I want to share the excellent experience we had with this ATT retailer. We had some thorny problems with our Apple account. Kevin Nichols was our tech and he was able to address our issues successfully. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him and this store anytime to anyone.
Switched over from Verizon. Jimmy went over the quote and coverage at our new location. He was the best. I would come back and highly recommend him for everyone.

AT&T store on 13th Avenue in Gainesville Florida the employees are very rude and they dont want to help you at all it would not unlock my phone after I paid for it
Kevin the store manager is knowledgeable but a tall worker there, black hair, didn’t get his name was misleading and it caused problems for me down the road.He told me “you’ll be covered, you can even smash your phone against the wall and they’ll replace it no problem!!” He said it was part of the warranty, but it was actually an insurance fee that was added on when I signed my contract.My phone screen cracked soon after and when I went in, the same worker didn’t offer much help. He said go online to a third party website, and when I navigated it, I found that they don’t replace it ‘no problem,’ but I have to pay to have it fixed with insurance.I wish he would’ve been more forthright, cause the stress comes in when it’s unexpected issue compounded with unexpected issue.1) I didn’t realize my phone was covered by a third party (phoneclaim)2) I didn’t realize I would have to pay on top of the extra costs per month to have my phone covered.I wish the store manager was more on top of how the salesperson was framing the coverage, so he could’ve corrected the important details of his sales pitch.If they were more transparent, I would be more informed and prepared for fixing any issues.
My mother & I were there this morning around 945am. I did not get the gentlemans name but he was Caucasian, black hair, blue mask and approx 510. He was curt with his responses and His body language said he really did not want to be bothered with us and he wanted us to hurry up. He was impatient and cut off my mothers responses before she could even finish. I was trying to get tech help for my mother who is 82 y/o and has an older phone (Samsung Note 5) but shes not interested in pursuing a contract payment plan for a new one. Once he found that out he was even more curt. This was disappointing because my husband and I are also customers of AT&T. My mother lives alone and we live in Kentucky. I would not feel comfortable with her having to go back to that establishment by herself to get help. I will be contacting customer service to report the poor service as well. He should have been more considerate toward her.On the positive side (my reason for 2 stars instead of 1), we did not have to wait to be serviced, the two associates had on mask and the facility appeared to be clean.
I purchased a new iphone yesterday at this store, with Chris helping me. He was professional, very helpful, and very knowledgeable as he patiently answered my many questions. He made me feel as a customer that I was very important to AT&T, and they appreciated having me as a customer. Another employee (Kevin), also helped out, when he was not helping other customers. All of the above praises apply to Kevin, too. Both of these men are keepers for the AT&T company.
I called first to ask a question & had a positive answer. My visit was pleasant & I was treated with patience. The young man switched my OLD, OLD At&t device over to my new Apple SE2020. AND he didnt charge me, at all. At&t had scheduled an appt. for me to go to another store location, but Im so glad I went to my neighborhood location!!!!!

They had the case I needed, at a good price. Almost two weeks later my credit card was hacked. Had not used this card for months, so this location was the obvious place where my problems started. Talked with the manager and he said he would deal with this problem. The credit card company adjusted all the charges, so I would not have to pay. After a couple of months, all seemed well again.

Ryan was extremely helpful and knows what hes doing. Went to a few at&t stores and they werent able (or obviously just not willing) to help but, he answered all of my questions and resolved everything. I would highly recommend going to him if you have any questions

I went to the store to get a new phone I was helped by Brianna. She was very sweet and she was very helpful. I got the iPhone 8 Plus she helped me through everything with switching my SIM card and also found me a very good case and screen protector I am also going to go back for the Apple Watch. I would recommend going to this store and asking for Brianna she is very nice and very helpful
Terrible customer service! I was being helped, and then needed to do something with my phone. In the meantime, the person who was helping me helped another customer, and completed a long sale with that person, without ever checking back in with me, even though I just needed a minute to answer my question. But the worst part is that when he finished with that other customer he quickly called another person behind me in line and continued talking with that customer even after I said I still had a question.I have always had great service at this location and I am shocked at the poor customer service I received today. By the way, I have been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years! I have remained loyal to AT&T in part, because of the great customer service.
The service was Great and the Employees were very attentive especially Cody. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Did not show any sign of annoyance and wanted to make sure we were all set with any questions answered.Walked out happy customers and Would definitely recommend this location to others, especially when Cody is working.
Alexis did a great job help us to troubleshoot and eventually an upgrade. We live in SW, came here because of the ratings on google. It’s well worth the extra driving.

They treat you right and genuinely care about you. 5 star customer service and I will definitely be coming back here! I got a Samsung Note 4 from them and I love it! If you want to avoid the busy stores that make you wait for hours, go see this store.
I came in to get a new phone and team members Steve and Cody were more than helpful, honest and informative. Cody sold me the phone and everything was taken care of very smoothly, I felt confident in my phone purchase after talking to these two. Highly recommend!
Not an authorized retailer. Did not set up my phone or test it. Put the wrong phone on my account and Receipt. Went to a different store and they said they messed it up and we will have to wait till tomorrow to get a new phone. Very disappointed.*UPDATE*I went back in the next day and talk to Kevin. He was very kind and helped me get everything straightened out. He was very apologetic.

Trying to find out about changing our landline plan. They dont deal with landlines and had no information on where we could go to get help. Apparently landlines are not priority you can only call the 800 number. Not to mention it was an hour drive for us we live in a small town and landlines are a necessity.
A great store makes a customer feel comfortable. Its a great feeling to leave a retailer knowing that they did their best to help you leave with exactly what you wanted. The clerk even stayed after the store closed to help me transfer the files on my old phone to my new phone. This store is run by some of the most helpful, reputable people Ive met at an AT&T retailer and I cant recommend enough.
AT&T is not paying Steve enough. He provided me with the highest level of great customer service that I have had in a long time. In addition, his level of technical knowledge is exemplary.I have delivered and supervised and managed the delivery of customer satisfaction at multiple levels in multiplelocation overseas and domestically.If I still had the ability to do so, Id invent a job, if necessary, to hire Steve away from AT&T!

I stopped by 6/4/19 around 6p, after calling Tech support and being instructed to come in-store for a replacement SIM card. Associate looked and gave off the feeling of being inconvenience by being at work. I explained why I was there and she was nice enough to help me out but after making the changes in the SIM, i had no service and she had no explanation to help me figure out what my next step would be. She said the network was out due to the rain, which was false as I had been using my phone to text the entire time and when I asked her how long I should be waiting for service she gave me a ballpark of a few hours.(Note: I did mention that this was my only form of communication.) She had no other forms of help or knowledge and pretty much left with a useless phone.

Walked in trying to get information on switching from metro to AT&T and I was helped by Kevin and Kimi. They gave me great information on the plans that best fits my lifestyle and even walked me through demonstrations of different devices. Definitely making the switch soon! Will come back and see these two again, the team work was energetic and refreshing! Sending my buddies in as well! :)
Kevin was SO GREAT!! I came in to port an account and ended up with 2 upgrades! My account was alittle more complicated than I thought but Kevin never missed a beat. He stayed on the phone with Corporate for as long as it took to make me happy. He was great, fast service, friendly just all around an excellent experience. Highly recommended.☺☺

Kimberly deserves a serious raise. Not only does she love helping folks but she knows what shes doing. MetroPCS had our iPhone for a solid month and couldnt fix it. Came the corporate store at Kimberlys location and she corrected everything in under 20 minutes! She also gave us a deal that saved us $30 a month that the online website couldnt match. Simply amazing.
I was recently in Gainesville visiting some family and was having some phone issues. I stopped by this lovely little store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Steve. He was very patient with me; and was more interested in solving my problem, than selling me something. He was able to fix my issue and I was on my way. If you want quality customer service and live in the area you should definitely go see Steve. I know my family will be.

After purchasing a new phone from this store, I looked at my receipt and noticed that there was a major issue. The WRONG ACCOUNT had been billed. How does someone who asked me for my phone number and name at least 8 times bill a totally separate account in another state!? I now have to call customer service on my own time to correct an AT&T employees mistake.

Beau was very helpful. He replaced my screen protector and got my wife set up with a brand new iPhone XS. We didn’t have to wait in any line and we were in and out in about 30 minutes.
The first person I spoke with at this store was nice and seemed helpful. He told me he would update my plan for me and order me a phone that would come in a few days. After a week I realized he had not changed my plan (no real biggie I can do that online), I also called to get an update on my phone. The person I spoke with said he didnt have it there and to call again later. I went into the store the next day to ask about the phone. The salesman told me they didnt have the phone and he had no idea when it was coming. He said he would call me when it arrived. Two days later still no call. I ordered one online and it came within two days, I still havent heard from them. I wont be going back to this store again.
I am only giving it 3 stars because theres only one guy here always and it takes forever to get things done, but the service is outstanding. The guy behind the counter really knows what hes talking about, hes not pushy to make a sell and would go the extra mile for the customer. The problem is that hes alone, or at least he was the few times we visited, and the queue gets long. Ive seen people turning around and leaving. This is a good neighborhood store if you set the expectations right.
I have always been happy with the level of service I have always received at this store. The staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. This is the only location I come to.

Great experience setting up my new phone, but the apps that I personally put In. Did not transfer . It was little crazy for me to do it.
Garrett was so helpful. I spent a combined total of over 4 hours on the phone with AT&T customer support and they were still unable to help me. Garrett fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes and was super friendly. I definitely recommend this store.

If you need a line canceled, dont go here. They barely train their new staff... which changes every other month. With turnover like that, just go to an actual AT&T store and not waste your time with these 25 and under boys.

Small store. i went there to get on at&ts new Senior plan, but they couldnt do that there since its a 3rd party store. the sales guy was friendly & the store has the newest samsung phones & accessories.
Today I was in the store to get a new phone and I was assisted by Miss Brianna. She was very profesional and very knowledgeable. At the time I was not aware do the buy one get one phone free sale she ley us know so I was able to upgrade mu phone and also my mother’s. Miss Brianna helped us out through the entire process and made sure we were all set up with the new phones and all the accessories for the phone. To whom it may concern,We would like to recognize the excellent service provided by Kevin and his staff at our local AT&T store, located at 3720 NW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL, 32609.We went to your store on July 27 to sign up for the iPhone 8 BOGO special. Alexis helped us first. Since we wanted to use our existing lines from two different providers and give one of the phones to our daughter who lives in Philadelphia, it was a complicated process. Kevin was very professional and patient in helping Alexis and us through the whole 2.5 hours. The sliver phone was not available at the time, so they had to order one for us to be delivered to the store.On August 1, the phone arrived and we went to the store to pick it up. For some unknown reason, the SIM card did not work correctly. Again, Kevin was extremely professional in helping CJ to resolve all the issues and activate our phone after about two hours.I have worked with IT professionals and have visited your other store in town. I am very impressed with top-notch customer service that Kevin and his staff provided. I’d like to share this with you to recognize their great service. I come to this store most often for various needs, but still do most of my account management online. My experience trying to get a Note 7 from here was horrendous. Went in two separate days and received two separate explanations on how the pre-orders worked. Ultimately was told to come back first thing Friday to get a copy since pre-orders ship to you, and dont guarantee you a copy on launch day. Went back the day the phone came out, waited outside for the door for it to be unlocked, was the only one in the store, and was told they had already sold the only 2 copies of the phone they had. If you have business with AT&T, do not go to this store.

Im always hesitant to go into stores because Ive had so many issues with customer service in the past but this store (on the corner of 39th and 13th) was such a wonderful surprise!! Everyone was extremely friendly and eager to help. The store manager, Trey, was so unbelievably helpful. Ending up upgrading my phone, getting a FREE tablet (free is my favorite price tag), and more data added to my plan so my bill wasnt so astronomical with overages. It really shows what a difference there is between people who believe in customer service and people who are just trying to get a sale out of you. Turns out you so can also do Direct Tv through them too which I didnt know until I went in. Plan on going back sometime in the month to swap that over as well. Best experience with a cell phone company ever! From now on that is the only location I will go to for any and everything phone related.
