Great place to have insurance. Very affordable I was overpaying at another place.. and just before I renewed my current policy here I tried quoting at another place just to see the difference and oh no It was still way more. So just stayed here . The girl here knows what she is doing and is right on top of everything. Answers all of of my questions all the time.

They are almost NEVER there. And never answer the phone. Always late opening up. The receptionist woman; very rude. When you DO finally get any kind of answer youre almost always hanged up on. The owner is a pretty decent guy. Just... impossible to get ahold of them to submit any kind of paperwork or sign any documents. Cancel a policy, etc. Best to just go through the insurance directly.

I recently called Premier Insurance to compare premiums with my current auto policy carrier. I found the individual I spoke with to be extremely helpful, patient, and able to answer questions that made my decision quite pleasant. Not only has Premier created a policy to fit my situation, they have also provided me the opportunity to buy a vehicle that others quoted at a significantly higher rate. Premier is a great example of how an Insurance Agency can serve the customer with quality coverage instead of catchy gimmicks.

All I can say is GOOD LUCK! I have my calendar marked when its time to renew my car insurance. Going back to Progressive :)Update: I did just that 😁

I am absolutely disappointed with this agency and theyre costumer service . I came to them at the beginning of this year for auto insurance. the young lady that used to be there Dianne was very helpful considerate and hospitable with my needs. I was very happy and pleased with the insurance she was able to provide me with.Recently I tried making some adjustments to my policy and I had to personally drive all the way up there because the new girl they have there now is very rude over the phone, she kept placing me on hold. She told me 3 different times she’s would call me back the same day, NEVER DID.I finally decided to go somewhere else, now I’ve been waiting over a week to get a copy of my declaration page faxed or emailed to my new agency. I’ve asked to speak with the manager or person in charged multiple times but “he’s never In” . Ridiculous !!Good luck!

Never show up on time. Always waiting at door 30 mins after stores suppose to be open.

Told two different prices for my policy charged more to add a car then insurance charged no manger around when calling. Started paying 113 which is great ended up paying 171 somehow and 300 for a renewal. Not sure whats going on and nobody can answer any of my questions.

The owner is superb. Goes above and beyond. Been doing business there about 10 yrs.

Amazing place no cap

Very very rude and unprofessional when called about a quote. The young lady had me on hold for over 15 mins, when I called back I got no response . Tried calling again few mins later and she placed me on hold again . finally said she would give me a call back right away, a day later still no call from them. I went personally up there and she had no clients In office I sat for 5 mins while she was on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge me . No wonder they have less than 2 stars . Worst agency, I suggest you take your business some where else, don’t waste your time . Rude costumer service and very very unprofessional, looks like she didn’t know what she was doing when I asked about basic coverages and limits. I recommend y’all titanium insurance or Oxford . Don’t waste your time !!
