Hugo is the man! Before even getting to his shop, or him knowing Id be coming in, he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through our engine issue. He let my spouse and I stay in our Rialta while he worked on it, and worked hard to figure out what was going on.An issue that no other mechanic was able to figure out, Hugo did. He was kind natured and generous with his time. He told us he wouldnt charge us hourly, he would charge us depending on the level of effort, and in the end, after putting in 5-6 hours labor, charged us only 2. I highly recommend Hugo, if youre looking for a great VW mechanic, but what makes him so rare is his level of honesty and caring, he really just wants to help the best he can.
