When I moved away from the DC area I thought about changing insurance agents, but am glad that I stuck with Venice. She and her team are wonderful. They are always available to answer questions about my policies and work to find me discounts when my situation changes. Even though they are recorded, I look forward to the calls around the holidays and my birthday with friendly reminders like changing batteries in the smoke detectors!

I worked with Venice for my business insurance. She was able to get all the documents I needed on time for my loan and my lease, she also determined which policy was best for my needs. Venice was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely easy to work with. She makes sure that I am covered in every way possible. I recently traveled out of the country and sent her my travel insurance just to make sure I would be okay. Agent was really happy to discuss any needs when we needed the business insurance but has been TOTALLY unresponsive since then.The best part is the fact that if you want to switch agents with AllState the existing (non-communicative) agent needs to sign a consent form before AllState will do anything.

Excellent place and above all they speak Spanish!
