Not this loction, but the company as whole is here to NOT make life easy when someone hits your own vehicle. i do not deserve this treatment that progressive had me go through. i wish i never switched to them and went back to geico. company is a joke.

I cant wait to pay off my insurance. I am moving to a different company. Dont go here. Been with them for years! Now? Im moving to a nicer place and my premium is going up? No. Not here. And, I googled the office and it says it was closed indefinitely. No. Rip off. Again.

Ever since my accident 3 weeks ago. Progressive has been very non-communicative. Anytime i need information i have to keep calling everyday cause no one will bother to call me back. My progressive adjuster doesn’t want to call me back either and i feel like progressive is very lacking in communicating with the customers

I am a victim of a car accent on May 5th 2017,But I am not involved this accident. I have provided all pictures and video and estimated damages. Already 4 months from this accident,I still didnt get any indemnification. I have been called few times and never get response. Left messages never call me back. This just only a small amount.

You better hope you dont get hit by someone insured with Progressive. They are the worst. They are very good at taking their customers money but will not pay their customers at fault claims. A Progressive driver backed into me in a parking lot. My car was standing still. I was holding down my horn. The Progressive driver’s statement to the police was that he didn’t see me and just backed right into me. The police report clearly lays fault on the Progressive driver. Progressive won’t pay. They are only interested in taking your money.They also have terrible customer service. I left the claims representative 4 voicemails over three consecutive days and didn’t get a call back until my Allstate representative called Progressive and complained.Avoid this brand.

Horrible service, document confirmation takes a long time, how is it possible that in 2019 an email takes 24-48 hours to even reach their servers and then 5-7 business days to be reviewed. If you want to cancel your policy with this company get ready to be told incoherent information about the cancellation process. Make sure you have dates and email proofs of every interaction you have with this company (Claims, Cancellation, Activation). The only thing they are good at is activating your policy and overcharging you for service. There are many other insurance companies such as (GEICO, National General) which are way better and offer more discounts on your premium.

Worst insurance company ever. They allowed a women to pull fraud on me over a scratch on her car. And over doubled my payments and put 4 points on my drivers liscenes over a small scratch!!!! Now Im stuck for 3 years paying high, over a accident that was both at fault due to small parking lot at a apartment complex. Also there customer service is terrible.

Tried to collect deductible when I called and reported and accident. I was rear ended....DONT TRY TO COLLECT A PAYMENT WHEN I WAS REAR ENDED.

Such rip offs. Very rude and I will NEVER get coverage through this company again!!! I was dealing with a guy named Justin Wright. Terrible claims service. I would have put zero stars if it was possible.
