Nice place for a quick new hairstyle. Loved my stylist. Friendly and professional.

Supposed to be open at 11 Sunday. It’s now 12:30 and doors are locked.

My friend needed a hair cut so he and I looked online and saw they supposedly opened at 11:00 on Sunday. We waited outside from 10:45-11:15 and the sign on the door said they opened at 11:00 just like online. We called twice and got the voicemail both times. We tried the door twice and all of the lights were off. This is so EXTREMELY unprofessional! I then went online and read the reviews and saw the poor quality cuts everyone is receiving and the fact that the price is elevated. If you don’t want to stay open maybe you should close your doors and quit wasting people’s time and money 🤷‍♀️

I was there at 5 on Sunday when sign says at 6.

Good bbq. Food. Safe spacing inside seating. All staff wearing safety masks.

My sons hair was getting kind of shaggy, so I brought him in for a trim. When we left, she had hair sprayed it to the side and it looked fairly okay. About 20 minutes later the hairspray wore off and this is how his new haircut looks (see pic I uploaded of his bizzare chunky bowl cut). Everyone keeps asking me if he tried to cut his own hair. Im going to take him back after work today to see if they can fix it. Ill post an update later with the results.I went back this afternoon. Had an awkward exchange with Cher, the last that originally butchered his hair. Given that she produced the worst hair cut Ive ever seen on anyone ever I want keen on having her fix it. Especially since she kept saying, looks like it just needs a little blending. I insisted on literally anyone else. Amber gave him a completely different, and much better cut, so Im adding a star to my review. Beware of Cher.

I love Sportclips because it offers a sports themed salon which makes the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming to men and their children. Amber, Tammy, and Emma are amazing professionals and always give a great haircut. Sportclips also takes men away from those stout chemical smells that most men would like to avoid 🤢!! Walk ins are welcomed and now they also offer an app to schedule an appointment. When you arrive you have the benefit of being serviced without any wait time! They also offer a free hot towel facial and scalp massage and a back and shoulder massage for first time clients. Neck trims are also offered complimentary between hair cuts. I highly recommend giving Sportclips a try!

I was not pleased with my haircut, a simple fade. It was not as I asked and I had to help the lady with details such as the hair behind my ears, and to help her blend the line, etc. It was not worth $5 let alone $21. I’ll go to a barber shop from now on and do not recommend this Sports Clips.

I went there today, to have some father and son time. He could get a haircut, I could get a shave, and we could do this is a manly place, instead of a beauty shop. They have a sign in sheet, and we were near the top of the list. We watched several customers come in, including a man with 2 or 3 boys. The concept of their list, is to mark each customer off, as they complete them. They proceeded to take every other customer in the building (yes, there was one last customer, other than us, and he was the last to arrive). I checked the website, to see if it was possible, that I had made a mistake. Maybe I was supposed to check-in? Nope, you cant check-in. Near the end, of our almost 1 hour wait time, I went to the desk, and looked at the sign in sheet. I was told that we were next? If you are the owner of this franchise, the two X marks.....that is me! Waited an hour, and left with nothing. Hopefully they can cut hair, better than they can operate a list.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Literally jacked my hair, nothings straight and its rough looking. Had to pay someone else to fix it

The new stylist are working really hard to give the clients the best they can give. It is not Sport Clips Mission Statement to be dishonest. If you happen to see another salon advertised in one of these reviews, there is probably something underhanded going on.

They cant do a fade to save their life. Worst haircut Ive ever seen on my fiance. I was actually laughing when I walked in and saw the murder the woman had done on his poor head. (Because at this point it was to late to stop it) No fading, the line isnt even straight. Just go to Fademasters and get yourself a real haircut and its cheaper. So worth the wait at a real barber after seeing this nonsense.

Update: This place was a lot better before Mandi left.Mandi is awesome! The only person who has cut my hair in the last year!

So basically your paying to wait at least 30 minutes, look at some TVs and listen to this one lady talk forever before she even cuts someones hair. Unless your getting your head shaved. Be prepared to have a jacked up haircut. Dont get me started on getting your beard cut or lined up. They missed half the hair on my face. The only way I will give them any more money is if its to rent a uhaul for them to move out of state.

Hair cut was uneven left cut hair all over my husband neck and shoulders. And to top it off it was way over priced. But price would have been fine if hair cut was decent.

Great place to have a haircut. Beware, the waiting time, some days, its just insane. My advise, plan the day you want your hair done then go on line and sign in way ahead. Ive just learned this, as I can see many folks having their hair done ahead of me and they just walked in, and I am sitting here for almost 2 hours. So I went on line and found out that I could be ahead of the game if I knew it.

I have been getting my haircut by the same person for 19 years. While in Gainesville on business, I was forced to put my trust in someone new. Angelica listened well when I told her what I needed, responded with great service, and was pleasant to speak with during the process. My wait time was 2 minutes. Thank you Angelica.
