Alice or Alex whatever her name is was very rude called and asked about wax passes and she was completely rude, attitude as soon as I asked can I be gifted a wax pass can we do it on the app or we have to call (my mother buys wax passes often) she gifts them often as well which basically it would be just her paying for my wax in advance. Alice proceeds to say we don’t do that (we have done so plenty of times at the pickerington location) so I explained it to her she said well my manger will be here so you can speak to her. I thought maybe I would have my mom call and she can explain it better. We are on the same phone plan so my name pops up on the caller ID and she did not answer it. My mom called about three times. If you don’t like your job don’t work there.

Absolutely wonderful! The people are exceptionally professional, everything was very clean, and the woman who waxed me made me feel completely at ease. I couldnt have asked for better!

I do not understand why I was told one thing and something entirely different happened. I HIGHLY recommend IF you go and do their packages, pay IN FULL upfront and ask for a receipt because IF you do payments they are NOT monthly. For my account was debited on 4/5, 4/19 and now today. Not Very Pleased AT ALL!!! Account overdrawn now😡

I love getting my eyebrows waxed here. The staff is all so friendly and welcoming. They always do an amazing job and I end up getting lots of compliments afterwards. However, I absolutely dread checking out. They seem to get pushier and pushier with trying to sell me additional products or buy their yearly pass. I try to be as nice as possible because I know its just their job, but I hate having to give 20 reasons as to why I can only afford todays session before they allow me to check out. Otherwise, a great place to get waxed!

I was pretty nervous about getting a Brazilian before my trip to Jamaica. I went in and my wax specialist was so comforting and just made me feel okay about possibly becoming a regular. Well the front desk talked me into a package. I felt good considering I just had a good experience. So I did purchase the package. My second appointment was coming up but I needed to reschedule a different time and when I called I had found out my lady had gone to a different location. Nobody told me and yes it does matter because I didnt want anybody else. I stopped in a couple days later to cancel the package and was told only the manager could do it. I have called and emailed and called again with no response. So well see on the 15th if they hit my account. I believe in being nice not rude to resolve an issue but Im getting a little irritated now.

I recently moved from Cincinnati and was in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done. I went to a EWC back in Cincinnati and have a couple wax passes left, so I decided to give this location a try.Although I was very hesitant about going to someone new, I scheduled an appointment with “Any Wax Specialist.”Mya ended up being my wax specialist. She was great and super friendly! I am also very happy with the way my eyebrows turned out. I will definitely book with her again.

They have a great staff and always make you feel comfortable.

Erica was amazing! I was so anxious about getting a Brazilian from a bad experience i had at another salon. She made me feel comfortable and talked to me which made it so much more manageable. They also use hard wax which is awesome!!

I came here to get my first Brazilian Wax when I tell you the lady who did my wax was so impatient. She came in and just started the Brazilian wax without giving me any information about it or how I should care for my Brazilian wax afterwards. She basically rushed me and wouldn’t give me a break. If I’m paying for something that I really want it should be finished correctly and I should feel comfortable not rushed, I still had hairs sticking out around my bikini line and it wasn’t done correctly at all.

I had a Brazilian, brow, and lower arm wax done today by Natalie. She did an amazing job! Talked me through the whole process, explained all the products she was using, and even recommend some that would be good for my skin type! 10/10 experience, my skin has never been smoother or softer

Tech, Tatiana I think, was great. Did a very thorough job and great conversation during a semi awkward session by nature ( bikini wax). Only person for 4 stars instead of 5 was because they were a little pushy on the purchase of products, the scrubs/ lotions. Especially the front desk. Otherwise, would recommend.

I was referred to European Wax, as I am new to Columbus. I can say I was not impressed and still in pain. I went in for a clean up on my eyebrows and lip. My eyebrow is missing a small chunk. I notice this after being asked to look in the mirror. I was advised it was just the way my hair was laying... Except, no way she combed the hair did it change. The front of my eyebrows did not line up and were not the same shape. I felt like I was being trained on. The wax burnt my right eye. The wax never had a temperature test, like other places I have been. I was unaware of what was being wiped on my face. The only positive is the lady who did my brows and lip was kind. The front desk was a big turn off. She advised me I should complain because I am not the first person to complain about this girl. Uhm WHAT? She did nothing to help. I explained I had an appointment I needed cancelled. She said I would just lose my points. Overall, my eyebrows, and eyelids still hurt 6 hours later. I am still red and missing part of my eyebrow.

Walk in, strut out...should change it to Walk in, cover your legs, go home and clean all the wax off your legs and shave the patches they missed They used to do much better but seems like their people are not motivated to pat attention to detail anymore. So sad.

I have been in several times and always had an amazing experience. All the workers are super friendly and welcoming. Marion Mastnick was my waxer and she does a great job and is very knowledgeable about all the products. She answered all my questions and I definitely will continue to see her.

I went for a training. I thought they’d be professional SADLY .. the only professional person in this building was the receptionist Mya and a waxer with glasses. Those two are very nice and seem to know how to conduct themselves in a “ professional place “ The trainer Timmyra is absolutely a disappointment. She has no couth and no cap on what she says. She’s also VERY unprofessional and condescending. During my visit she kept throwing in little shady jabs after every statement. I’m not sure if others catch it it just don’t speak on it but I did and I didn’t like it. During the “ training” she was very unprofessional, from getting her back waxed which had nothing to do with teaching the new prospect, to even using profanity / gossiping discussing private matters IN THE LOBBY. Then felt the need to disrespect me after getting smart with me after what seemed like the 5th time that day. What trainer let alone 50+ woman conducts herself that way? This was suppose to be a PART TIME gig. Im so glad I walked out of there when I did NO JOB especially a franchise is worth peace .

My overall experience wasn’t bad, however I got a Brazilian and I still had to shave afterwards. I had patches everywhere!!!! The staff were nice and very knowledgeable. But unfortunately I expected more then what I actually got.

Selena does a great job doing eye brows, definitely come see her and shell have your brows looking amazing! 11/10!

Im so disappointed in the professionalism the manger has at this place.4 weeks ago my 8am appointment got pushed back 30 minutes due to this manager being late. My favorite waxer was waiting in the parking lot at 7:30am to get the wax prepared. When the manager finally!! opened the door for us she seemed unbothered by this long wait.The waxer had to rush through my Brazilian wax, because they had another client coming in. I brushed it off because its not her fault. I tipped her $20 like always. The manager did not give me a discount for her being so late. I was not going to write a bad review because everyone has off days. But today!!! 😠 This same manager opened the door 25 minutes atfer my 8am appointment again! The wax takes 20mins to heat up..I just dont have 45mins to waste. I have my own business to open up.The European Wax Center obviously does not value their customers time, and that is extremely disappointing. I will NOT be back!

This was my first visit to this location. Kaden (sorry if Im misspelling) was working the front desk. She mentioned it was only her second day working by herself and she was totally awesome! She was dealing with a rude customer, checking people in, and checking people out all with a smile and great attitude!

Imani at the front desk and my waxer, Nicole, are amazing! They are so genuine and nice! Nicole did a great job focusing on detail, making me feel comfortable, and great conversations!

My wife had some waxing done and we noticed there were still a lot of hairs missed. How does that even happen when its there only job!?

The manager at this location is extremely rude, unprofessional, and is inconsiderate. I refuse to utilize this location. I will continue to use their other good customer service locations. Hopefully soon an option to choose not any stars will exist, so I can update it to not any stars!

I went yesterday on Independence day and the service was great, I pretty much was a walk in looking for a last minute wax and they were open and got me in and out in no time..... I honestly forgot who did my eyebrows but she was great, it was my first time and I barely felt a thing....... but yesterday I scheduled an appt for today at 8:30am for a Brazilian wax...... so I arrived a b7 40 just because.... 8 am comes and the doors are still locked . 8 15 comes and stilled locked.... I walked around the front of the building where it faces the street and it says go to rear.... I go back and the doors are still locked. .. I left afterwards to go get my son (iI did call while I was waiting for it to be open) but I call again its close towards 9 and someone finally answers the phone, it pissed me off because time is crucial for me between my son work and school. It just sucked because I had to reschedule for tomorrow at 9 and I dont think I cam make that . After this attempt it makes me kinda of weary about coming back here and Noone is inside..... but I would appreciate when I called that they would of just said they had a slight delay, just tell me something because now I feel my time was wasted
