The girl that claims to be the manager cannot cut hair, especially the way I wanted my hair cut. I thought that if you the manager...you should be able to do all types of cuts, hair coloring, eye lashes, etc...,I mean if she wasnt going to be able to do that certain cut, she should have said so.Poor service!!!

I made an appointment online and when I showed up the gates were down and no one was there. So I drove across town for nothing.

Going to a hair salon always makes you feel sorry for the one standing on their feet having to listen to you or the person go on about their everyday drama. That should give the shop a five-star just because thats part of their job. Will this place does it with expertise plus gives you a great hairdo to boot! 👍👍

Dont get your kids haircut at this place! I was there on Saturday (12/15/2018). There was only 2 employees in this place and before I got my sons haircut, I ask several times to please be honest, and I asked them...Do you do fades? My gut told me dont do it...but both ladies told me yes! I should name those 2 employees who lied to me, and butchered my sons hair! How can you be a so called professional, just be honest on your skill set! Dont lie and say your an expert and not know how to do a fade?! Those 2 employees know who they are and were working that Saturday. They even charged me for the hair cut and I was sooo upset. I didnt even let her finish the hair cut as it was terrible and had to go to a real professional! This has been the worst place to get a haircut for kids. Im not bashing those other hair stylists, but honestly you now work for a haircut place that has negatively impacted honest hardworking folks who just want honesty, professionalism, skill set! I didnt have that experience at your location. For future reference let your hairstylist who say they are licensed professional be straight forward to a customer and be honest about hair cut styles they so call know how to do, and maybe...just maybe your location wont have bad reviews or a upset customer to write about an unpleasant experience.

She was very sweet and good with my little one. I liked my cut, but it wasnt exactly what I wanted. In her defense, what I wanted was hard to explain and I couldnt find the perfect picture to show her. Great standard A line though.

Price was good, clean and friendly service. Did a great job on my haircut. Carolyn was my hair dresser. Very nice and friendly lady.

I had Jen as my stylist. She did exactly what I had in mind: very cute bangs, a wonderful angular cut with my long hair and an undercut. She was friendly, professional and very experienced!! Will be back.

I love how Ruby cuts my hair in waves and layers with a razor just like I asked. She does an amazing job each and every time. My hair is baby fine and I have lots of it. This makes it time consuming and complicated but she is patient and very friendly.

I called in for a call ahead appt for my child. When I got there the girl would not take my child because she accepted another at the same time as my childs appt. She was the only worker in their then i waited 20 min and came back and she had two other clients waiting and took them before my child aswell so we left after i explained to her about my child be autistic and how we had an appt for a reason.

DO NOT GO! Worst haircut of my life! I could not believe someone gave a cosmetology license to them. This lady did not know how to hold scissors!! Also if ur job is to cut hair then u certainly dont need 5 inch long fake nails so u wont be able to grab any hair! I had to ask her 2ice if she knew what she was doing.

Its very bad i get infection from hair color and my hair some spot did not get color some spot its very bright ...so bad and i never see chair for wash hair its not comfortable my neck very hurt now...👎👎👎👎 expensive!
