Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. Mike and Keith are awesome. Had to rent a floor sander to refinish my hardwood floors. Keith was very helpful. He took time to explain how to operate the sander the most efficiently and which sandpaper to use for my project. Then his guys loaded it up for me and asked if I had any questions. Then when I returned the sander, Mike came out to make sure I was happy with the product. Full circle customer service. As a business owner myself good customer service really stands out. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back for future projects.

Amazing how easy it was to get certified to run and rent lifts and other equipment that helps keep workers safe.

Customers Beware! If you drive your vehicle onto their yard to pick up rental equipment and their employees damage your vehicle its your responsibility to have it fixed! Apparently there is an 8x10 sign up in the corner amongst 20 other signs and plaques that states they are not responsible for damage to customers or their vehicles while on their yard! Sad thing is, when my truck was damaged almost a month ago, they came out, looked at it, asked what year truck it was and said hed call me in a few days to take care of it, NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT THEIR LITTLE SIGN! So after never hearing from them, I get my own estimates, the cheapest being $978.10 and take it with me when I returned the pump we rented ($1200 rental by the way) and thats when I got the good news, theyre not fixing anything, quote: it is what it is!Are you kidding me, this is the customer service Ive been hearing about, not only did they loose a huge amount of future business, theyll now have litigation and Im sure itll cost a lot more that a grand!

I have someone working on removing flooring at my home. I gave him the information for B&M so that he could acquire a blade that he needed. When he arrived, not only was he told they did not have what he was looking for......which he did call ahead to make sure they had it in stock......when he pointed it out to them and showed them where it was on the shelf, they told him it would be some ridiculous price. Now, I do rehabs and real estate for a living and I work with a lot of different stores and people.......this just does not seem like good business practice to me. I will definitely not be using them or recommending them again.
