This was my first time getting a brazilian and Rosemary made the process so easy. She was very sweet and explained the entire process and aftercare and it was as if I were talking to a friend. I 100% recommend Waxxpot Gahanna and 100% recommend Rosemary!

Got legs waxed and many patches of hair were left. Not just tiny patches, but large patches of hair that are obvious. Not to mention my brows aren’t even.

Sound leadership is definitely intrinsic to the longevity of any business, and the manager of this spot is all the testament of this. She went above and beyond, and is an absolute asset. The rep that handled my wax, Angel, was amazing and very knowledgeable in everything waxing. It all came to a full circle with a terrific customer service at the reception. They get it.

Cant say enough good stuff about this place! Parking is good, the price is great and Paris my an esthetician was incredibly fast, shes very talented, and it hardly hurt at all.

No scheduling option on the website which frustrating. You submit to be a new client and I didint get a text until 24 hours later asking me what day I wanted to come in. I said how about Saturday and Sunday? Then had to wait another 24 hours for a text that said Sure, we have plenty if openings on those days. That is great, but how am I supposed to know when those are? I dont want to play phone tag with what felt like an automated system. I never finished and felt that I probably was not that important there anyway. Need to have the ability to book online times and see what availability is open.

Not my favorite place, but people were nice enough. Did a good job, strips were used which I do feel always hurts more but results count and I came out well waxed, so thanks.

Ive been to waxxpot multiple times. And this time was no exception. Rebeccas was amazing and took great care of me post- quarantine which is a restart. The salon was well maintained, all staff and customers wore a mask. Once again a great experience.

I have been going to do the same Person for four years. Unfortunately they’re still not open with quarantine so I decided to try this one out with is great reviews. Tyler did amazing. She explained me everything she was doing and was so nice! While the tinting probably wasn’t as worth it for me my eyebrow shape is perfect for someone who had to go to a new place for the first time since ever getting my eyebrows done. I will definitely be coming back!Sadly the reception isn’t that friendly but they did their job I guess

Typically where I go for brow waxing. Staff is friendly and make good recommendations. The only shortfall is there is a lot of turnover so you have to trust a different tech with your waxing every time. I just say a little prayer 😂

Arrived at 1:50pm Waited 5 minutes then was told I was super late... appt was at 1:45pm and had to reschedule after driving 30 minutes. Very rude staff! Will NEVER return. Be careful with this place. Additionally Katy C couldn’t tell me herself. Terrible experience.

Booked an appointment as a new customer and confirmed over the phone that I could use and stack the offers and gift card I received. The person I booked on the phone with said “yes, no problem and we will take care of it when you come in”. Well I showed up and early as discussed and the young female at the desk was not customer friendly or a problem solver to say the least. Last week I had talked to a male there in person as they were about to close whom said to just give a call and they would be happy to get me set up. Well all of it was a FAIL and I am sure I won’t get a call back. Wish I could leave less than a star.

I was able to take advantage of the training for Brazilian waxes today. I was so impressed with the two ladies who helped me and their trainer. I was not sure what to expect. I also was able to get my brows done again, and loved them. I will be back to see Angel in May! Very friendly staff, wonderful time management and appeared very clean!

I had a brow shaping and tint appt with Taylor. While the staff was pleasant, my brows were not. My brows were not arched or shaped at all, and she showed them to me after applying the tint, so there wasnt anything that could be done. Also, the tint was applied too broadly, making me look like I had a unibrow for two days. This was actually the only time Ive been so disappointed with my brows ever. Im generally easy to please.

I had such a great first Brazilian with Angela! I was nervous being a plus size woman but I specified when I set up my appointment I wanted someone who was comfortable with plus size clients and I was set up with Angela who is also plus size! She made me feel really comfortable and her great sense of humor kept me laughing through my entire appointment. I highly suggest her and this location. Coming back soon for more services!

I would definitely recommend this facility to people interested in getting a wax of some sort done, whether youve had one done before or not. The staff is very personable, honest, and straightforward. They validate your questions with genuine answers and do their best to ensure the customer feels comfortable and understands everything going on. The environment is calm and doesnt make you feel hesitant or nervous.

Went here a few days ago with high hopes just to be disappointed. Paid $40 for a wax and tint for my skin to be waxed off. I’m not taking any medicine and I wasn’t informed that my skin was gone until I was done and looked at my face. I wish I could include a photo

Love the ladies here! They are super sweet and will be more than happy to help answer any questions you may have. They are really knowledgeable about products and make you feel comfortable. The only negative is that there will be gossip sometimes about clients they have just finished waxing, so if you feel that gossip isnt a thing youd like to witness, i wouldnt suggest the trip.

Katie is the best! She is just so genuinely nice and friendly not to mention super talented! She does my eyebrow wax with tint and lash lift with tint and I always leave extremely happy. Im really picky with my brows (wanting it thick with a nice arched shape) and she totally delivers. Im also very particular with the way I want my lashes to look after a lift. Katie is so precise with everything she does I just love it! Totally recommend this location and recommend Katie!

Not really what we expected but definitely a great place worth checking out. All in all we got what we wanted but the service could have been a little bit nicer. They did a decent job for my wifes eyebrows and it is somewhere we might end up using again, but not 100% sure about that yet. if youre looking for a simple place to get waxed then this might be an ideal location for you.

First time at the Gahanna location after going to the Short North one. I loved this place! Check in staff was friendly. Molly was AMAZING! She is hands down the best Ive ever been to. Not only is the actual service she performs awesome, she is friendly, quick, and her customer service was 5 star. Will definitely be back and would recommend for sure!

Services were expensive, but fairly similar to other waxing places. Staff was short and dismissive. Did not like how they automatically scheduled you for your next service without asking you if you wanted it or what your schedule/ time preferences were. Although they did not push their products like European wax center, the people at ewc were much more friendly. Will not be returning to the location/ chain.

I love this ! my go-to girl is now soon to be a manger of a different location which is so bittersweet! However I’m always well taken care of here! I’ve been to European Wax, Seabolt Co, etc. My Brazilian is always FLAWLESS here and I have thick hair which has thinned down so much ever since I came to Waxxpot ! Its so worth it

I would not go here for Brazilian wax it was not smooth i still had hair left they seem to use light wax i wish i just went to European wax as they use deep wax they are better. I got my brows done i liked it i usually do my own but they are not good with Brazilian wax .

First Brazilian Wax ever. I still have patches of hair left, long patches that I can grab and pull. Immediately after it didnt feel smooth at all. She didnt wax my hair, just broke it at the root. Feels and looks like Im 12 And shaved for the first time. Have tried to contact the manager, and several other locations, was told Id get a call back yesterday. Nothing. Called all the locations again today to get a email saying theyll contact me at 430 pm. Its a joke.This place is for eyebrows and mustaches. Not bikini/brazillion waxes. Claims its their specialty. What a laugh. Thanks for making my first time horrible and doing absolutely nothing to correct it.

First off when I walked in the front desk staff was very friendly! However, the tech I had never even told me her name she just ask was it my first time, which it was. She said okay get dressed from the waist down and I’ll be back. I feel like she made it more painful than it should have been didn’t put pressure on the areas she just ripped the hair off and kept telling me to relax. First off it’s my first time and as a human how am I suppose to relax and second she didn’t make me feel comfortable! Also, there was hair left in several spots because she rushed! I will not be back I never wanted my first wax to be that way !

It had been a little while since I was in for a wax. I had a wax service done by Maisey. The service was very well done and comfortable as it could possibly be. I am very happy with the results. Thanks for the great wax!

Came in for my appointment a couple weeks ago and the service was great. I went a head and scheduled my next appointment.. After I checked out the staff asked if I wanted to keep my card on file and I said sure why not... BIG MISTAKE.... Yesterday the staff called to confirm my appointment and I said yes I will be there. However, today I woke up to my 7 and 3 year old with a stomach bug so I called to explain why I couldnt come and cancelled the appointment. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no not at this time. Not even 5 minutes later I get an email from them with a receipt for $10.00 apparently they charged me 50% of the service for cancelling same day. Sorry but if my kids are at home sick Im not going to leave them to have a me day! I get maybe charging some one for repeat cancels but this is only my second time there ever!!! I will be calling Monday to delete my card off their file and they lost a costumer..

I went in for my very first time for a 9:45am appointment. I checked in at 9:40 and had to wait until 10 to actually get seated and started. Why schedule for a time if they don’t help you at that time? Meanwhile, the receptionist was on FaceTime with her friends (cussing on the phone, etc.) while I was sitting there waiting. I’m very disappointed with my service and will not go back.

So today I went in for my very first Brizillian wax! I was so nervous, but Michelle was great and was very transparent about the whole thing. The atmosphere there is great and so friendly! I will be back for sure!!

The environment is amazing and the woman who waxed me was very nice, as it was my first time. I received a Brazilian wax 7/17/18. I called before I went and was told to clean up the area so no hair is longer than a grain of rice. I complied and went to my appointment. While there, the lady assisting me advised that she would not be able to get all of the hair, so it will be uneven. It is now Wednesday 7/19/18 and it looks like I tried to shave the area myself! It doesnt even look like I got a FULL BRIZILLIAN WAX! I have hairs sticking out of place, this is NOT what I was expecting! Especially, from a well known company! I am highly disappointed! My area is looking like a roughed up carpet with spiked hair! Ugggh cant show my bf this!

This was my 2nd Brazilian ever and I thought the first place did well, this place topped them. Clean, transparent, gave tips on care. Tyler was very friendly and made the whole situation not awkward at all. My new go to place.

Highly disappointed that Molly left a strip of hair on my bikini line for my brazilian service sides and the top. Never coming back, I had to shave the rest before my wedding. I emailed them over a week ago and I didnt get a response. Good luck if you try this place.

No real consult when waxing/tinting eyebrows. Just slapped on the wax and she was done. Her hands smelled like cigarettes and the from desk ASKED for a tip, although I was clearly paying cash.
