My husband died from from Covid19 a year ago. I explained this to the crew . I requested that they be mindful of my wedding pictures. The employees behaved like starving immigrants, stole endless items firesticks, purses, shoes, boots, jewelry, perfume and etc.. Used my cleaning supplies, and left the job site a mess. Employees didnt record all the damaged items. My neighbors video recorded them. I can not wait to go to court. They also have under aged immigrants working for them. Management and the Owner didnt care about the theft. PaulDavis was supposed to help me but instead the stole what little things I had left. This will make main stream media.

This was my first time using Paul Davis. Raul and his helper, Nester was the mitigation crew that came out to assess the water damage in my home. They were professional, fast, knowledgeable over all did a great job! Ashley was the receptionist that helped me. She also did a fantastic job! Chris was the estimator. He was very quick with getting the estimate to me so I could submit it to my home owners insurance.

I am very happy with your recent cleaning work for my house after the garage fire. Your staff are very professional at explaining the process. The cleaning workers are very thorough and detailed for the cleaning work. The work done is good quality. They did not cut corners and take short cuts.

They have someone who chases fires and parks in/blocks driveways. My neighbor said a man named Armand approached him after a fire, meanwhile the man left his Paul Davis company vehicle sitting in a driveway two doors down. Get control of this.

If I could leave zero stars I would.Where do I begin? We had a house fire in December 2017 and unfortunately this company was recommended to us.We are still dealing with the consequences of their incomplete work. There is no accountability and their GM Brock Merwin, has proved that he does not care about their lack of customer service and irresponsibility of their project manager. I could provide a long list of the items that were incomplete or just not done. It took many emails and complaints to get anything fixed, and most of what was promised was not done. They also did not communicate anything to us unless we reached out first. They blew our project off initially. While we thought they were supposed to be working on our house, they were in fact doing NOTHING. The received no communication or witnessed no work from May-Sept 2018 because their designer quit and no one was being held accountable. Our home was supposed to be complete 10/31. They continued to drag their feet and show howirresponsible they are. They even forgot to put in hose bibs (which is mandatory to pass inspection) and somehow their inspector missed it? My husband caught it. When they went to install them they destroyed landscaping, ripped out a bush and left it in the middle of the yard. When we told them about it, they said they would remove it and never did. We had to remove it ourselves. Who does that kind of shoddy work? We had to decide to fix the remaining items they left undone because it was so labor intensive to get them to do what they were contracted to do. What an awful company. Would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are going through a trauma such as a house fire.

We recently had a leak in our condo, which required removing damaged walls, ceiling, and installation, and drying it out. Raul, Danny, and Jose did a careful, clean and thorough job, and were pleasant and professional to deal with. They were careful and thorough in ensuring all moisture and potential mildew was cleaned and dried. And at the end of each day, they left no mess at all (although they were doing demolition work). They took good care of our home.

PD was amazing to work with - very professional and trustworthy. Our house was damaged by a flood and PD got it back better than before in a timely manner. Good contractors are hard to come by, but you can truly trust the quality of PD!! Thank you

I had always heard good things about Paul Davis Restoration. Now I know why. Everyone is kind, helpful and responsive. To have an unexpected emergency is scary. Working with PDR took away any apprehension and stress I had regarding the repair.

From start to finish, the entire team was great. Starting with remediation and demolition to pack-out, reconstruction, and pack-back everyone was friendly, considerate, efficient, and detailed. It was great having one company to rely on for all of our needs, rather than having to coordinate multiple contractors through the various phases of work. The office management team (Kevin, Kurt), project manager (Carlos), and crews (led by Anthony and Israel) were professional, responsive, and wonderful to have in our home, despite the less-than-ideal circumstances.

I can’t say enough nice things about these folks. Water heater rusted out on THANKSGIVING MORNING! They were here within an hour and a half of us calling our insurance co. Carlos was our leader of today’s crew. He and I discussed how the valve was corroded and I was crushed that I couldn’t turn the main water back on. He left and went back to his shop and grabbed a couple of devices that capped the copper and allowed us to turn on water to the house. They were very thorough. Great crew. They’ve earned my highest praises!!!

I regret using PDR for my reconstruction project. They painted over mold to try to cover it. They scratched my appliances and I am not getting a resolution, just saying that my appliances were already damaged. The project managers did not supervise their contractors or their work, so things had to get re-done often. Etc... Not a reliable company and could try to fool anyone who does not know construction skills.

Sean, our project manager, was exceptional. We couldnt be more pleased. There were some challenges with a flooring subcontractor that he navigated like a true professional. The team that came in for repairing our walls, ceilings and paint did a fantastic job and their attention to detail was notable.

Working with Paul Davis was easy; they coordinated all of the jobs, which were repair of damage to house roof, replacement of section of deck railing, and replacement of about 16 feet of chain link fence. The fencing contractor didnt do such a good job the first time, but when the Paul Davis project manager came to inspect, she called them back to finish the job correctly, which they did. There were some scheduling delays caused mainly by weather and unavailability of some parts for the chain link fence, but the project manager kept us fully informed so that we knew what was happening at all times. I highly recommend Paul Davis for restoration work.

Paul Davis was contracted by our insurance company to essentially rebuild the entire interior of our home; Everything from drywall & carpet, to tile, cabinets and electric. The crew did a fantastic job with our home. They spent a great deal of attention to what we wanted and were very flexible with the material selection process. I had the most pleasant business experience with the Paul Davis Company who was both extremely professional and knowledgeable while also being very courteous, supportive and educational in explaining the process from start to finish. In addition, the work was performed and executed so professionally and smoothly with absolutely no effect on the home so after the work there was no way to tell that a window had just been replaced appearing as though it was the original construction. So the superlative care that was taken was truly the best workmanship I had ever seen in a company. Also Paul Davis actually improved the window performance using only the best materials and the latest technology so for all this I am grateful to the Paul Davis Co for making what could have been a challenging and time consuming process such an enjoyable and timely one with measuring and inspecting only taking one day along with the installation only several hours in a neat and very professional way so I will always recommend highly and am one of the greatest fans of the Paul Davis Co.

We had such a positive experience with Paul Davis. We had a flood in our basement au pair suite on a Friday night of a long weekend. They sent a team to get started on mitigation work that very night and saw the mitigation and restoration work through to the very last detail.We even had a little snafu with baseboard painted the wrong shade of white, and they had a team back here to fix it the next day. I couldnt believe it and was so grateful.The communication was great, they worked to get our project done on a short timeline (so our au pair wouldnt move into a construction project!), and every single person I dealt with was kind, friendly, and helpful.Id give them six stars if I could. Hello,I was told by a manager of your branch that our insurance company hired Paul Davis, along with our adjuster, and us (the homeowners).Im very confused because we sought out Paul Davis, we called Paul Davis, we hired Paul Davis. It is stated in our Homeowners Policy that we, as the policy holder, have the right to select a vendor. And we did without any influence from our insurance company.Upon hearing the that the insurance company and our adjuster hired PD, I am very nervous to proceed/begin with the rebuild of our home.Can anyone clarify this? I feel like I need a new restoration company. One I can trust works for me and not my insurance agent.Sincerely

We recently had a leak of the main water shutoff valve in our basement. I called Paul Davis immediately since they had helped us in the past to deal with emergency situations. As before, they were quick to respond and very professional. The remediation crew was at our home within about an hour and worked with us until everything was thoroughly dried out and ready to be put back together again.

We had our roof and some interior ceilings/walls repaired due to wind and water damage. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I would def recommend using this company.

On June 29, 2012, our home was damaged due to the huge tree in our front yard and the crazy derecho! Several enormous limbs smashed into our entrance foyer, living room, dining room. We had both internal (ceiling) and external (roof holes/skylight) damage. Our insurance agent contacted Paul Davis for us and to our pleasant surprise we met with some incredible people. Joe Rand, project specialist, came to estimate the damage and assure us we would be okay. He took his time, explained everything he was going to do and then actually DID IT! He sent Bob Matney to be our project manager and Bob was just as reassuring and competent. The work was done in a timely but more importantly a fashion that pleased both us and the structural engineers the repairs required. We could not have been more pleased with the work or the men that facilitated that work. Thank you Paul Davis Restoration for employing people who really care.

Our homeowners insurance USAA sent us Paul Davis for burst pipes/water damage/remediation and we chose to continue with them for the rebuild. Every member of the team was great from start to finish. Christine, Perin, Andy and Colleen (just to make a few) went above and beyond for us and made an awful situation a breeze to get through! Everyone showed up on time when they said they would and kept the communication lines open throughout the process. We are very pleased with the finished products!

Great experience with Paul Davis. Ive previously had a DIFFERENT restoration company out to my house to address a sewage backup in an unfinished basement. Took us several phone calls in the weeks afterwards to have them remove the debris from our backyard. The techs all seemed to have a not my job attitude.Weve now decided to address the plumbing issue and are now finishing the basement. We called Paul Davis who sent out a tech. Our tech was knowledgeable and gave us helpful recommendations and addressed concerns we had from the job the other guys did as well as preventative measures to take to ensure our new basement will be everything it is supposed to be. We will definitely call them again if the need ever arises.I highly recommend that every homeowner puts this company on their GO TO list.

Terrible experience. Every time we call we are referred to someone in the office who never calls back. So disorganized. It has been a month since they ripped out our walls and floors, and cant get anyone on the phone to schedule rebuild. Also had to pull out nails that were sticking out of floors.
