THEIR REAL COLORS:I rented a car trailer to transport only a small riding mower, a push mower and a small generator. Just a few miles later a tire blew out on the trailer while driving on the interstate! I called the company but they had closed at 5pm (it was around 5:15/5;20). I left a voice message asking for assistance and explaining my physical condition. I asked to be called back ASAP….they NEVER called - not even the next day!I sat on the side of the highway stressed and anxious for over 3 hours, gained a lower leg injury, aggravated several other very serious injuries and finally limped into my home after10pm,!Next Morning, I immediately checked my cell phone upon being awaken from my medically induced state (due to pain and swelling) —- I then called UNITED RENT ALL to see why hadn’t the company called to offer help. Their response was basically:You rented from us, anything goes wrong with it, the customer is responsible.I wonder how many people they’ve forced this immoral and deceptive practice on??? So if I rent a plane and while flying the propeller comes off, I survive…who is at fault?This company expects the customer to fully repair the plane, and get it back on time or they charge YOU!They stated they would not return my $200 deposit. After examining the old dry rotted tire, another dry rotted tire still ion the trailer and the new tire and new rim that I provided, DARYL WATSON (manager) very reluctantly conceded and gave me the $200 deposit but refused to refund me for the $300 cost of repairs…no apology, of any kind was offered to me by the gentleman. I was calm and let them know I’d take legal steps to regain my losses.It’s unfortunate.Go Gators!

This business--the owners and employees--reminds me of the good old days, before the big box stores, when people actually cared about good customer service. I am most impressed with my interactions with United Rent-All, and highly recommend them.

Rented a concrete saw on Saturday. I called earlier and was quoted under $50. I showed up and was charged a full day at 9 am when they are closed for return. With all the charges, it came to $92! Then, we were told we need to return it when they open Monday morning--at 8:30. Since the job was complete Saturday and I went home...and they werent open to return it...my mother-in-law returned it, running errands on the way. She got there at 10:10 and was charged an extra hour. When I mentioned my frustrations, and said I didnt think that was right, the owner said they did me a favor my not charging me extra since I rented it at 9 am, and the day starts at 10 am. That was never discussed nor would any customer know that since its not recorded anywhere. So rather than return the $8, I was told they did me a favor for charging me >$102 for one of the many saws they have...having given me the simplest one since I needed it for 25 of cut...since they should have charged me even more...even though I was quoted less than half over the phone. Pretty crappy management.

This is a no-nonsense rental company. Staff will not offer any fluff when you rent. They will be to the point and you should be too. The rented equipment was clean and fully functional and that was appreciated.

I liked United Rent-All and will return there, despite my deceptively low scoring. This business is very no-frills (hence only Good on Appeal), and the equipment is definitely not going to be confused with new (hence only Good on Quality).But: the quality-and-appeal-for-price-and-experience was Excellent. There were absolutely no bullshit salesmanshipping or complicated rental agreements. The equipment was totally satisfactory. Exactly what I needed.

They treat their customers fairly, stand behind their equipment they rent, and are always willing to help us figure a tool out that we dont necessarily understand how to use fully. GREAT COMPANY!

This company literally has just about anything you could possibly need, from construction tools to tables and chairs for a wedding. Great service to boot. I would recommend to anyone.

Equipment was clean and ready when, and as they said it would be.Staff is very helpful, friendly and willing to explain the details of how to safely use the rentals.(shhh keep it a secret or theyll get too crowded! ;)

Disappointed in the way the rental was handled. Rented an antiquated steamer that did not work. Was charged the full rental fee when it was returned even though it did not work. Disinterested personnel-they could not have cared less about the customer experience.
