The first woman who did my oldest hair did a prett Good job and was completely thorough. My youngest son decided that he wanted his haircut too… The experience was completely night and day. He ended up getting another stylist who rushed through his hair. She didn’t take time to look at his face to see how to shape his haircut and completely made his edge up uneven. He is five and he noticed how bad the haircut was. I will be back because I appreciate it the first Stylist work but I definitely do not ever want the second one cutting any of my kids here ever again. Even when she went back and attempted corrected it he still had a little hairs everywhere it wasn’t an even cut at all. She also went too high in the back of his head.

What a wonderful place to get my hair cut. I strongly suggest getting a MVP which is haircut, shampoo, head massage and back massage. Very affordable place to go!

The staff is always very friendly. The store is always very clean. They manage crowds of guys waiting for a cut very well. Plenty of sports to watch on multiple TVs throughout the space. If you go for an MVP cut, youre in for a treat. The girls working there do their best to spoil you and make you feel comfortable. They never push product on you as youre finishing up and taking care of payment. However, they do have good hair care products for men should you want something. Every time I have visited Ive felt welcomed.

Usually good haircuts, good service, and great extras. Not the place for a great professional scissor cut... great for an electric clipper cut, warm face towel, massage chair, and ball massage with an electric massager.

Typically get my haircut on Monday evening. I normally have the same person cut my hair, but overall the team working on Monday is pleasant and professional. Very convenient and easy to get in and get out...

What a poorly ran store! Checked in online, 70 min wait. Got to the store and waited another hour. The girl I requested finished and disappeared in the back talking to another employee for over 25 mins. I had enough and left. Plus another girl completely leaves while they have 6-7 people in the store waiting and a board with 2 1/2 hour wait of people that have checked in online. This place had no urgency for its customers. And two people walked out before me. Over priced service and slow inexperienced staff.

Theyre nice, they listen, and do the job right the first time

I was very displeased to find out that this location was no longer participating in the free haircuts for veterans program on Veterans’ Day this year. I guess it was on me to have checked beforehand, but this location has always participated as far back as I can remember, and I didn’t think that would change. Maybe it’s under new management. Either way, I won’t be going back.

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s never been a great experience. But today I came in there was a 25 min wait. I’m still waiting 40 minutes later. There’s two people working but one of them decided to go on lunch break and leave the other lady alone. I would recommend the the Gahanna location

I appreciated that day all the girls woman whatever that they stay until everyone in their place got a haircut even though it was closed already so Ill really appreciate it good a Job and recommendations for the hairstyle just got.

I am hardly ever 100% happy with any haircut that I get but that changed today. Courtney is great and for not being there very long I honestly thought she had been there for at least a couple years. I was 100% satisfied with the haircut I got today. I will be back for sure.

UPDATE: After posting the review i got the reply sports clips customer service to contact them via email. I did email them immediately about the issue but they never got back to me after that. The replies they are posting for user reviews are of no use and they wouldnt bother to follow up on our reviews. I am reducing one more start for this fake replies.You get Inconsistent hair cut everytime you go over there. I have been there 6 times in the span of 6 months, i only got a good hair cut once out of 6 times. Everytime i explain them the kind of hair cut i want, they tell me that they are going to add notes about my specifics. But next time you go there just to find out there is no notes on your profile. Please note that i am only talking about sportsclip gahanna. The reason i am giving 2 stars is for the lady who took utmost care for my hair out of thise 6 attempts or else it would have a one star review.

The haircuts Ive gotten in the past are good, but the customer service is terrible. I was at the top of the list, waited thirty minutes, and went up to check the list. They let other people in front of me and crossed me off never once saying my name. And I couldnt even complain, 30 minutes of my time gone and no one at the front desk to address my frustration. If they had a dedicated receptionist these things wouldnt happen, but they would rather make more on the bottom line with their over priced haircuts then make sure their customers are happy. Never going back.

Usually awesome. Once in awhile things dont go smoothly, computer down or really busy were the worst things Ive ran across there. Usually half an hour to be done.

Only two stylist on duty, the stylist wasnt professionally friendly, ask abrupt questions of what I wanted and still didnt understand, said she was confused??? (said she knew how to cut a military fade or high n tight, but actions proved different) and Ive gone to Sports Clips for a while and this place happened to be close to where I was so tried it....NEVER AGAIN!FIESTA, GREAT CLIPS, FAMILY CLIPS or even the salons at Walmart I believe wouldve done better and worth more for the money...I got the MVP (which she never asked at the beginning of what package I would like) name was Kenedi on my receipt and I was treated more like a benched athlete because you called the red/ump a derogatory name....WARNING! DONT GO HERE....just sayingAny other SC, just not this one...HUGE MISTAKE!

Been here half a dozen times, always got a great cut and friendly service.

Staff was nice and the haircut is quality for what I paid.

2 out of 3 times it has been a decent haircut that was a little pricey. The 3rd time i had a rude stylist that barely made eye contact except to roll her eyes. Also, I had to be vigilant so her press in nails didnt stick me in the eyes. I think Im done with this place.

I went to get my hair cut I signed in they told 15 minutes so sit there and wait more people keep coming in I was in front of 5 people and all of them got their hair cut first I Didnt say anything because I thought they had a appointment but no they didnt had appointment, I will never come to this place ever again they made me waste my time.
