I got a shampoo and cut with Amber and she was amazing! She was super nice and cut my hair just how I wanted! She gave me framing pieces around my face that are so cute. I wish I could give more than five stars. Thank you Amber :)

I usually dont like going to franchise haircut places but if I do Id go to sport clips. Staff is friendly, know what theyre doing but I definitely like the shampoo and hot towel massage. Its not spa quality but its a nice little touch to a haircut. Definitely check in with the app otherwise youll have a long wait time. Other than that, great spot and prices arent that bad.

This building is small and the finishes are tired. But the staff are vibrant. I was impressed by the work of all three stylists who were there. They pay excellent attention to hygiene and sanitation. I was particularly impressed to see one young woman carefully caring for an adult woman with severe developmental disabilities. Despite being nonverbal and troubled with a decreased range of motion, the stylist behaved as if this was simply another customer. The customer’s mother was across the room waiting, and the customer was absolutely calm in the care of the employee. It was an exemplary example of inclusive customer service.

Im a fan of sports clips in general and this location is great. Very clean, staff is warm and friendly, and they listen and deliver on how you want your hair cut. Highly recommended, just check in online as sometimes there can be a long wait.

I would 10/10 recommend this place for you hair cut and styling needs. It was my first time coming and it will definitely not be the last. Nikki hooked me up and did a great job and even sold me on some product. They treat you right here

I love this place. Great atmosphere, definitely geared towards mens hair, but I showed her what I wanted done on my hair and she did it. Got mine and my husbands hair done in the same place at the same time as walk ins. Very happy! And the VIP package rocks

I just dont know what the deal is here... went to have my neckline trimmed before a social event and they didnt even do it. There are random hairs on my neckline and the back was not shaped at all. The haircuts themselves are so inconsistent. Usually its below par and every now and then, the do a great job. Only reason Ive continued to go here is because its close to work. Needs quality control, this has been an ongoing issue for years.

Cannot cut hair to save their lives. Dont go here unless you have very basic, easy to cut hair. Honestly better off going to great clips... its the same quality at best. Will never go back... my hair always looks terrible afterwards. Overpriced for what you get and they never even saved my info in the computer after 10+ visits.

They are not honest about their current operation hours, and refused service to their scheduled appointment by locking the door prior to the appointment time and refusing to unlock it. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

First timer. 30 minute wait. You sign in on the computer and then see your name on the large screen on the wall telling you your place in line. Two stylists working. Skipped the free VIP hot towel and shampoo treatment because of time. Dylan listened carefully to what I wanted. She spent considerable time cutting and sculpting making sure It looked exactly like I requested. Best haircut and fade Ive had in this area in two years! Price was reasonable for the attention I received. Ill be back.

So I normally love this place, when I go in, even though its a new face every time, at least they have my notes in their system so they do what I like 80-90% of the time, I normally get an MVP, and I always tip. I always pay for good service when its done. Today as you can see something has changed.I asked for a high fade on the back and to clean up my beard, and keep it full length. Neither of those were done, were in my notes on my profile, and as you can see from the side view of my beard, (no pic of my back head but there is no fade) she cut right into where its normally full. She unnecessarily cut into my beard which is not what I wanted. By the time I looked at what she was doing it was to late. Beards should be easy, I normally get the VIP thing but I didnt feel comfortable getting it this time.No stylist had ever done that to me before and usually if they do something like that they verify what they are going to do to make sure its what I want.This is a management issue, please train your stylists accordingly, service like this is repeated into every sale thereafter, I almost wanted to tell the guy after me to tell him exactly what he needs done and to make sure his stylist on on the same page and understands.

A decent and inexpensive hair cut. Walked in and was in the chair in less than five minutes.The downside is they have nothing to deal with my very curly hair. Limited styling products and no diffusers for the hair dryers.The barbers/stylists are capable, but hampered by equipment (or lack thereof.)

Lauren made my experience here wonderful! Although Im female and my hair was longer than the shoulder limit, she had no issues with trimming my hair. I felt very valued as a client, she listened to my requests and helped me select a proper style. The hair wash/scalp massage after the trim was heavenly. Its a place where you feel, you get a VIP treatment and watching sports while having a haircut is fun.They are expensive than other stores but wait time is less. The Hot Face Towel and Shampoo wash in VIP is amazing. You can simply go to work after the haircut and Shampoo, if you are in rush.

Walked in today to ask about getting my husbands hair cut and I was ignored completely by an employee with long black hair. She greeted the man that came in before me and the man that arrived after me, and she never once even looked at me. She then walked to the counter in front of me and began typing on the computer. After about a couple of minutes she slowly looked my way & said yeah? Unfortunately she had a very nasty attitude when I inquired about whether or not they shave heads. She offered no additional information & answered my questions with one word. She made sure to make me feel unwelcomed & let me know how much I was bothering her. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere that respects & actually values the customers that are giving them business!!!

My son was quickly taken care of and it was obvious that the stylist knew how to handle scissors. However, what impressed me even more was the staffs honesty. I would much rather a hairdresser tell me that they arent familiar with a particular cut than start chopping away hoping for the best! These stylists were up front which I appreciated.

My new favorite hair Cuttery. Other reviews had me hesitant to go here, but Ive now had two haircuts here in the last 4 or 5 weeks. On your first visit youll get the MVP treatment for the price of the regular. Im pretty sure Im going to get the MVP most times I go here unless Im really tight on cash and cant afford the extra 5 bucks. Both Kara and Megan gave me a great haircuts.

So normally Im pretty big into supporting small local businesses here in town. But I had an interview the next day and since they were right down the street I decided to give them a chance. I came in they got me set up, I showed them what I wanted and Andre started to work her magic. I was really nervous about working with a new stylus, but man can Andre cut hair. Super talented and did an awesome job on my beard, did some nice tapering to my jaw line. If your looking for a great style to go with your beard, ask for Andre. And if you want to see her crack up, tell her Strawberry Vanilla sent you.

By far the best haircut experience i have had since i stopped cutting my own hair....Susan was amazing, even helping me with my beard. And the MVP treatment i received..OMG..so relaxing!! from the steam towel to the massage chair..i highly recommend it!!!!!!!!

Waited an hour to sit in a chair after being quoted 20 minutes for a wait. There were three stylists when I walked in & then one left & clocked out while there was still a line of people behind me. Haircut was ok. Next time I’ll go to a better salon - I’d rather pay a little extra to go somewhere that makes their guests feel wanted & not wait so long.

Seemed rushed, didnt focus on detail, and the next day it looked terrible once I looked again. Definitely never going back. For the price I would expect better service, the perks for the VIP treatment are what makes the higher price tag seem better. I went for a haircut, I expect a good one at that price.

This has become my go-to haircuttery. All of the stylists have been great, and the punch card has saved me money on a couple of cuts there. They store your haircut specifications for future visits, which is helpful.

Staff friendly and haircut was decent. Prices are not too bad. Compared to most places to get your haircut average, however nice to be able to watch ESPN while I wait and during haircut.

Its an ok barbershop. I had the MVP service since it was my first time. The haircut came out exactly as I wanted, but the extras in the MVP service make you feel like youre in a salon. The price for the hair cut was too much also.

Completely ignored what I asked for. Went way shorter so it can’t be fixed. Thanks. It took me 10 months to grow my hair long enough to get the cut I wanted. I literally had to shave my head. I thought the no wait time was convenient at first, but I think I get it now. Never go here!!!!!

The service is great but if I’m paying for the mvp that includes a little massage I expect to be that and not just little taps that can barely be felt. I can get that done by my toddler for free trying to get my attention

Just like any other haircut place except more expensive. Ive been here twice now, the first cut was good, the stylist took her time and did a stand up job. Second time, I was literally in the chair for 9min. Was probably one of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. The bangs looked like an S, she cut way to high up on one side with the clippers, the edging around the ears was terrible, tons of longer hairs left everywhere. No attention to detail, no concern. Put all sorts of crap product in my hair at the end without even asking. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Not coming back. Not only after my fourth visit have they still not saved my haircut information like they said they would, I walked out with a a sub par haircut I could have gotten much cheaper. Bangs were messed up so I went back inside, still in bad shape so I just left. Not to mention, they didnt blow or wipe my face off and left hair all over my face, ears, and neck. Charge less if this is going to be the standard of quality here. Only one out of four haircuts here was good and worth the money.

I dont know where to even begin so Ill try to make this short and simple. I was a little bit skeptical of going out of my comfort zone and getting my haircut done by another barber, but when I arrived I was instantly greeted and the whole atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. I was referred by one of the workers at Sportsclips to see Ms. Andre. Mind you, Ive never gotten my haircut by a female groomer before and I have to admit that I wasnt sure that a woman could get the job done (no offense Ms. Andre love you) but when I tell you Ms. Andre nailed every part of my haircut and not even just that you get pampered!! Where can any man expect that from a barbershop? No where!!. After your haircut, you get your hair washed while sitting in a massage chair, and also have a warm aroma therapy towel placed over your face then you dry off and get a amazing shoulder massage too. Never experienced anything like this before. I was paying waaaay less here than at my regular barber and you dont expect all of this at your typical barbershop. Im telling everyone about Sportsclips. Im very satisfied with my experience here and will definitely be coming back to see Ms. Andre. Shes awesome yall!

Gotten two cuts here. Never again. Long waits, high prices, and employees seem miserable. Never have enough people working. A TV playing sports can’t make up for the management failures. Save ten bucks and at least thirty minutes and go somewhere else fellas.

Been coming here for over a year. Service is always good, They have wifi, tvs for sports, clean restrooms and facility, different pricing tiers for services offered. Best of all is Megan. She is a cut above the rest in my opinion when it comes to excellence in what she does. Very knowledgeable, takes her time, friendly and she is precise. Bring a picture and she will replicate the cut on your skull. Megan is to go to lady to see here. She is worth the wait. Money well spent each time.Dorai (pronounce Dory) is another excellent hair lady. She excells in accuracy in her craft and her customer service is off the charts. Fun stories to hear when she is cutting your hair. Personable, creative and is great at doing hair lines.

I just left this place after waiting close to an hour after being quoted a 10min wait time. A man and his 2 sons that came in 20mins after me were taken for their haircuts before me. They said that they wanted to take care of them first for some reason and assured me it would be long before someone could take me. After another 30mins I left.
