I love this place! Ive been a customer for almost 20 years. Why, because they dont just do nails they take care of my nails. They make sure that my nails are beautiful and healthy. Ive been here twice to get my mani and pedi (gel) this last time I decided to get a full set (gel). Im utterly and completely IN LOVE with coming here. Its always quiet so I get full attention!!!! The delicate process and amazing customer service is beyond imaginable. The husband and wife are an amazing team!!! I dont get the typical square look most females get down here so the husband took extra care into doing my nails so well!!! Unfortunately I went out of town and helped my brother move and had to get my nails redone up there (I broke two nails). I was so disappointed the quality the other shop gave me was horrible compared to the amazing job that had already been done!!! I was so tempted to crazy glue the old nail back on!!! I promise that I will never look at another nail salon the same again. This is officially my ONLY nail shop I will be going to in Gainesville!!!!!! The shimmer was perfect. The sculpting was perfect. The individualized attention is perfect! Nothing bad at all to say about this place!!!! My birthday is in a few weeks I will most deff be taking myself and my daughter here I cant wait honestly!!!

I have used this nail salon for several years, and there is an older couple who own and run the salon. The husband has started a side business, and is constantly arguing on the phone. When I go for a mani-pedi, I want peace and quiet. I have started using a different nail salon and will not be returning to this one.

I got a gift card for this salon for Christmas. I tried to walk in to either make an appointment or get my nails done. The OWNER was so rude, unprofessional and raised his voice at me because I wanted gel nails and a regular pedicure! He was telling me how long it will take and that my nails alone will take over an hour and argued with me about the fact he wouldn’t do gel on my regular nails. However the entire time I kept explaining I wanted a Fullset acrylic with gel! It was so uncomfortable that I told them I would just come back another time! Mind you they did not have ONE SINGLE PERSON in there! I called after I left to explain how poorly I was treated and that they shouldn’t treat first time customers that way or anyone for that matter. I drove back to the place of business and gave them their gift card. I will never go back! I will never refer them! Not to mention how FILTHY it is inside! The countertops are covered in trash and old nail supplies!

A visitor from Canada, I dropped in to have my gel nails filled and left with gorgeous re-done and repaired nails and an education! I loved the owners emphasis on maintaining healthy nails and the quality of the work and the pride he took in it was obvious. I plan to return right before I go home. Always make an appointment, and leave some extra time, as repair can take a while.A++ place.

It’s a great place! They usually close at 4:30, but let us stay until 6. Nails were clean really well and they paid close atrium to detail. You could understand them clearly with no issue. You should make an appointment. Would totally recommend.

They fixed my poorly done acrylics (that were done somewhere else) for no extra charge; explaining what they were doing the whole time. And my new nails turned out amazing!They knew most of their customers by first name and treated them (and myself) like family.I will be back!

Came here for the first time. I walk in and an older gentleman asks how can he help. I asked for a polish change in my toes and a gel manicure. He then says we do by appointment only. Why would you ask what services I wanted if you’re by appointment only? I read another review on here that says they pick and choose their walk ins and I still tried to be open minded. However it’s true!

Nice selection of brands/colors for the polish and they offer a wide variety of services from gel nails, paraffin treatments, nail designs, manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc.The service was friendly and careful, no rushing between clients. Its mostly appointment only and they dont have prices posted but I found the cost to be very competitive. I had a great experience and would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly service!!

This was a horrible experience from the start. I wish I could give it a negative star! The store looked as if it was under renovation or not yet open for business which is completely fine if the employees were pleasant. There was one customer and a male and female employee. I told the female employee what I wanted to get done and without responding to me she called the male employees name. So I walked over to him where he harshly scolded a child before ordering me to sit down. I did and again explained what I wanted to get done. He then asked me if I got the gel on my hands done somewhere else with a nasty attitude. I said yes and again with a nasty attitude he quoted me $30 for a gel removal and just regular polish (without a manicure) plus more for a pedicure. I thought that was pricey so I asked him if the $30 was total and he laughed at me like I was an idiot...I also heard the female employee laughing. So I immediately stood up and said I would go somewhere else. He then said, what for the price? in combative manner. My husband and I informed him that he was speaking to me in a disrespectful way and he began arguing with my husband. I honestly dont know what is wrong with these people but save yourselves the disgusting attitude and go somewhere else! It seems this man thinks he can be verbally abusive to not only that poor child as well as his customers. I was able to get everything done somewhere else for guess what?? $30 total for my hands and feet!

I finally had to quit going there the man that owns the company. Talks to much and the work on the nails arent as good as it used to be. All he talked about was how good he is at doing nails and no other company is as good as him. Then they dont have any standard price. You go there and after they get done with your nails then they give you a price. When the daughter was working there your nail were done good but once she left the mother and father need to retire already. The father does other work there like phone repairs and computer repairs and would stop doing your nails if someone called about one of the repairs or came in about one of their repairs. They need to be shut down.

Always nice never waited more then 5 minutes. Did a good job on my eye brows. I recommend this place.. They also did amazing job on my toes.

Ive lived in Gainesville for almost five years. Ive been to countless nail salons here, but never found one that I really loved. Queen Nails is incredible. The owners are extremely nice, and it is clear that they take great pride in their work. Although the place is small, it is very clean. When I got my pedicure, my technician was extremely proud of how clean the pedicure station was, and even showed me the internals - which were spotless. My gel manicure lasted a full three weeks. I cant recommend this place enough.

Wonderful family owned business. They were so friendly and really took pride in their work, plus their stations are extremely clean and sanitary! Totally worth the money to come here. I will be back for sure!

My Mom and I got there right at closing time but the sweet ladies let us stay to get our pedicures. The customer service was amazing, the experience was TOTALLY relaxing and my feet feel amazing and my toes are super cute! I will be back as these hard working ladies did an amazing job.

This shop is locally owned by a hardworking family. They ensure proper sanitation of all equipment. They use the best quality products that they travel to find. They stay up-to-date with best/newest techniques in the cosmetology world. In response to some above reviews: culturally insensitive people may find this shops accents and different mannerisms to be rude when they are really just differently behaved people of different background with troubles in speaking english with tones we are all used to. They NEVER ask for tip, they DO ask for payment which may include tip before paint services so to save the trouble after nails are wet.

Very good service with appointment. Dont go wo one. They say walk ins welcome but they actually pick and choose their walk in clientele.I find this outrageous, but have seen it with my own eyes on 3 occasions. Still though must give it multiple stsrs as staff is top notch and services are superb. Get prices up front. They dont post a menu because they say that every client is different.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS NIGHTMARE! I spent $20 (+5 for tip) for a basic french manicure. Would not care about the price except it was the WORST manicure I have ever received. The nail polish started chipping off the next morning, and trust me, I was very daintily handling everything to make this manicure last throughout my weekend vacation. There are no prices, and I was the last customer of the day. I think I got taken advantage of. If that wasnt enough, I know this is customary, but it is such a pet peeve, please allow me to tip you AFTER the job is done! My french manicure looked chipped and cheap not even 24 hours later.

I went there with my Mother-In-law and daughter,we all got mani/pedis. Our nails and toes look amazing ! A nice family ran business, the staff was friendly and didnt mind all of my daughters questions.. All in all a great way to relax and I Will be back!

If there was a way to give it no stars, trust me I would. yesterday my bride to be went in and her bridesmaids to get there nails done. This was the first time going to this business and only went because they were highly rated by a good friend. After telling the friend about the issue she told us she would never refer anyone nor go back her self. They were extremely rude and to me customer service needs to be the main focus which they acted like we needed them instead of wanting business. Walked away from her while doing her nails to do someone ses and it took her 3 hours to get finished. This isnt business. It should be shut down and I advise anyone who thinks of going to find another salon. Today one of her nails started coming off which is because there could care less about the customers. Trust and believe Monday I will call personally and solve this issue or make sure they dont get any more business and either learn from this mistake or run there business in the ground. Honestly the worst manicure/pedicure I have ever had. My nails looked like they were painted by a 5 year old, I wish I had taken a picture because it was that bad. My gel polish was chipping two days later. It took about 3 hours for a mani/pedi, which would not bother me if my nails had looked nice, but they didnt. They brag about how they use quality products but why would I go there if I can do a better job painting my nails myself.

My nail polish lasts forever when I get them done here. Family owned & operated.
