Very Reliable company

This service is horrible, the lady taking calls seems to only speak spanish and when you speak english she hangs up on you.

Called in at 12:19am and its 12:47 but my taxi cab is still not here. Ive been waiting outside for about 20 minutes in this windy weather. I also called in to see if they left the station already but some guy said that hes already on their way but its been past time. Very disappointed and would not use this service again.
