The company made delivery and pick up easy. While the unit did work, it was pretty rusty, the controller had Electrical tape to cover the steering switch, and over all has seen better days. All in all it was good but the unit could have been in better condition.

The customer service was great and I will definitely recommend the company to people who are looking for to rent machinery.

My customer accidentaly paid my bill and I also paid and after not receiving my payment from the customer I found this out 3 months later. Then, after examining my statements found that they overbilled me for the same rental a month later. Went to corporate because of no help locally and still 7 months later waiting on a refund. Have been on this for 4 months.Service has always been slow and never called back when I needed help--locally and corporately.Too many others wanting our business to have to babysit these people.
