Customer rep was very well-mannered, well-informed and polite. Answered all my questions promptly. My only issue was my wait time. There was only one rep in the store at the time.

We went to verizon today to see about switching over and Victor was amazing! He helped us decide which plan would suit us best, helped us decide on our phones, and set us all up within a matter of minutes! We cant thank Victor enough for everything he has done for us. He was professional, yet felt like a friend and we are so glad we made the switch to Verizon.

I was given much false information when trying to get a new business capable phone at the TCC on Jesse Jewel. They didn’t have any phones that would suit my needs and before even having a phone they switched my service from my previous carrier to Verizon. The rep told me “no problem, we can give you a loaner just make sure it doesn’t get the screen broken” finally on the last day before the 14 return period ends, my phone comes in. On my fifth physical trip to the store and now with the “loaner” I go in to make the exchange and they won’t take the “loaner” back because it has a microscopic scuff on the back which even they admitted could not be attributed to my using it. It could’ve been there when we opened the box. Even after the Verizon regional rep got involved and pled my case, after having seen the phone, TCC still would not budge. So now I have a brand new kids phone to sell and start over. TCC was very deceptive in their business dealing with me. They first did not have any adult phones in stock, then ordered a phone that did not have the promised features, then gave me false information about the process of switching from Samsung to IPhone, then refused to take back the de-featured phone they “loaned” me to use while they ordered what I needed. This is not a company I would ever do business with again nor a company that I would recommend to anyone. Deceptive business practices do not make a good business model.

I spoke to Victor when I got here. And let me tell you this is the most pleasant young man you will ever meet. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and plans. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue. And he made sure that I was satisfied with everything before I left. That young man is an awesome salesman and got me the best deal that was available to me. If Verizon corporate office or the TCC franchiseeis reading this my advice to you is to give him a raise in pay and or a higher position in the company because he will be one of the top five reasons why your company made a profit for the year. All in all it was a great experience for me because he was there and to Victor thank you for your excellent customer service and extraordinary work ethic.
