I brought an iPad to be unlocked, they werent sure if they could do it.....They said to leave it with them & check back the next day.I called the next day & they were able to factory reset it, but I still couldnt use it.....The previous owner had set up Google account, password & their phone number.....Its a shame, nice iPad.....I got to talk to the owner on initial drop off of iPad, very nice, great customer service here as well!If I ever need anything else repaired, Ill return here!I highly recommend you bring your items here as well!

Chipped my phone screen and blamed it on me, didnt connect my finger print scanner, and messed up my batter resulting in it swelling.

Brad Barnes repaired my daughters IPhone 7 screen beautifully and was also able to place a new screen protector on it. The screen replacement took right at an hour to complete and the price was very affordable. I will be using Total Cell Phone Repair in the future if ever needed!

Service was ok, I guess but the pricing was outrageous. They not only would have to order the parts necessary but said it would cost over $400 for the repair. I can get a new phone for that.

Great costumer service but they fixed my iPhone 7 plus and I don’t know why but there is a week spot on the lcd and some of the screen dont work.

They were very helpful. Even though I chose to not buy the screen I needed, they were still very polite.

After they “fixed” my iPhone X the pressure buttons didn’t work and there were dead spots in my keyboard. I tried getting them to replace it but it kept having the same issues and he kept telling me to come back the next day until I took it to Cellaris and they fixed it no issues. I probably went there a total of 20 times.Don’t go here.

Couldnt fix my phone

I have used them for over a year on things from unlocking phones to replacing screens and charger ports. They have never charged me a price I felt was too high and even gave me discounts on certain things. I have never been dissatisfied with their work but they have always offered a warranty in case I was. I really appreciate these guys and all they have helped me with. Definitely worth a 5 star rating!

I was sent here by AT&T and was so happy they sent me there. My phone wouldnt charge, when I dropped it off and explained my situation they told me theyd take a look at it and give it a free diagnosis. When I picked it up, they informed me they cleaned out the ports and my phone charges once again. If my phone ever messes up again, I will definitely be taking it back here.

I took my daughters phone here, which is an iPhone 6. They didnt put the screw in the bottom of the phone & the screen was lifted at the bottom. It is very clear to see, but I went ahead & put it in the case because we were going out of town & plus this store is closed on Sunday, so I couldnt take it right back. Over the weekend, while the phone was in the case, it fell onto the Carpet & the screen broke. I took it back to the store that Tuesday. The girl that worked there was very rude, tried to say it was not their fault, even though they didnt put the screen on correctly, which is why it broke again, and wanted to charge me another $85 to fix it. Very disappointed & will never refer anyone here. I asked to speak to the man that fixed it & she said he was busy. Dont waste your money!!!

My IPad screen got cracked so, I got it fixed there. Just days after I got it back, my LCD screen broke when did absolutely nothing, they disabled the fingerprint scanner, and they dont know how to properly glue a screen down. Now I get my LCD screen fixed, the screen is coming off and my home button is messed up.
