Ive had many reasons to contact Tish Oleksy State Farm with various questions and occasional claims. They are excellent in every way. Though I havent lived in Gainesville since 1967 and have maintained residences in Washington State and Kissimmee, Florida Ive never changed my agent because of the service.

I was not satisfied with my former auto insurance. Ive had State Farm homeowners insurance for many years. I called State Farm to see if I could bundle car insurance with homeowners. Miranda Register received my call. She was friendly, knowledgeable, explained each step in the process she was going through and saved me money on both parts of my coverage. Tishs office and her staff are top notch however, after doing business with State Farm for 30 years, when I needed them most, their claims department was a nightmare. Promises made then broken, delay after delay and NO COMMUNICATION. I immediately dropped them.

Got insurance for the non-profit initially, got several calls once up for renewal, told each person that I went elsewhere, was still charged. The insurance quote was extremely high. The atmosphere was ok. The person who handled my paperwork was fired or quit. Given to someone else.

Im not a fan. Ive been with State Farm since 1985, with this office - almost 6 years and Ive only had a positive experience with one employee. I typically ask and wont talk to anyone else but Benja, but Im so fed up with these thirsty insurance companies and their pretentious we dont need your business attitude. We sought quotes and ended up with Progressive, same coverage for $100 less per month! Its a New Day, if we have to pay for insurance were not allowed to use, Im not paying for your overhead as well.

The staff is helpful, I will give them that. But the hours both online and on the door states that Monday thru Friday they open at 8 a.m. But when I showed up on Friday, September 28th @ 8:01 they were closed. They were still closed thirty minutes later. All i am saying is if your going to modify your business house, post a sign.

I had a bad experience with Statefarm. I changed my insurance from Geico to Statefarm and I paid in full for the 6-month period from mid-April. Suddenly out of the blue i get a bill for $120 for each of my cars (2 cars - so $240 in total) saying i have to pay for uninsured motorist, which I had opted out of when i took the insurance. I did not get any forms to sign and when i let statefarm know of it - talked to Miranda from Statefarm Gainesville - she was talking in a tone as if I was lying and was not understanding of my situation and nor was she looking to help me with my predicament. I told her nor did anyone mention that I will be receiving forms which needs to be signed and sent back nor did i receive any forms to sign. My perspective is, I should not be paying for something that I specifically opted out in the first place when i took the insurance. Horrible customer service and not in anyway looking to help the customers.

Tish Olesky VILE experience!!! I have 4 State Farm policies (house and cars). I pay about $5000 a year in total insurance,,,, Was with an agent in office discussing a claim when Tish Olesky HERSELF barged into meeting and said in front of her other agents to DENY MY CLAIM. Said to my face I was making a FRAUDULENT claim. State Farm corporate OVERRULED her slander and accepted my claim for a crack in a windshield. I will take my 4 policies to another agent and will pursue escalated action. State Farm itself IS FINE. Been using State Farm for 23 years.... Tish Olesky is a bitter vile woman. No business owning an agency, let alone being in charge of other people. Smug and arrogant!!!! Avoid

We love Tish and all the employees at her office, we had a problem with one of our discounts falling off and it was resolved within minutes thanks to Sarah. If you ever have an issue they are ready to be of assistance at any time.

If you would like to experience customer service with saying everything but nothing is taken care of, please go there. And also when things happen, they would say we couldnt do anything but apologies. Apologies cant get you out of trouble. And their stupid mistakes would cost you 1000 bucks and they wouldnt be responsible for anything. This is not insurance company, but a trouble maker.
