I have been using Molly Maid twice a month for several years, and have been very pleased with the way my house is cleaned. Michelle, who is the employee who usually comes is extremely professional and competent. I am very happy with Molly Maid.

Recommended to me for a deep cleaning due to home being for sale. When I went to check on things it looked like they didn’t do anything. I will be asking for a refund and doing it myself which is what I should have done in the first place. I specifically asked them to clean certain things which were obviously untouched.

For the most part the experience that weve had over the past two years has been good.However, there have been some issues that give me pause. Had some items that were thrown away, irreplaceable piece of religious art broken.Numerous items either missed or not cleaned at all. In too much of a hurry!But, in the long run its better than a couple of 72 year old people making a half ass attempt to clean.

Molly Maid has helped me for years and years. I dont know what I would do without them! Today, as I write this, my long-time helper Lauretta is here, along with Anastasia and Ayauna. Lauretta is humming and singing as she cleans the bathroom. My front door is now wiped off, the microwave is clean, and everyone is busy as can be. What a joy to have them here, knowing my house will be all clean in an hour or so. Thank you to all the Mollies I have known over the years.

We have used Molly Maid for years. They do an excellent job. They always ask if there is anything exrra they can do, and they are always friendly and considerate. A small ornament was once broken during cleaning and they left a note offering to make it right. Dependable, on time and industrious, I can heartoly recommend them.

I been having Molly Maid to come clean my house a little over a year now and Im havent been Impressed by there cleaning at all. I have to Constantly tell them that they need to clean this and how to clean it right. My younger daughter said that all they did around the house was mop, Vacuum the carpets, and took the trash out. And they left. Lazy people In my opinion. I will be finding a better cleaning service.

The housekeepers are great at what they do.

I had them clean up my bathroom after an explosive diarrhea. At fist I was going to clean it up by my self but after much bleach and many days of sitting it became bad. It smelled so bad and was so liquidity. It not only rotted out the floor but it ruined the walls. So in my month of need I called molly maids, they cleaned it up and really took pride in their work. The morale of the story never mix taco bell and KFC in one meal.

Due to busy life styles and being very active in our Grandchildrens daily schedule, we broke down and hired Molly Maids becasue housework was falling behind each week. What we did not realized is the same team usually comes to our house and relieves a lot of frustration in not having a clean house for our lives. Lauretta and Ayauna help us with excellent and consistent cleaning, and we can concentrate on other aspects of life. Well worth the trading of one outside meal to just make life easier.
