Car smells like an ashtray and had to wait 3 days to even get a car. Pretty sure there was a body in my rental car before I got it! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A+

Our former insurance company jerked us around a little bit, but everybody at the rental place was very helpful and got us into a rental as quickly as they could.

Great location with cars. The rental I was given 2020 Mis. Outlander 2020 was nice. Just not comfortable for a long trip. Driving 8 hours in a smaller SUV was not exactly fun with 4 adults.Customer service was great I just know next time to ask to see what is all available.

Terrible. Do not recommend. I got there at 1020 am for a 1030am appointment. I was lied to saying they where getting my car ready, which obviously wasn’t true since after waiting a half hour somebody else came and told me that the car had just got in, and that they had to get ready. In the meantime other customers where getting service and getting their cars. Please do not go here!! Very unprofessional

So far we have rented twice from Enterprise in Gahanna on Cherrybottom and both times were so great, I wont rent from anywhere else. Last time, I used the option for You click, we pick and the available car for me was perfect - they picked (probably just what happened to be on hand I guess) a Chevy Impala and since it was just me for that trip, it was great. Next time, we plan to use them for a family trip and Ill select and pay a bit more for an SUV probably.

Car running good without any problem. Our local branch was closed the day we supposed to return the car but they have flexibility on returning in different branch. Wish they let us know in advance. The only thing is we got a car with Michigan tab in Ohio and we cant drive to downtown worry something will happen. Thats a bit sad, other than that we are happy to use their service for our 2 weeks trip!

We had a travel fiasco and had to rent a car to drive to Cleveland. The employees were BEYOND friendly, fast and efficient. We were so pleased with our experience!

So the process was weird. Because of Covid you are not allowed to go inside the rental place. So you basically wait outside and hope someone sees you in a timely manner. Not a fan of this process-I get being cautious but quite frankly this was stupid. The car was okay. I am not sure it was really cleaned though, it could really use a good detail inside job. Overall it was fine, not great, not exceptional just fine.

We rented our vehicle from the Gahanna Enterprise location. My selection was a large SUV- Suburban. They called me the day before to confirm my rental and also let me know that a Suburban was on site for my use.The pickup and checkout process was fast and painless. The 2020 Suburban was clean and in excellent condition.Thank you.

I use this location on a weekly basis for work travel and have yet to have a negative experience. Ross, the branch manager, is an exemplary leader who goes out of his way to make sure each step in the rental process runs smoothly- everything from making the initial reservation to vehicle pick-up and return. His customer service skills and professionalism have brought me back time and time again. I will go out of my way to use this location (even if it is a further distance from me) just to ensure that I receive the excellent customer service that they provide. I highly recommend!

Whenever we need a rental car, I can always count of Enterprise. Previously used the one in Clintonville and moved so used the one at Cherry Bottom - Columbus. They always go over and above in customer service. If ever an issue with a car, they always take care of the problem - as in last one we received I didnt notice until I left the odor of cigarette smoke in it. I called and let them know and they immediately offered to give me another car. I was short on time and kept the car. Upon returning the car, they gave me credit on my bill.

They closed the return location and did not tell anyone. Had to drive to another location to return car. It would have been nice to get a text or email about this as it closed 2 days prior. I was then forced to change my plans for the day.

Reserved a Toyota Rav 4, and ended up with a minivan. Would have been nice if they had provided a quick rundown of how to work everything, or at least supplied an owners manual.

The staff at this location were personable, efficient, and most of all, helpful. We reserved a car several weeks in advance. When we arrived, of course, there were a couple of different makes and models available in our category. When trying to decide, one employee actually made a suggestion based on the terrain we would be covering on our trip. That information turned out to be very helpful. We were extremely satisfied with the service, the car, and the price.

This Enterprise experience was probably the best one Ive ever experienced from a rental car business. The staff was very friendly, the gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and professional. He also made sure the vehicle was ready to go in terms of cleanliness and tire pressure. He definitely went the extra mile and made a great impression!

If I could put no stars I would. My wife wrecked her car. Insurance set her up with a car at this location. The agents scared her into signing up for the “extra insurance.” Intimidating her into it after she was already flustered by the wreck itself. Never explained the process. Just made her sign an iPad and never explained what she was signing. The repairs took longer than expected so the insurance kept wracking up. Stu the agent is a scam artist. Do not go there. I will be reporting to BBB. I will be telling everyone I come in contact with at me job and on social media about this location and how they treat people

Received a rental from them when I was in an accident and they even drove me to the dealership where my newly purchased car was. Great service and great people! Don’t remember the name, but the blonde girl with the glasses was very friendly and made the return process an easy one.

Staff was super polite and helpful. The upgrades to make the check in and return is really easy and quick. But the Jeep Compass is a terrible vehicle to drive. Glad I experienced it as a rental, I would never consider buying one or referring it to anyone.

I was able to pick up my car within 10 mins. They need a passport since Im from another country. Have your original licence when you visit any Enterprise car. I have given 5 for the courteous staff. Ross, Austin and Erin were the best, they helped with my request within 5 mins. They understand the customer pulse thats what we want from a Company and helps us to do more business with the Company.Now comes the story. The address is not correct or it takes to a residential community. We called them and said the navigation to reach them. Either they need to update the address or do something so that we can reach correctly.

People were friendly, quality of service was excellent and efficient. I was very satisfied with their returning me to my home when I returned the rental car. Will continue to rent from Enterprise for all my needs. Please tell that to the Gahanna, Ohio office.

Car was fine, but customer service was poor. I got caught up in traffic and called to let them know I would be there maybe 5 minutes after the scheduled closing time. I was told I could put the keys in the drop box, but would be charged. I paid an extra days rental for what ended up being 3 minutes. They say theyll pick you up, but dont expect any other help. With lots of other rental options cant say that Ill be renting from them again.

I absolutely love the Gahanna (cherry bottom) location. The customer service is fantastic!! They pick me up on time, I never have trouble out of their vehicles. This is by far my favorite location. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful service with this Enterprise team and the one on Morse Rd. Jordan was able to secure us a reservation when our reservation at Enterprise Columbus Airport fell through.Note that in order to rent without a credit card you have to have a recent utility bill with no overdue balance in the name of the person renting and paying. (Something we didnt realize and honestly makes renting a huge hassle) Despite us not being aware and prepared for these policies, the Gahanna and Morse Rd. teams were very patient with us and kind and got us on the road!They were even able to drive me to work after I dropped off my car this morning. Overall, great service.

Horribly managed. I was charged thru this Wed per phone call and email but they for some reason didnt put the charge 100 ahead. Car was due yesterday but there system said it was 3 days past due and because of that they reported my car stolen. They also called family not listed on my contract to say such but only attempted one call to me. I have used 3 other offices but this one is by far the worst! Horrible communication and quick to assume anything! Beware! Here is an update 9-18-18. This office 1 year later today just charged me 266.89 today on charges that were not correct. Why is my card still on file? I need called right away!This location has caused me issues to this day due to a disgruntled manager no longer there! Use Avis!

This going to seem a contradiction with what happened. I have rented from Cherry Bottom For years. Actually since it opened. And I rent up to four times a month so I got to know the young people who have passed through. I was treated special from day one. We have always had the best experiences. Now, this last rental was the rental from hell. I rented a Minivan. One hour after I got it the left rear tire went flat with no prior warning. It was almost 6PM, closing time. I talked to the center and they could not ressel up a car. One option became to limp it to the local Firestone dealer to have it fixed. they were open until 8PM and Enterprise would call ahead. She even offered to leave her personal cell but I declined. Upon arrival Firestone had no call record. With a lot of coaxing they fixed It . It was 10 PM when I got home. The van was parked for four days and wouldnt start. The parking garage came to the rescue. On the return I ran into a huge rainstorm and found the wipers were totally worn out. Enterprise discounted my total bill. Even with the best of intentions things can still go wrong. Not to fear Ill be back. But this center has always seemed under staffed and pushed to the limit. You might think about adding one or two more people. These are some of the best young stars I have ever run across. Enterprise It would be a shame to not support them just a bit better. I know I do and will continue to do so.

My service at time of rental was good but the gentleman that helped me promised I would not get charged for an additional hour since they didnt open until 9 a.m. and the car would be sitting there when they arrived. The car was sitting there with the key in the night drop when they arrived on Saturday morning. However, I was charged anyway. I guess I shouldnt have trusted the employees promise. Did I mention that I am a regular renter...at least I was prior to this incident.

The staff is super friendly, but their reservation system is a complete lie.I reserved a 4 door, V6 for a road trip which they didnt have and couldnt get, so they kindly upgraded me to an uncomfortable gas guzzler. Upgrade is code for youll take what we have and screw because you already made the reservation and cant go to a better company now that its too late.

I am a loyal enterprise customer and have rented from this location over 5 times this past year alone. I forgot my ID at home and they would not honor my reservation even though I drove 45 minutes from downtown to get there 15 minutes before they closed. I don’t appreciate their lack of working with loyal and reliable repeat customers to their specific location. The manager stood there and watched the entire interaction happen and did not give any possible alternative solutions to the issue.

After doing numerous searches they had the best deal with the lowest deposit

I rented two separate cars in one week...for travel to an out of town conference, and then when my car was being repaired at a local body shop. The service was.excellent... everything ran like clockwork: on time, efficient and friendly service.

I called this office to get reservation for 2 weeks ago to make sure I get a car the day my car will go to repair shop. The repair shop called me to bring my car another date. I quickly called this office to change my pick up day but when I came to get my reserved car. They said that there is no car today so they can get for tomorrow. Never trust this office. I missed my work that day. What horrible management.

Awful experience. I am an active duty service member who tried to rent a car in order to have work done on my personal vehicle. I tried to use my Chase debit card and was unable to do so because I couldnt provide them with a copy of my phone bill. I provided a copy of my orders, ID and my 3 most recent pay stubs. In addition I was more than willing to allow them to hold a larger deposit on my card. Instead of going and getting a bill I walked into Avis/Budget with no reservation and was able to get a better deal,and better vehicle with no hassle. I will never do business with enterprise again!!

I needed a rental while my personal car was being repaired at an auto body shop. I have rented from Enterprise for several years with good results, well, except for the Santa Fe office last year. I had to have the initial reservation changed because the girl only put me down for one day and I told her I needed it for 5 days. Then, the car I was supposed to get had a scratch on it, so she upgraded me to a sporty car, a Mini Cooper, at no extra charge, but there would be an extra charge on the insurance which I declined as my insurance company covers rental cars. I guess things are O.K., but I would never rent a Mini Cooper again---ever! It is too small, hard for mature citizens to get in and out of, rides hard, feels cramped, and my better half felt unsafe because of it mini-size. The only downside to rental here is if you do not return it on time printed on the bill, even if you tell them it will be later in the day when you reserved it, they charge for the extra day regardless.

I rented a van for a 4 day vacation. We had 5 adults that had plenty of room and comfort in a Dodge zGrand Caravan. It worked great and even got 26 mpg on the highway. The Gahanna staff at Cherry Bottom Road were friendly and efficient. It was a great experience as it always has been over the 4 years I have been their customer .

I love enterprise . Both times i was in and out right away. Check in and check out ran very smoothly. I will ne a return customer for sure.

Waaaay over priced! We frequently rent cars to travel out of town so we dont mile out our cars that we lease. Honestly we need to just buy a small car because at 1500 a month we could have multiple cars like what we rent. Not to mention the employees can be rude. I was accused of bringing a car back smelling like smoke when the car smelled of smoke when I picked it up. I dont even smoke. We will not be doing business with then anymore. Too much of a hassle and over priced.

The service was good overall. My only advice is be sure you are aware of the high daily cost of the optional supplemental insurance they offer.

Lets keep this about ERAC only, and not an insurance provider.This was the chosen rental agency. Due to last minute confirmation number, ERAC could not provide me with the agreed class of vehicle. I asked them to call other locations. They were absolutely willing to do so. The complication come in that they are all independent of each other. They all have their own geographical zone. To get that free Well pick you up, you must be in that zone. I was in a zone with without my class vehicle. My vehicle was in another zone that would not pick me up in another zone. This was explained to me, but still trying to help me as much as they could. This completely disrupted my schedule with the collision center.A week later I had a reservation and they brought the rental to the collision center for me. Paperwork was a couple touch pad strokes. A quick inspection revealed the same as their inspection notes.The vehicle was clean, neat and tidy. It was in the same class as my own vehicle, but not one that I would purchase. I was a bit surprised that they would rent one with obstructed visibility from large strut supports. That is exactly why I never even test drove it when shopping for my own.Everything worked flawlessly on the vehicle. Lots of complimentary accessories. I had my phone paired easily. It was easy on fuel consumption.The return turned out rather easy also. I called them and told them I was fueling nearby, and asked if they wanted to give me a ride to collision center or pick it up there. They agreed and dropped me off.If not for the zone restrictions, this would be 5 stars.XP#UpCloseSavor

Anyone considering obtaining services provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Car should seriously rethink it. I rented a car from the Cherry Bottom Road location in Gahanna, Ohio. I am being billed for damage that did not occur while the car was in my possession. The alleged damage was recorded after an Enterprise employee drove the car from the drop-off location (body shop) to the Cherry Bottom location (though they could have stopped for a coffee or lunch since Enterprise did not record the pick-up time of their VSP). My complaints were met with disdain by the assistant manager. This assistant “manager,” was unable to repeat to me the simple Enterprise Rent-A-Car philosophy that I have now memorized from being placed on hold for extended periods of time. Enterprise flaunts their core company philosophy but the fact that management level employees do not know it is laughable. Do not waste your time, money, or sanity with Enterprise.

I got the car on 40 $ per day insurance. I need a car for 2 months on rent but they had nothing . They were charging 1200 $ per month for insurance only.I believe this was the height. I never say any word after that and left. They even did not try to offer any help.

I rented a car for my spouses 45 birthday made reservations the night before went through the check list of what I would need an reserved the make of car I wanted its was fast an I felt completely comfortable when I went to sleep that night. Little did I know what a complete disaster it would be when I arrived at the store the next morning. 1st of all the rep from the night before didnt inform me that unfortunately would need 2 bills to rent if using debt card but luckily I had them in car from one of my 2 properties so I provided them to the in store rep who then informed me she couldnt except them cause the balance was over 100 dollars (how many phone cable an internet bills under 100 dollars ) so the I gave her 2 bills from my new property that both were under 100 then rep said couldnt except due to adress not the same as ID advised rep that people do have more then one property she advised me that there was a dmv down the street an I could change my adr on my id there . 1 hr later I arrive back at Gahanna store with all documents matching an then they were out of the vehicle I had reserved waited another 2 hrs for a vehicle that would accommodate my travel an then low an behold a rep from another location came in driving the car I was waiting on they did a quick swap an I was on my way missed the birthday brunch we had planned with family an friends so needless to say my experience had a horrible start. The car was clean an ran well other than the tire pressure light remaining on the entire time.

They dropped a car off for me while my car was repaired but postponed the repairs a day because Toyota gave them the wrong phone number for me. They couldnt ask me what time and they didnt call Toyota back to get the right phone number.

Hate the hours of service but the folks working there are super nice. Very helpful and our rental from there was great!

Seem less check-in and check-out. Enterprise is my go-to rental company and the staff is consistently pleasant.
