The do indeed fix your phone when other places just screw something else up

The guy was very rude and seemed like he was angry and didnt pretend to care that he was operating a business. He didnt understand my problem with my cell phone and basically told me he had no idea what I talking about in the rudest means possible, I had plan to go back but decided never to do business with them and will not recommend their services.

I stopped by the Gadsden Mall booth & NO ONE WAS THERE. tried calling multiple times & the voicemail message said no one could take my call. so Im going to another business to get my phone repaired.UPDATE: got a response & they claim to have changed their hours on multiple sites, and it doesnt appear correct on any of them, and they also claim that the mall has a sign to put up when no one is there, didnt see it at all.

Its a great place to work! They will price match and work with you. Theyre also extremely patient. I will miss working here. I went to Cellairis Wednesday night to get my phone fixed and then found out it was disabled and Jessica told me that I could come back the next day and pay for it because I didnt know it was going to be that much. Throughout the entire thing she kept me happy and laughing. Shes an amazing worker and I will recommend everyone to go to her to get their phones fixed.

Sammy and Jess repaired my daughters cracked screen and sold us a three year protection plan along with a new case and screen saver. They were very professional and courteous. Great experience!!!

I had my phone fixed twice at a different location and was very pleased. So while I was was in Gadsden I came here to get a quote on my newer phone that I busted and the manager was rude and didnt seem to care about his job. Also,he should stay off of his phone and learn how to apply deodorant, he does not need to be a manager.

I had my phone screen and led replaced in April. After getting my phone back two weeks later the phone went black and would not work. I took the phone back and told the person there who stated she was the manager the problem. She informed me the phone needed a new led and it would cost me another 134.00. I told her was not going to pay another 134.00 after I just got it fixed and asked for the corporate number . She then told me nastily that she would order me another one but it would take 4 days. I checked back after 7 days and another person that was there stated he was the manager and it would take another 7 days. At this time I was extremely upset and their awful attitude did not make it better. I used this company because I had heard good things about them and not to worry they would take care of the problem. Never did I expect such awful customer service. Eventually it did get fixed. Well here it is 3 months later and led has gone bad AGAIN. I went back and told the same girl as before the problem and she stated its under your 90 days but your screen is broken again and thats why it went out. I stated how can you be sure if you havent looked at it and and you have already replaced this led twice. She said well Im sorry theres nothing she could do. I asked her the corporate number she stated their gonna tell you the same thing I did. Needless to say I called and the never returned my call after calling twice. I am in retail and I have never encountered such poor customer service. I believe if you want repeat and loyal customers to always maintain a high level of customer service. I will not recommended this company to anyone. Nor will I revisit this kiosk .
