We purchased a gas range from Lowes and David and Brandon with Burtons came out to install it. Unfortunately, the opening in the countertop where the stove slides in was barely too small. Although they could have given up, many times, they stuck with it and continued to solve each issue that arose (and there were several.) They were extremely professional and level-headed. Basically, they saved the day! I cant recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

David came the day we called and found the problem with our dryer. Took a little longer than expected to get the part due to Covid but that was no fault of his . Once the part was in David came back out and in no time had my dryer running. His wife Sarah takes the calls at the office and is just the sweetest. I would highly recommend this company.

Our gas range was apparently struck by lightening and our usual repair guy isnt liscensed to work on gas; he referred us to Burtons. Great experience start to finish. They were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours and arrived on time (this is big in my book).Spent plenty of time diagnosing the problem, suggested I could handle the repair, and texted me the part number. Well worth the $65 service call. A++

Burtons Appliance serviced three appliances recently for American Home Shield. Lots of moving parts, no pun intended. Several visits and orders. Austin was very capable. Sarah, the office manager, was knowledgeable and very accessible. Would highly recommend!

What a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff. I was having an issue with our ice maker, 3 different appliance companies werent able to identify the issue, Burtons came in, analyzed, ran tests and immediately knew if was a faulty water valve. They ordered the piece and had it up and working within a few days. Really happy with this longtime local company!!

Excellent experience all around. We contacted Burtons to repair our work washing machine, which was pretty time sensitive, being that we are a grooming salon with a Self Wash and use it 3+ times a day. David came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, bypassed the machine so that it was workable and had it completely repaired within 3 days of our initial phon call. On top of the prompt service, everyone was incredibly friendly and the communication was spot on. Will be using them again, and highly recommend!

This company really specializes is customer service and friendliness. Even though having appliance issues (a broken stove in my case) can be incredibly inconvenient, the process of correcting the problem can be a pleasant one when working with a company such as this one. Each interaction with Sarah, the office manager, was incredibly helpful and pleasant, even after the 10th time I called to coordinate, schedule, and reschedule a third party stove delivery. She was so lovely and patient, and could not have been nicer to work with. Austin, our technician, was on point, timely, and very informative. I will definitely be using this company again for all future appliance repairs. Let me just say, you will not be disappointed when working with Burtons Appliance Service.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Burtons. Our dryer was overheating and kept burning through every new part they put in. They came out three times with new parts at no additional charge until they found a solution. Friendly service, extremely knowledgeable and honest. When a part turned out to be less than they had quoted me, they let me know - I had already agreed to the higher price, Id have been none the wiser. This is a company that cares about doing the job right and doing right by their customers.

My washer was having problems. I was able get an appointment and David came out the next day. He was very polite and professional. The fix was rather extensive and costly. After having a conversation with him about repair vs. replacement, I decided replacement was best. When I asked David which brands he recommended given his extensive repair experiences, he said Fisher Paykel, LG, or Samsung are currently the most reliable ones on the retail market. I appreciated his candor.

Had them come out before to repair my dryer they did a fantastic job. So when my washer was having issues I called them again. That’s kind of a different story, The technician came promptly, when I walked out twice to see how things were going, he was on his phone, spent a lot of time out in his truck, finally diagnosed the problem and the repair was too expensive considering the age of the washer. He wasn’t even there 30 minutes and at least half that time was spent on the phone. Still charged for a full hour. Wish I could say I thought the diagnosis was the correct one but I don’t know.

Going along with what others have said. Unprofessional. Have to call to find out what is going on. Dishwasher broke and the guy came out and poked his fingers around it and it worked so he said it is working now so call us again if it happens again. I was able to describe what it is doing but he wouldnt do more than lightly stroke the digital pad and shine the light inside. Charged me $65.00 for that. Said next visit if it happened again would be another $65.00. It happened again so I called someone else who said they would come same day and knew immediately from my descriptions 4 issues it could be having and showed up with parts and fixed it. The service fee is taken off the repair bill if they repair it.In my opinion these guys are crooks and unprofessional.

These guys are awesome. 2 days before Christmas our GAS oven went out. They had a technician to our house the same day and he fixed it on the spot. They were on time, super friendly and very helpful. I will be calling them the next time any appliance of ours breaks.

I called this morning at 9 am and I was given a timeframe of 12-2. David called to let me know he was on his way 30 minutes before he got here and was here at 12! He was polite, personable and knowledgable. The belt needed replaced on my dryer and he had it completed in a short amount of time. I recommend this business! Thank you David! I dont get excited about doing laundry - but given the option of hanging clothes on a clothesline - I am excited my dryer is now working!!

We had an extremely positive experience with Cody and David, Jr. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and above all, respectful not only to us but in relation to our things ie lays a towel down to place his tools on instead of placing them directly on the counter. Cody also helped clean up the leak from our previous dishwasher and was nice enough to place our ragged towels inside the laundry room on the floor. I also noticed that every placed of trash was cleaned up as well. VERY impressed!! I havent had that kind of professional service in a long time. We had them come out to help us fix our oven. First, we left several messages before they called back, they finally came out and we had to drag out of them what the problem was, otherwise they just would have left. We waited over two weeks for them to get back to us-yes, we called and left messages-but nothing. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone even to fix a toaster. Very poor customer service, very unprofessional. Go with someone else.

Im using them because they were contracted by my home warranty company. Theyve been out once to diagnose the issues and ordered the parts. Getting them to follow through with return phone calls and updates has been quite a challenge. They were assigned the work on 10/21 and will finally complete the work on 11/20. A month to diagnose, order parts, and complete repairs on a dishwasher and microwave is a long time, but the most unacceptable part has been theor failure to return phone calls.

Update on my previous review : they finally came out a month after beginning this process and replaced the defective part only to find out it wasnt the issue. They took the microwave on 11/20 and told me theyd call AHS on 11/23 or 11/24 to request replacement of the microwave because the repair costs would be too high. I called Burton this morning to get an update and left a message asking for a call, which I never received. I called AHS and they said Burton had not contacted them. AHS called Burton and they said theyd hang up and call in the replacement request. I called AHS 3 hours later to verify Burton had done that and AHS had no record of Burton calling. AHS called Burton again and Burton said they would call it in. Ive still not received a phone call from Burton and the replacement still has not been ordered. So much for quality customer service
