I was hopping to get some help, Apparently did not find the time to look into my claim any forward, and told me to cal ALLSTATE.Agents are eager to SELL you but do little to put an effort to at least TRY to find a solution.This agent did not sell me the original policy, but she could have done something to find out and a particular person to call.

Good afternoon ...I just went on to tell you that the attention of the people who work here never have a good answer. I am a client for 4 years now and whenever I want to ask questions about my policy, they never know anything .. Im sorry but Im disappointed in your services .. when they want That one takes a policy with them omg they call you they offer you many things but when you need them they never help you .. I do not recommend this agency ..
