I’ve used the service 2 times. The first time the service was fine. The 2nd time I sent my son to get his chain fixed. When my son went to pick up his chain he was told by Brian his chain was stolen by another customer and that he wouldreplace it if he came back Monday. I went to the shop Monday with my son and was told he didn’t have anything yet but was working on it. I asked how this could have happened and told him the chain was from his father. Brian stated a customer was given my son’s chain instead of theirs and when he called them they refused to return it and said it was theirs. Being very disappointed we left with his word he would replace it in a few days. I got a phone call approx 3 days later saying he had a chain way bigger and better then my son’s to replace it with. When we went to get the chain it was very light and cheap looking. Brian swore it was heavy and better then my sons. I asked him to write something down stating this was a replacement for the chain someone else picked up from his shop and we could go get it appraised. He got very defensive and said we had his word it was worth way more. He reluctantly signed the paper statement. We didn’t get a chance to have it appraised yet when a few days later I got a message from Brian stating he got the chain back if we wanted to come in and exchange it for my sons chain. We went in the next day. When I asked how he got it back saying I was happy the customer brought it back in he said it was just a mistake and he had it in a different envelope. The whole thing was shady. I don’t know if he was trying to take advantage of my son thinking he wouldn’t know any better but the whole experience was bad.

I received my engagement ring on Christmas Eve, took it in on the 26th for sizing and had it back on Friday! It looked beautiful and it meant so much to not have to wait two weeks to wear my ring. Brian gave me great service and was much more personable than the larger jewelry stores. I highly recommend supporting this local business. Oh, and I forgot to mention that he charged me less as well. Win/win.

Bryan did it for me on the same day and was considerably less than everyone else. When it came to purchase our wedding bands, I had done research online for what we wanted.
