The store manager James was great and took care of my car in no time at all. I had questions about my tires and warning lights and he explained all my options and reasons for the issues. Super nice people. Had my car a shorter period than expected. Went in for tires and possibly brakes but they said my brakes are good for another year do they didnt sell me something I didnt need. Ive always like the service at this location

My friend was recently visiting family while in Ohio. He had a couple things wrong with his vehicle and chose to get it fixed. In the midst of checking his oil they broke the oil stick and didn’t even tell us about it. It was later discovered it was broke while checking under the hood on our own time.
I will not be returning till the younger front person I believe his name is cole is gone .he is extremely rude, I had expressed to a tech I believe his name was joe my concern with my tpms light when the tech went to talk to him he was rude and just genuinely didnt care what the tech was saying. Then he decided to ignor the tech completely and and start asking me the questions the tech had already told him. I had no idea what I was talking about hence why I asked the tech to talk to them for me Im extremely disappointed they would even hire someone so rude to customers and other employees. Ill return when hes gone for the time being I will be taking my car to tuffy down the road.

Terrible. Was just told three times that I needed a new blower motor. I left the store and my blower motor was mysteriously working again.I felt I should update this since Firestone did respond. The blower motor did end up needing replaced. Firestone charged a 99 dollar diagnostic service to tell me the blower motor was bad and would be 545 dollars to replace it. This is insane. I ordered a new motor on Amazon for 45 dollars and had it next day. It is literally 3 screws and it comes out. I changed it myself in 20 minutes. I would just like to know how you can justify charging that much money to someone. What if it was a more serious repair that had to be done in order for me to get to work and I go ahead and have to pay some exorbitant amount. Have some decency.
First time customer. Went in for 4 tires, 1 was free. Paid for an alignment, car still pulls to the right just like it was before my new tires were installed and 3 of my tires were only filled to 28 psi. Kind of dissapointing.
The branch manager James is a great guy. I had car engine problems even though I couldnt decide what I was gonna do, James and his employees treated me respectfully and was honest with their diagnosis. A great bunch of guys.
Didnt have work done here- was told there would be a 2 hour wait to look at a potential flat tire I had. However, an associate there named Tyler called around to the surrounding locations and was able to get me an immediate appointment at another location. Very helpful!
I always have great customer service at any Firestone location. I have gone to several in the Columbus over the past 10 years. I have never dealt with any business that when you go to multiple locations overtime and get the same reliable service and where the people provide honesty and integrity with every encounter and transaction. I needed a tire for my car super last minute. The staff were fantastic and got in and out fast. They were clear on the charges, polite, and made the experience less anxiety ridden for me.
I drive past two other stores and an hour away from where I live to go to this store! The Manager James is always available if his techs and service people have any questions. I feel that when I go to this location, I trust what I am told and have never dealt with any high pressured sales from them. Any service provided by them had ever had any issues. When they fix it, it is done! They also allow me to move their side table and use it as a desk when I am there so I am able to set up my laptop and work while I wait. The staff and manager are very friendly and welcoming. It is nice to be able to go somewhere and trust them! I have been going to this store since 1998 and would never go elsewhere!

I love Firestone and especially the Gahanna store on Morrison. The staff are always friendly and professional and they take excellent care of my vehicle. I have the worst habit of leaving things till the last minute, like today when I had barely 10 percent oil life left. I called in a panic and Firestone got me in within 25 minutes. They also took care of my wonkey tire, and got me a new battery before I was stuck with a car that wouldnt start. These people are my heros today. Thanks for helping me and making my holiday season a little merrier and brighter.
I usually perform my own maintenance, but decided to schedule a simple tire rotation at this location because it is close to my office. Before the rotation, I marked the inside of each of my tires. Once I was home, I inspected and found they only swapped the tires front to rear. My tires are not directional tires and this is an improper and incomplete job. They left the rotation out of tire rotation. There was also no attempt to reset the TPMS. If I cant trust them with this simple task, there is no way Ill return to this shop for anything more involved.
Ill never go back to the neighborhood mechanic. These guys are super professional and HONEST. which most of us prefer is an honest mechanic. Ill be coming back to them for sure.
Stopped in Sunday to discuss potential issue, Aaron Kerr listened and explained everything very well. Had car towed in the next day, Mark made me feel like I was bothering him by being there. Not friendly, not helpful, provided zero concern or interest in making me feel confident or comfortable that I chose Firestone to diagnose and service my vehicle.After they finally got around to looking at my car I received a phone call status report which was incomplete and confusing.Found out upon picking up the car they did not perform the service I requested (change alternator) and it was in fact the issue with the vehicle. I spent money towing car to them and towing back home and they provided me with a $25.99 labor bill for testing the car. Mark was gone when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and employee on duty was confused and very obviously had no clue about cars because he could not even explain the invoice to me. Complete Auto Care business and your employee does not know about cars, thats very disappointing. More like Firestone Incomplete Auto and No Care.They pushed the car head first into a parking space down a hill instead of leaving it at the top of the hill where I dropped it off. Knowing full well it could not be started without an alternator and needed to be towed away. Then nobody would come help me push it out of the space so the tow truck driver could load it properly. Employee said they were all busy on other cars and getting ready to go home soon.Called the store back the next morning and Aaron Kerr answered the phone. Explain my issues with yesterdays ordeal he asked if he could put me on hold and get more details about the issues with my car. However, 2 minutes later Mark picks up the phone and wanted to argue with me that he did not do the alternator because he heard a noise and they did not think of putting oil in or even asking me about putting oil in. Explained to him that there diagnosis of needing a new engine could not be correct since I took the car home and it was only down 2.5-3 quarts. After much debate, he said he would refund the $25.99 diagnostic fee when I stop in. When I asked him about the alternator he said he refuses to install the alternator. Sounds like a complete waste of time even giving Firestone a chance. Im also out $120 for the tow into their shop and back home again. I will never recommend this location for even filling the air in your tires!!!
Charged me 200$ to run tests on my car which wouldnt start. They determined that nothing was wrong with the car. 2 weeks later car didnt start, it was the BATTERY. dont take your car to them, theyre incompetent. Stay away.
Ive been taking my cars there for 7 or 8 years. Ive never had a problem with them. They perform the work I ask for and do it quickly. They always explain the work they have done to my car. I would recommend this place to anyone. The other one in Gahanna on Hamilton Road is a different story. I would not recommend that one to anyone

Took car in for an oil change and a check engine light. Received a call back that a new battery was installed and was giving erroneous voltage readings and that there were no problems. I went to pick my car up and they had not done an oil change and they charged me $139 for an engine diagnostic?! I pulled out of the parking lot and drove about a mile and the check engine light came back on. Had a similar experience about 2 years ago, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. Shoddy service, won’t ever go back to Firestone.

I have been taking my vehicles to this Firestone location since I was 16. My parents also take their cars here for routine service and oil changes.There was a hiccup about new low profile tires several years ago and they did all they could to make it right. Even today(8 years later) they seem to treat me like they really appreciate my business and they will do what they can to make sure I am happy.They stay very well organized and seem to have a running database of each vehicles along with the history. As most do, Im sure, but they seem to keep things personalized dependent on each client.It is a car/tire business so things can sometimes get a bit pricey, however, they seem to try and give options and make sure you know your service and decision is up to you.They are always quick and seem to stay very very busy. Apparently for good reason.Ask for Angie if she is available and she will be sure to get you taken care of. I plan to return whenever I need something done or worked on.
Had a bad experience in the fall and told myself I would not go back to the store. Well when push came to shove and I needed work done on another vehicle, I told myself to give them another shot. Not only did I receive good customer service but when my engine light came back on approximately 4 weeks after being serviced, Mike made the situation right and they took excellent care of me and got my vehicle done within 3 hours. Thank you for making things right and providing good customer service.

Rachel is extremly rude and shouldnt be a manager, I have used firestone service in the past and this is the first time Ive had this experience. I stopped there to get some air in my tire but she point blank told me shes not sending anyone out because of the weather, and said it in a rude way with an I dont care attitude. I went to a different Firestone and the person I met there was really nice and courteous, he came out to help put air in my tire. Rachel is not a peoples person, isnt nice and should not be a manager if she cant take care of her customers.
The guys that work here are fantastic and let you in on everything going on. Very respectful and friendly service. I made same day appt both times i have been there so i did not have a long wait at all!

I scheduled a 3pm appointment for a single tire to be changed. Rim was already off the car. The new tire didnt arive at the shop until 430pm after I was told itd be there in 15 minutes. Totally unorganized and unprofessional and completely wasted my time. Also wouldnt give me some sort of discount for the time I lost for their mistake. Not good.
Came on the time, after 1.5 hour, when we return, nobody started working on our carWhen I complain, it was no reaction.
These guys are always professional, helpful, timely, and customer focused. Its my go to choice for tune ups and oil changes.

Got two tires here. One of the tires was losing air so took it back a few weeks later. Turned out to be a bad valve stem so they replaced it for nothing. No complaints.

Not pleased with this location. After I was told the repairs were done and I kcould come get the car, they call me back with something else that supposedly needed fixed. If my car was done, why were you back in my car? Also, I brought it in there to have the shaking in my car fixed. $1,600 later the shaking is still there. After they already okd the brakes and rotors as being good, they tell me that they are all in bad shape and needed to be replaced with the brakes. I dont think so, ill go elsewhere.
Long time customer of this location and generally get decent and timely service. Sometimes they use suggestive selling techniques to prompt you to have not always necessary serivces performed on your vehicles.

Despite the fact that I own a lifetime tire balance from them, and they are within walking distance of my work, I will never go back again.They did not tighten my wheel lugs, causing me to throw one on the way home.They did not tighten my after market control arms when realigning my vehicle, causing my wheels to wobble and ruining the new alignment. I had to eyeball it with a borrowed wrench five minutes before my race.My friend took his civic there for a basic oil change. They stripped the oil plug, and then screwed up something else that was causing it to throw a check engine light and disable V-TEC.Horrible quality control in all facets. Avoid.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Got to the store on time, and then waited ten minutes for the service writer to come off the shop floor because he was arguing with one of the techs. I was then told my appt was not in the computer, I verified the address when I made my appt. I was then told that it would be 15 minutes until they started on my rental car, followed by another 45 minutes for the oil change. Ive never heard of an oil change taking so long on a brand new vehicle, no inspections were necessary. I was told 45 minutes to an hour was a standard firestone oil change. If it takes their techs that long to do an oil change I am going to go somewhere that hires real mechanics to work on the cars.

Took two hours to patch a tire; with an appointment and I told them I would be waiting. After responding to my dissatisfaction they told me to email my review to corporate, and no one ever replied back. I took it in over on my lunch break and assumed it wouldnt take more than 30 mins, an hr at max.
Expensive, but Im seems like they did a good enough job. P.s. if youre going in the winter, wear layers cause the waiting room was COLD!

Five guys were standing around when I stopped to see if I could get my tire fixed and I said can you leave it were working on a really heavy schedule right now. If they were working on such a heavy schedule why were they just standing around talking.

Was in Columbus for the weekend staying a nearby hotel when the family van developed a squeal from the rear drivers side brake. Knowing it needed pads and having extra time, I decided to see what they would charge to fix it. Also knew the van needed an EGR valve from the check engine light. 2 hours after dropping it off they call with an estimate of $1385!!!! They claimed it needed new calipers on both sides in the rear as well as rotors and pads. Add in the EGR valve and labor and they came up with an astronomical price. If you like being ripped off, keep taking your car here.Took the van to a local shop when we got home and turns out all the van needed was new pads and a $35 caliper bracket. The pins in the bracket that allow the pads to move had seized up and the inner pad was completely gone. There was nothing wrong with calipers!
