It is my utmost privilege to give Miss Kim, Miss Jodi, Miss Ashley, Miss Brandi, and the Legendary Dr. Hollander a 5/5. I’ve been coming to this office for my entire life. Kim is always a joy to speak to over the phone and when you walk in. No matter how amazing a dentist may be, there always is a bit of anxiety when you walk in. Words cannot describe how warm and welcome her voice alone makes you feel. Jodi, like Dr. Hollander, has watched me grow. Having her as a familiar face has been a pleasure over these years. When you see her the second time, every time after will make you feel at home. Brandi and Kim are two of the best hygienists this place has ever had. Their signature kindness and serenity, paired with a casual conversation, let’s you know that everything will be alright. Dr. Hollander has watched me grow, and has the amazing ability empathize and connect with each and every one of his patients. The most friendly person I’ve ever met, let alone dentist. During anything from a filling to a conversation, I’ve never felt rushed by him, or disappointed in. He understands that we are all people and that we all fall short, but he never forgets to push us to better ourselves in any way. He leads by example, not only in dental hygiene, but also in character. We’re all people, so that means that all of these rockstar team members have dealt with their own struggles along this journey. You’d never be able to tell, because they’re top priority is you. A word I continued to use in this review was “kind.” Though it sounds rudimentary, it means something to be kind to someone. It makes someone feel worth. It even saves lives. You could never go wrong choosing Marc J. Hollander DDS & Associates.

My children and I have been going to Dr.Hollander for almost 15 years now. I have had unpleasant experiences with previous dentist and Dr.Hollander and staff have always made my appointments very comfortable. My anxiety over having dental work done has greatly reduced since coming to Dr.Hollanders office.My kids enjoy getting their teeth cleaned and really like having Dr.Hollander as their dentist. Their great experiences have made going to the dentist a pleasant appointment they look forward to.I believe that having a good trusting relationship with your medical providers is essential to receiving the best care. Dr.Hollander and his staff provide an atmosphere that provides comfort and dental care that I believe is the best. I am so very happy to have found Dr.Hollanders office!

To All Prospective Dental Patients:This is THE BEST, MOST GENTLE, HAPPIEST dental office I have ever visited. I am a card-carrying COWARD where dental procedures are concerned. Dr. Hollander is truly gifted and so very gentle with patients! Today, I had a new hygienist. (New to ME but 20+ years of experience.) BRANDI took excellent care of me & my nerves. P.S. She did a great job of painlessly cleaning my somewhat pandemic neglected teeth. No lecture, no scolding; just tender support. Needless to say, I HIGHLYrecommend this practice. 🤗

Very sad to give a bad review of Dr Hollander. He is a very friendly and kind person but as a dentist I do not trust his services. The dental work I had done there was some of the worst Ive had. It was sloppy and needed fixing both times I got a cavity filled. The second cavity I got filled, I had to go back in for 2 follow up appointments because it hurt so badly to eat because the tooth was not shaped well. I ended up having to see another dentist because I couldnt chew on the right side of my mouth for 3 months. Didnt seem like Dr. Hollander could get the job done so I had to wait for a new patient appointment at another dentist. Again, he is kind and friendly but I needed someone who would do great dental work because who wants to go back to the dentist for corrections every time they have work done?

How do you choose a new dentist or doctor? Have you ever even googled it?Sure you choose from a list of insurance providers, but how do you choose from those choices? Do you look up the individual on the Internet? Do you read reviews, or do you simply take the word of a family or friend? You could waste years jumping to different healthcare professionals every six month check up, until you find one you like.Stay with me here... I made 10 interviews in one week to interview dentists for five minutes. Some wanted to charge me for the interview. Scratch them off the list. I needed answers from the people that I was about to trust with my oral care. Such as personality, and experience.Marc is the total package. His personality, the way he interacts with his staff, his professionalism, and the way he listens to the patient.He has never recommended something unnecessary such as my wisdom teeth removal. One is sideways, but causes no pain or dental crowding. We joke about it being how the police will identify the body.Most of your visit time will be spent with the dental hygienist. Each one has been a delightful, professional, energetic individual.Comfortable patient environment with up to date equipment amenities.Jody the office administrator has a bubbly persona that makes you forget that you are handing over money, and scheduling when you can do it again. She is attentive to your needs and life schedule to get you the right appointment.They have the texting service which sends out a reminder text one week prior, giving you the opportunity to cancel or confirm. Then you get another text the day before to remind you of your appointment tomorrow.I got lucky Marc was on my insurance plan, but I credit myself for spending the effort to not waste 6yrs to find him.Wow! It looks very OCD or anal in print. LolXP

Dr. Hollander was the first dentist we tried after relocating to Gahanna in 2017. Fantastic treatment and overall experience. He and his associates are very friendly and exceptionally professional. I dont feel like just a number when I have my check-ups or other work done.

Highly recommend! So honest. So kind. So helpful. I was told by another dentist that I needed WAY more work done than I actually do. The gals in the office are wonderful too. Its worth driving from the other side of town for a dentist you trust!

Dr. Hollander and his team are always superb. Ive been going here for years and have always had a good experience. He and his team are always very nice and friendly. They do a thorough and great job. Also, their office ceilings have fun, colorful paintings which are highly enjoyable to look at while they are working on you.

I have only been to Dr Hollanders office for two separate checkups now, but I am very pleased with his staff, their skills and their professionalism. I also think they do a great job communicating during cleaning and about your dental health, and are honest in any suggested work. He is my 3rd dentist in my adult life and the best, in my opinion.

Dr. Hollander has been my family dentist for years. Taking care of myself, my wife and our three children. He and his wonderful staff are always courteous, helpful and forgiving (when I havent flossed as I know I should have). They are also very good at fitting us in when we are having a dental emergency. I cant imagine going to any other dentist.

My husband and I went for our 1st appointment together yesterday. I had a tooth ache and they let me come in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment so that the Doctor could see what was going on with my tooth. We were impressed with the warm office and knowledgeable staff. Everyone including the doctor was pleasant. The I spy ceiling in my patient room kept my son happy, interested and occupied during our visit. The doctor took care of my tooth gently and will fix the issue today, my scheduled appointment day. I cant say enough in favor of this dental office. Ive seen other dentist but We wont look any further. Dr. Marc Hollander will be taking care of all our Dental needs going forward. Thank you!

This is a great practice. I can usually get in and out very quickly. Dr Hollander also has a great eye for issues and knows how to solve them. Staff is also fantastic. I always recommend Dr. Hollander when someone is looking for a dentist.

We just moved to Gahanna and started going here. My husband went here as a child and just came back as a 34 year old man and said it was just as greatas when he was little! What a wonderful staff full of knowledge dental workers. I enjoyed being there! My teeth feel so great!

Years ago I had a bad experience with a different dentist, so it was difficult going to the dentist. I found Dr. Hollander and now make my routine visits twice a year as I should. EVERY visit I am treated as a friend not just a patient. Dr. Hollander stops over to say hi just before the hygienist gets started. The process is explained and shared electronically with you each step of the way. He and his staff are the best I have seen in providing excellent customer service. Appointments are scheduled so there is no long wait to get started. The office atmosphere is old school with todays technology and techniques. It makes you feel comfortable and like your in good hands. I recommend Dr. Hollander to everyone whonsays to me they are looking for a dentist, he is the best.

Dr. Hollander is always communicating to let you know what he is fixing and how much more time to expect until he completes it. Dental visits are not high on my favorites list, the same way for most people I suppose. Dr. Hollander makes the whole experience better...perhaps not front row tickets/free beer/first class upgrade better, but certainly awesome parking space better.

Not happy at all. Went for cleaning, the knocked a filling out during the cleaning and sent me home with a giant hole in my mouth which then got infected. Then charged me for the service after originally telling me they took my insurance before even running the group number to find out they don’t take it AFTER they did the service. Had to go back and argue with them to get them to fix the problem THEY created. Would not recommend.
