I needed my engagement ring cleaned for my upcoming wedding and Kristin was so incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive.I emailed the company on Tuesday evening and by Wednesday morning she had let me know that they could clean my band for free THAT day. I didn’t buy my ring through them but Kristin still made sure I was taken care of!She cleaned my ring in a matter of minutes and it looks brand new! She even gave me a cleaner for free to make sure my ring stays shiny and new for my wedding Friday! 😭 ❤️Really appreciate her and will certainly be using them if I need any jewelry in the future. I commissioned a custom pendant for my wife and she loved it. I really appreciated the clear communication and enthusiasm that ron brings to his work. I dont know much about jewelry but he was able to help me create a piece that will be in our family for generations.

I haven’t been able to wearing my engagement ring and wedding band for years due to a problem with a prong on my engagement ring and needing to resize my rings after hurting my hand/ring finger. Kristin was responsive, knowledgeable and made me feel confident she could return my rings to their original glory. I could not believe how fast my rings were returned to me and how BEAUTIFUL they looked! They looked brand new and I will never have to worry about the problematic prong breaking and losing one of my diamonds. I will be returning with another special ring that needs resized. Awesome place to go. Friendly staff that definitely go the extra mile to help you out and make you feel comfortable. I brought my wifes wedding ring in to have it fixed. They answered all my questions and took the time to show me my diamond under a microscope as well. Not to mention they had the ring fixed shined up and ready to go a day or two later. That was important because she wanted to make sure she had it for the holidays. I definitely found my new jeweler. Highly impressed and definitely recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience working with Ron. My fiancé had worked with Ron to make a custom CAD design necklace based off a piece of rock climbing equipment and we returned to them for a custom engagement ring using an heirloom stone. I knew I wanted something very simple but still wanted a quality product with the advice of an expert on how to best protect and present the stone. I appreciate that he offered advice but never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable stating preferences. He spent the time to walk through a variety of designs and options on CAD and printed several plastic molds for me to try.We did run into an issue with the stone and Ron called us immediately to talk about the problem and already had solutions ready, something he absolutely did not have to do working with an heirloom stone. I would not doubt the integrity of this business for a second.Neither of the pieces we purchased were very expensive, but I never felt that I was being treated with anything but the utmost respect, care and attention that I assume are provided to every customer. Ron spent an incredible amount of time with us, was always quick to communicate and was very educational. You can tell he is incredibly passionate about what he does. I not only walked a way with a beautiful ring I love but also learned alot!Its been almost a year since my engagement ring was finished (sorry about the late review guys!) and I still love it, have been recommending the store to all my friends the last year and will continue to be a return customer here even if I move out of the Columbus area!

Infinity Jewelers did a beautiful job of putting a hinge on my diamond and ruby ring so it would be easier to put on. They always do beautiful work whenever I have any jewelry made and are very nice to do business with.
