Rented a premium car and got a Impala. Friendly staff at this location. Being a Presidents Circle member, I was hoping for an upgrade of some sort, but I at least got what I paid for. Note that all Columbus area Hertz locations are franchised. I always get upgraded at corporate locations.
Absolutely horrible. I had to use this rental company because of a car accident. First, the 2 men that came to my work to drop the car: one was nice-ish, the other was rude and condescending. Not a good start.Add to that, even though I was told by State Farm NOT to pay for anything as the accident was not my fault, the rude guy from Hertz informed me that because I only had liability on my 2008, that I had to put a deposit of $50+$18.99 a day. I could take it up with SF. Basically he talked to me like I was a second class citizen. Thanks buddy, you’re a real gem.Fast forward to the day they were supposed to retrieve the car. I was told they would be there at 3:00. Naturally, I was a few minutes early. At the 3:30 mark I start calling. Finally after about 5 minutes of listening to the recording, it allows me to leave a message.Finally at 3:45 I call AGAIN. Finally get a real person. He puts me on hold only to come back to say “Ohhh they won’t be there to pick it up today. BUT you won’t have to pay for the additional day!” Like that was even an option?!?!So, I waste about an hour and NO ONE from Hertz thought to communicate with me that they weren’t coming?!?!The ONLY good thing I can report is the car was very nice. At least there’s that.

Two hours after I picked up the vehicle I was told that my insurance might not cover my rental. I had hoped that this would be checked before I took a Lyft from work to this place and left with the vehicle
They are always so positive and have a smile on their face! So pleasant to be around and work with. You can tell they are passionate about what they do, and who they serve. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Dont go any place else to rent a car!!!!

Fast and efficient
Customer service and prices are good but the long wait times get old. DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ IF YOU HAVE PETS. We did not take our pets in the vehicle but they tried to charge us a cleaning fee because of dog hair. Also, expect a $200 hold on top of the price.
I went online to reserve a vehicle, but when I got there and had sign the papers and they debit my account, when we went to check the car it was not what I want, so I told them I could not use this car, so they only refund me part of my money said it was as if I rent the car, but I never got inside the car or drove the car, it was still park when I decline and spoke with the manager who said he would refund my money and never did. when to budget rental and got just want I needed, with discounts.
This location excels in customer service, and they provide nice, clean and dependable rental vehicles. I rent almost every week, and I highly recommend this very convenient and accommodating Hertz location.
I always have rented through Hertz & havent been disappointed yet! The staff is always extremely friendly. Im always taken care of when I rent through Hertz.

People working there were nice enough. The car I picked up was clean and well worth the rental price.
Worst Service. Hertz charged me $15 for fuel, when I drove 10 miles and added fuel. No one said I had to have it full enough for the gas pump to stop. They take advantage of being a 22 year old women driver.

Awful company works more like the mafia then a rental call, i was late couple of hours and treated like a criminal. i was told im going to be arrested for stealing the car....DO NOT GO HERE....to them you are not a customer you are a someone who is desperate for a car and they will hold you buy the balls
