The lovely ladies from the Mini maid came over and cleaned our houseyesterday. I really could not believe how clean it was. They did an amazing job. I thought I could clean, but these ladies really make sure everything is spotless! They made my bathroom look brand new! They were able to remove all the yuck from my shower and shower door. They even cleaned the grout on my floors. My children came home and said how come when you clean, the house doesnt look like this? We are very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and ability!

We were connected with mini maid because they participate in a program to help patients undergoing chemotherapy by offering a free cleaning. Considering the service was free, I was grateful and prepared for ANY level of assistance regardless of how thorough. I am elated to report that they did an INCREDIBLE job. Even if Id paid a premium for this service I would have been immensely satisfied. I mean this objectively, and entirely independent of my gratitude for the help. If I were a robot mathematically evaluating the cleanliness of my house, Id give two metal thumbs up.They took care of everything and THOROUGHLY. From wiping down the appliances, to dusting decorative based boards, to cleanung under and around books on a shelf...No stone was left unturned. I was initially apprehensive about having strangers come into my house to clean, however, after using Mini Maid several times, I am at ease and love how quickly they are able to clean my entire house. What generally takes me 4 hours to do takes Mini Maids team just over an hour. The prices are fair and when the team leaves I am thankful for the outstanding job done. Having a clean home makes a world of a difference when you come home from a long day of work. I highly recommend Mini Maid.

I had Mini Maid come clean a completely empty home prior to move in, with express instructions regarding expectations on dust. The first time they came out, they were supposed to call me when they left, and they did not. I got home that evening and inspected and was unhappy with results, and immediately called and left a message at their office. The next morning Carol called me back, promised to rectify it, and had them back out the next day. In the meantime, Carol also went ahead and charged my credit card for the first visit, prior to making it right and making sure I was satisfied. I dont mind paying for their time, but I have to say very unprofessional when you have an unsatisfied customer and you have plans to come back out, not to wait until you make sure they are happy with your work. The came back out, even after an extensive list of things being given to them to double check, there was still dust in cabinets in our bar area, still debris in the shower drains, and still dust on a mirror hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and still dust along the back sides of the hutch in the kitchen, and other issues. I am still very displeased with their work, and will not have them back in my home again. After such detailed instructions regarding my expectations in an EMPTY home, there is no way that I would use them again or recommend their service, unless you want to spend $444 on a sub-par job. Their attention to detail is quite lacking, and I when I pay a professional company, I expect a detailed, professional job. Not excuses.

Our rental management hired mini maid to clean our house in Florida. The renters had left it filthy. Mini maid came to clean. They left the stove all greasy. The bathtub had not been scrubbed. The cabinets were not wiped out. Garbage was left in the garage. Dishes were I the dishwasher. The windows were left filthy. Honestly I dont know what they did! Oh yes they left the air conditioner on 65 degrees and almost froze my air conditioner. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.

WOW!!! I am SHOCKED at the job done my the mini maid team on my rental this week. This home was lived in by someone for multiple years, with lots of pets. I knew it was going to need a deep clean but I honestly didnt think that they would be able to do what they did. Granted, it did take a team of 4 people 3 hours to complete - but even with that reality - I NEVER thought they would get the smell from the home. When I used to walk in, it smelled of animals and there was a dense stink to the air. Now, it smells clean - and not like chemicals - just light and clean. I will FOREVER use this company for my cleaning. They were easy to schedule with, accommodated my availability and timeline, and I trusted them enough to leave a key for them.
