Curt is a great barber and he is super fun to talk to. He went above and beyond in getting my hair cut just the way I wanted. Will definitely go here again.

I hereby actively recommend Curt @ Gahanna Barber Shop to friends, colleagues & countrymen.Showed up at 12:15 and was standing there looking around and Curt called me over, sat me down, got me ready and asked me what i wanted, not wasting any time but making sure to be meticulous and paying attention to the details. He listened and understood perfectly what i was wanting, and performed flawlessly. I was out of there within 30 minutes.They only take Cash or Check, but do take Paypal - which is a service i had to use.

I came to cut my hair yesterday and I like it. When I went back home I see its was messed up on back and I called them right away. They said come tomorrow morning and I just came here its closed. They were friendly but I dnt like the haircut.

Waited like everyone else until barber shops were open again and I went with my two sons and the guys did a great job. Very happy with the haircuts, got us in quick and have it setup for social distancing as well for waiting. We found ourselves a new favorite barbershop!

We quit going to the... initials are CC... because of scheduling and appointment and still having to wait 30 minutes for a haircut.Gahanna Baber Shop reminds me of the place I got my hair cut as a kid, minus the soda machine for $0.25. The guys there are nice and really know what they are doing.Proud to support local businesses.

Went in for the first time this past Friday. I was seen quickly and given an identical cut to what i regularly get, after just showing them a picture. This will be my new regular spot to get a haircut. Great job!

My son has sensory issues and Curt was amazing. Probably the best haircuts both of my sons (1 and 2 years old) have ever received.

Been getting my haircut here for 11-12 years. I always see Brian who is the most consistent barber Ive ever been to. I have difficult hair so consistency is key for me. Used to work near this shop but dont anymore. Now I drive 40 minutes one way to get my hair cut. YES - its worth it. Sometimes have to use other barbers when my schedule prevents me from getting in when I need a haircut. When I have to do this I only go to old school/reputable barber shops and I never get a good haircut - AND Brian always has something to fix the next time I see him.Consistent, friendly, clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Thanks for taking good care of me over the years!

I have been getting my haircut by Curt for the past 7 years and have never had a bad cut. Very reasonably priced at $13.00 and that includes a neck shave with a straight razor that you cannot get at any of these chain salons. The hours make it easy for me to get a cut during my lunch or on a Saturday morning. If you are looking for a new place to get a professional cut by a barber, please stop in and see Curt you will not be disappointed.

Love this place! Old school barber shop feel and vibe but the guys know what they are doing with current styles, especially for my 3 school age boys. Curt has been our go to barber for the past 3 years. My boys refuse to go anywhere else and we are on the other side of town!!! My youngest is special needs with sensory issues and used to FREAK out in the barber chair. But once we found Curt, that changed. Curt always makes him feel at ease and gets him to cooperate. He actually gets excited to go to the shop now! Cant beat the price for what you get!

Great and affordable place to get a haircut! They know everyone that comes in and refer to them by name. Makes me feel like I’m in the barber shop on the set of Coming to America with all of the playful banter! Highly recommended!

These guys are the best! Ive gone here since they opened back in the mid 90s. Tried other barber shops when i lived out of town always had to come back to get fixed up. Great trio of guys I consider lifelong friends at this point!

Brian does an amazing job and is always consistent. The shop has always been clean and barbers are friendly. Really glad they accept walk ins and are able to get us in without little time wasted. Definitely would recommend if you need a cut!

Visited on a Saturday morning around 9 AM. No wait and $14... Cheaper than branded cutters that Ive always gone to. Will return because the price is perfect- FYI, I feel I can tip more when priced at this point. Cash or check only and thats not an issue but just be aware (I ran to the bank across the street to get cash)Also, of course, I got a very nice haircut! Cut was more of a craft here than anywhere else Ive been, which was nice. Each barber was from a different part of town - Powell, Pickerington, Canal. People travel in to come here and my barber said his furthest client comes from Lorain (holy cow!).

They know how to cut mens hair. So many years of going to the salons, I finally found a place that gives a constantly decent cut for a reasonable price. No credit cards, cash only.

I relocated some years ago and was tired of the 40 minute commute back to where I used to get my hair cut. I am really glad I took the chance with Curt!. Curt has been cutting my hair for 5 years and I have never had an issue...and I am PICKY!!! Not only did I take a chance but requested a new style of cut the first time he cut my hair. He also lines/trims your beard! Curt is a solid dude! They are also open on Saturday! Strongly recommend Curt and Gahanna Barber Shop!

Have been here twice, both times they were the only barber open and nearby. Both times had a terrible haircut. Very uneven and chopped. Had to go to another professional to even and blend. The professional that corrected the original haircut laughed at the mistakes the barber had made, pointing out areas that had not eve been cut with long clumps exposed.Also, upon arrival no customers at the time and all 3 barbers were sitting outdid at Lolas. when I walked in there was cut hair laying on the floor of each work station. Not just a little bit, a lot!!If they had time to sit, they had time to clean the work stations.Dont think they will care about this review. Too Bad.

Come here every once in a while. Brian, the owner, is an awesome barber and great with cutting hair. The taller gentleman has cut my hair the past two times I have been there and does a shoddy job. When he trims around the ears, he shaves off the hair a good half inch up past the top of the ears and it looks ridiculous. He also trims up the sides too far and uneven. You have a 1/3 chance of getting a bad haircut every time you come here.

Young or old, this is a great spot for a great priced haircut. Brian and Ron have been cutting hair for a long time and are welcoming to all of their customers.
