Paula is the BEST! So reasonable, and a perfectionist. “It’s fine” is not in her vocabulary! So much pride taken in her work. She will bend over backwards to meet your timeline. You will not be sorry!

Great place had no problems

If I could give 0 stars I would.I go to a tailor in Gainesville to get my new suit for important meetings and job prospects, and there I am trying to support local business.First time I stop in shes talking to some other lady it takes her about a solid 4 minutes to acknowledge me at all. Which, when youre staring at someone wanting to give them your money, is what we call a long ass time.Second stop, I come back by with the new dress shirt and pants shes on the phone just chatting with someone for the first 10 minutes but Im there to make sure everything is good all tied together with the prospective changes and her German Shepard that she has in this 4x7 room for some reason, decides to do what dogs do and jump on me. Kay. Annoying as hell cause this stuff is expensive but its a dog, what did you expect. No apology.She quotes me 3-5 days, rad, not exactly the time frame Id hoped for but I understand.That was 8 days ago, I walk in today to pick it up, gave her a couple more days to knock it out cause why not. Itll be done around 3Cool, so 2 hours passed and my jacket wasnt even STARTED!I would have been a lot more vocal about my displeasure if cujo wasnt in the room.DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WALKING IN THE DOOR. How this woman is even in business is beyond me.
