hire them in the future + recommend them to family and friends..Job well done!!

Very very bad experience. I warn everyone not to hire this company for the following reasons.Very unprofessional. Tech had no idea of the work. They left couple vents opened after they left. They started to slow down and started missing vents after sometime. Dryer vent was not cleaned completely and when I called customer service they argued and shut phone on me many times. I paid $250 for the work thats wasn’t even worth $100. Customer service agreed to resend someone to re clean the dryer vent from outside but they brought a tiny ladder which didn’t fit and they left again without doing any work. Each time they try to charge more and do less work. I consider this a fraud business and don’t recommend at all to anyone.

Not recommend, had appointment but no one called or showed up.

Totally disappointed with this service. Was cold called for a full system cleaning for 318.00 and half way through their 45 minute visit i was told it would be 375.00 more for a single intake vent. Felt like a bait and switch. I wont use these people again.
