Good car wash for cheap. Hasnt let me down, but check to make sure there are no signs saying its down.

Soft touch wash may be a little too soft.. doesn’t really get the week’s dust off of a highly maintained waxed pavement-only driven 2017 car. $12 you’d at least expect to get your wheels clean but this wash is a joke for that price. Award winning? Must be the award for highest profit or best-in-class cheating the customer. You need to take those awards off your website; this is not an award winning wash by any stretch of the imagination.

I’ve used this car wash a lot only because it was convenient. I used their app and it only worked half the time so I stopped using it. I just went yesterday and the soft touch was broken, one of the auto washes seems always broken. The dryer on the touchless is more like a breeze and the soft touch dryer is hurricane force winds. When I left yesterday, my windshield and hood were still dirty and I bought the highest wash. I’m more unhappy with this place and it’s dirty lot than I am ever happy.

My car was pretty well covered in pollen before it went through the automatic wash. Afterward, it was somewhat less covered in pollen. For $14, I was hoping that the car would come out clean as opposed to less dirty.

We used the dog wash part and everything was great. The shampoo and conditioning rinse were the main things we used. Great place to clean your dogs!

I have used this service twice. The second time I was upset that the machine didnt do a good job in the waxing, so I planned to complained and realized I didnt get my receipt. I went back to check the car wash machine and there was none. I left very unhappy, but I forgot about it. My surprise was 2 days later when I got a charge on my credit card for $3000. This car wash was the last place where I used my credit card. I can only believe my information was stolen in this place.

Its the only self wash around and yall complain about the auto wash? Crazy... Im from out of town working and i hand wash my car to prevent micro scratches. Brought my own soap and bucket spent 6$ and have a Maguires shine haha thanks i appreciate you still offering self service!

Easy to use in and out very good place to wash your car

I came here to wash my black SUV. I swiped my credit card and got to work. Spent approximately 6 minutes power washing my vehicle. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed there was still a lot of dirt on the vehicle. I decided to take a paper towel and rub my SUV down and took it back for another quick power wash. A few days later, I noticed each transaction charged me $15. That’s $30 for two washes. I was ripped off and scammed. I would not recommend anyone stop here to get a car wash!

Scrubs is a nice 24 hour car wash. They offer a special promotion where you get to try their services for free ( value up to $10 ) by downloading the mobile app. My first time here was a little confusing. The app prompts you to enter one of two auto wash ports, and the motile wash wizard oscillates back and forth (making me a little dizzy) cleaning your car and if you pay an extra two dollars, undercarriage. The dryer portion was disappointing my car was left half wet. The vacuum is no less complicated. Scrubs advertises free vacuum tokens with every wash but I had to pay for mine essentially since it did not prompt me towards my vacuum port. The overall experience was simple yet confusing. Simple to do, confusing to figure out. 3/5 for convenience, value, and prompt technology, but the confusion of the services and vacuum was a miss. I enjoy tropical car wash down the street a little more (bang for your $).

Could not get wax to come out of wand but other than that good.

A good place to come and wash your car if you prefer to do it yourself. There are lots of little neat tools to use such as the pressure soap/rinse or the foam brush. My only gripe is that the 5 minute time limit you get for $3 goes by MUCH faster than you would expect. Overall, my car came out pretty good.

Horrible experience. The spray gun was leaking and spraying water everywhere but on the car... I got soaked before getting on my plane ride... the vacuum area wreaked of pet urine smells and were not super powerful vacuums.

I come here to hand wash my car. I bring all my own supplies, so I just use the water and dryer. It takes me 3-4 hours to get my car looking new, so I enjoy that this place is always open. Only problem is the ceiling is always leaking.The vacuums are strong, but not as strong as my shop vac. So if you are Vacuuming buy a cheap $1 hand brush and dust pan from the dollar store. This will help the vac out more.If you are into detailing, dont use the brushes provided.

This place used to be great, but the quality has recently deteriorated. No soap in the self serve bays, leaking equipment, trash overflowing everywhere, vacuums so clogged they no longer work. Im hoping this is just because it was a holiday weekend and not a permanent state. Still close to work and the tokens bonus so 2 stars.

All equipment worked and vending machines well supplied. Plenty of options to pay. And you get plenty of time for the money- no matter what you are paying for. A quick wash and vacuum as little as $5. Grounds are clean and trash seems to be emptied often. Vacuums could be a lil more powerful.

Went to vacuum out my car and one side of the vacuum was not working and it was not really lighted enough at the vacuum area- I had my pitty with me for protection though, the pricing is reasonable enough but the vacuums need attention and the one that was working really had no suction so I wasted my money after all.

I went at night. It says that you can get a free vacuum if you get a wash....so I paid for a wash and I did not get my free vacuum. The place was a mess...nobody on call or no number I could call. It was the only place close to me, and open after work...so I went there, but I dont think I will go again 🤔

I just left the car wash where I paid for a $10 contactless automatic wash. After paying, I neither received my receipt nor the vacuum token. This was very disappointing, as the sign and website states that all automatic washes receive a free token. During the car wash, there was soap that didn’t get washed off and the drying of the car was very minimal. Overall, the car wasn’t even cleaned well. There are still dirty spots all over the car and it’s still dusty. I can wipe off the dirt with my hands. Do not waste your time or money there. It’s not worth it.

Do not use the touch free wash here! All I wanted was a quick wash and rinse so I got the basic ($10 which is ridiculous). It didn’t even rinse the sand off my truck nor the soap. I’d rather spend the gas money and go to Ocala for a $6 wash that is amazing. Don’t waste your time or money at this place!

Great car wash, the first stall is kinda failing... The wand leaks while your washing it so your soaked with all the soap n stuff that it sprays out, and the first two selections dont spray out the gun. None of the machines will read your debit/credit cards they only accept cash and if your cash gets wet the machines wont accept it either! But other than those things the overall is great just needs a little maintenance possibly... After all my car came out looking brand new!

I paid $14.00 to get my car wash didn’t do nothing but put the soap on and the wash and rinse while doing the wash it didn’t even touch the front of my car and then ripped off my back windshield wiper that was not turned on! I have called several time just asking for a refund of my money no one has yet to call back! This happened July 1, 2020!!!

Like others, I never received a response on multiple incidents. Put $20 in the machine, received $14 in coins. No response from owner. Went to dog wash, there was no soap. I was still charged of course. No response as well. Done with this place.

Beware! This place overcharge your credit card!! On Oct 13, I went there with my girl friend, we payed $5.00 and $3.00 for rapid car washes, but the amount eventually posted on Oct 15 became $21.00. Despicable！

Good car wash, but the free vacuum coin that was supposed to be included with my wash never popped out. This location is convenient, but the price is a little high. This is probably the best car wash in Gainesville, but they’re certainly taking advantage of the fact there’s very little competition.

We signed up for the monthly renewal car washes, u get 4 a month plus 2 free vacuums. The past two months have been the worst. We have called and left numerous messages for the owner to call us back so we can get credited back the washes that were taken away due to not working. My husband would put in our info for the car wash, and three times it didn’t work, but it took those three car washes away from our monthly total. One time he went in and all it did was put suds all over the car, never rinsed, etc. very disappointed as the owner has NEVER gotten back with us, nor has he credited our account.

Inexpensive machine wash. Does a great job. Always use when Im in the area.

I frequent this place and on this day the automatic wash was having issues and the air dryers were not working, left waterspots all over my care..guessing the spot free rinse was not working either... called the number provided and still have not got a answer back and I paid the highest amount...

Nice wash for the deluxe but the “free vacuum token” is a lie. when you try to use it at the vacuums, it still asks for 75¢. Would’ve been nice to know beforehand because I didn’t have any cash or change.

I have been a customer of this car wash ever since it opened. But on two different occasions I lost $10 because the car wash didnt work.

I used this place about a year ago and it was a waste of time and money. No soap. I tried it again this morning thinking that the last time must have been a fluke. Guess what - no soap again!!! I have to conclude that this place is a scam. I won’t get ripped off a third time.

The car wash is good but there are constantly people in their cheap sporty cars loitering and revving their engines.

Hard to find now that theres been so much development in that area! I recommend using your GPS to find it, LOL. Once you do find it, however, Im sure youll love it. I havent washed my dog there yet, only my car, and it enjoyed it

This place is such a rip off. Went to just use the vacuums. $2 to use vacuums, that’s cool. But the token machine is minimum $5... so I paid $5 to vacuum my truck when I could’ve spent $6 at Tropic car wash and gotten a car wash and use of the vacuums.. stay away from this place. Tropic is a better deal.

Dont do large amounts of time for self service. Its better to do multiple runs of short time then one big run

Not worth the $3. I can’t see why anyone would come here instead of Tropical car wash. You’d have to give your car a sub-par wash to get it done in 3 minutes.However, they do have a carpet scrub with hot foam. It gives you 6 minutes for $2 dollars, so I guess that’s fine.All in all, go to Tropical.Also, I saw no dogs.

Standard self wash car-wash. little expensive 3 dollars for 5 minutes of washing time.... thats $36/hr basically . I tend to just go there for a quick rinse to use the pressure washer to get love bugs off. so im fine with the 3 dollars. convenient that you can use your credit/debit card instead of getting cash/coins every time. visit about once a month.

Did not despence free vacuum coin, and it did not print receipt, I got confused and swiped again. Owner was very understanding and willing to mail tokens and refund double charge.

Good self-serve car wash. Avoid the automatic — the cheapest option is $8 and doesn’t even clean your car as well as a $3 self-serve manual wash. Also avoid during rush hours, it gets totally packed. Takes credit cards.

This is a very good car wash either use the automatic systems or do it yourself and they have a great vacuums to clean the interior.I would have given one more star if I was given the free vacuum as was advertised at the automatic car wash bay but after spending $10 I could not find out how to get the vacuum without paying additional money

I only used the dog wash section, but I really enjoyed it. Great concept and very easy to use. Parking area is very small, and the gate around the dog wash area needs to be a bit lower to the ground

Broken high pressure spray gun hose sprayed me as much as the car. I had to go again in another stall to actually wash my car. Maybe now theyll be able to afford a new hose instead of just taping the the broken one. The foam gun was awesome which is why it got two stars instead of one.

Dog wash was good, but outside. Credit card machine wasnt working. Car wash has sirens that play that are really annoying.

Very convenient. Wash the car and the dog. But the last time I went the dog wash wasnt working. But Ive been many times and this was the only time I had this problem.

Was tall enough to fit our 71 Avion camper (26’) in to wash oil off of when we had an oil leak on our way to a campground in Florida. Soap worked and we could pull out from the 3rd bay and still get out

Rip off for the self serve dog wash. The ten dollars is a waste... The shampoo didnt come out in time and my dog was soaking wet when I was done. Secondly, my dog got some type of chemical burn from whatever product is in their product, developed sepsis in a matter of days and almost died. Hes back to normal but I will never bring him back there our use their services. I called the number for a refund and never got a response! Dont take your dog there!

Had a issue with auto wash, so i called and gave my info. Heard back the next morning and they handled it very quickly.

The drive thru carwash does a .ca tasting job and you get a token included for the vacuum which has good suction and the timer lasts plenty long enough

I paid $14 for the auto car wash (highest price option) and this is what my Jeep looked like AFTER. I didn’t expect the touch less wash to get everything off but a lot of it was easily wiped off. Not really sure what I just paid $14 for.

Stopped in to was the dog, machine works ok but wound up with ticks from the place. Didnt have them before hes an inside dog and had to have him dipped and get medicine to get rid of them.

Horrible experience I cant clean my car correctly because the soap was so heavy and the dryer wasnt work. I feel disappointed.
