Not one of the vacuums works well enough to vacuum the car and there was multi color soap still on my vehicle after washing. It’s clearly a maintenance issue. The young kids working there were nice and attentive, but they cannot make up for sub par equipment that is apparently not well maintained

Prices went up, one boy with hand brush wiped driver side only. Still had pretty colored soap on the hood and side windows when I left. Very, very disappointed with the service and wash.

Just left car wash. Had to go through twice because suds were still visible after first time. One attendant said this is an automatic car wash. Another attendant said if suds are still on vehicle, drive to other side & they would rinse suds off. This is not convenient at all. This is not first time suds remained on vehicle.I have a pass that I pay monthly, was in process of changing fromone account to another. But after this continuous problem, I am terminating pass.

Great bunch of kids, love to see the young people out working. I go through about twice a month and have always been satisfied.

I paid for the ultimate wash. They were supposed to clean my wheels watched them do it to the car in front of me but the 3 boys walked away when I drove up and went inside, when the wash was over I was not happy my tires were still dirty and so was my grill. Not happy with a high price wash. Most likely wont go back!

These have taken a down hill spiral over the last couple of years. Not well maintained or operated. Virtually nothing for customer service. One of their car washes on Meighan, ripped the entire luggage rack off of my SUV. I had to go retrieve it myself. I cancelled my speed passes then for all three of my cars, and started using Washbox in RBC. MUCH BETTER! I am STILL, after cancelling with USA 3 MONTHS AGO, trying to get them to STOP CHARGING MY ACCOUNT FOR THEIR SPEEDPASS!! No one even answers their customer service phone #.

Buy a monthly membership you will have access to 3 local car washes and you can go every day twice a day at any of the 3 local car washes and any other car wash that is owned by this company in the southeast. Best deal around you couldnt buy the stuff to wash your vehicle frequently at home and your time to do it pays for itself.

Did NOT clean my car and I bought the $21 car wash. The vacuum dont work that good. It mess my grill up on my car. I want to talk to a manager or the owner. I need someone to call me. I have tried to call them for a week and no answer

I wouldnt recommend for any vehicle that is more than dusty. Its nice that its hands free, but I wiped dirt off the vehicle with no effort after being washed. Vacuums are free but most are clogged and do not have suction. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My truck wasnt as clean as I thought it could have been tire shine was not evenly put on the tires and had spots that didnt have any on it at all and the vacuum cleaner seemed really weak. I went home wash the truck by hand and put my own tire shine on it.

The wash is good, the crew currently working at the place are very respectful and helpful. The only issue I personally have with this car wash is canceling the monthly service. I canceled 3 months ago and am continuing to be billed. The manager and staff have refunded me my money and have done everything to try to make it right. It is very irksome to continue to have to drive over to the carwash and get my money back. Whatever billing software they use is a pain in the butt.

Getting the fast pass is a great value, the only issue Ive notice is sometimes one of the robots mess up and dont come out to wash a side of course if you have the fast pass its not a problem you can just go back through if it needs another go

This is a good place to go for a quick no-hassle car wash. Easy access from the road, free vacuum and easy exit. The place is usually very busy so they must be doing something right. They also have car passes so you dont have to stop and pay. Just drive up and go through, it auto-pays. Check them out.

I’m a customer at the Car Wash USA Express and I’ve been there so much that I have a favorite attendant. He’s a dark complected bearded sweetheart. I don’t know what his name is but I’ve been wanting to ask him. To me he’s the best there is at washing cars. He’s so handsome and so kind. It really warms my heart to see him working.

This is the best carwash I’ve ever went through. I don’t know how much they make but the 2 good lookin tan beefy guys deserve a pay raise if you ask me. They go out of there way to make sure my car is the cleanest it could be and there really nice and have great smiles.A+ for them and there wash

Good strong vacs

They are never open. I have a pass and pay faithfully but their hours are not true. It can sprinkle a litte rain and they close super early. Sometimes I just want to vacuum and I cant even do that. They need an app or email alert on hours of opening and early closing. It is becoming very inconvenient for trips there and have to turn around.

Vacuum suction was aweful. Wash was ok. This is the first time I used this car wash and will be the last.

This place is usually not open until 8:00 pm. They should update their operating hours on here. Or at least turn the Open sign off. However, when they are open, the service is top notch, the employees are friendly, and the car wash works great!

I love getting my car washed there. My car comes out clean and I dont have to worry about how to do it with a wash and go self-service car wash. It isnt expensive and if you get gas at the Murphy Express, you can get a dollar off of the car wash.

Its a pretty good value, straightforward, free vacuum. I go there about twice per month. Oh yeah, dont blame them for your antenna. Theres a big sign that tells you what to do with your antenna long before you enter the car wash. In other words, dont be a moron and leave your antenna on after seeing the big sign, then come out with your newly broken antenna, then try to blame them for it. Its a car wash, not a service station. Not their job to remove antennas all day. Read the sign, follow the directions, and youll be fine.

Brushes arent working in the car wash. It didnt even spray all the soap off my car. I tried 6 different vacuum hoses all were stopped up. The only plus about this place is the attendant was nice and got the soap off my car and started unstopping the vacuums.

Knocks the back wipers off of cars so often it even has a disclaimer regarding the damage. And 3 xs I visited, 3 xs I lost my wiper. They did go into the washer and help reattach it but I was surprised that they were not responsible for damage to a new car? My bad for returning? Yep! Definitely my bad.

Had an issue with my taillight being ripped off my vehicle in the car wash..filled out a claim there and I was told the manager would get back with me...NOTHING. NO CALL..NO LETTER..NOTHING... Like a fool I came back... got an Express Wash on January 6th 2019 and the vacuum cleaners will not suck a piece of grass. Been trying to get the car vacuumed for at least 40 minutes and nothing is happening. Worst car wash ever! Dont go there!

It took a logo off my Toyota FJ, I saw it fly by my window is how I knew about it, the boys try to help me find it & could not, they suggest calling me in 2 weeks when they next are schedule to do a pit cleaning to see if it is in there, only if I left my name & number. This was the only solution they offered. Your vehicle looks so bad without its logo :( Lucky me I found it trap in the front of my grill after I left :/ This car wash is too rough & if it damages your vehicle your on your own. The risk is not worth it at $10, damages could cost you Hundreds $,$$$

Carwash does a good job. Vacuum area has a floor mat cleaning machine. The price has gone up over the past year but if you use all the services it is still a good value.

Car Wash USA is a good way to give your car a quick wash when its too cold to wash it at home. Very reasonably priced.

The monthly pass is a great deal for the quality of the wash you get.

Tore the wiper blades completely off my truck, broke the tag bracket and it wasnt completely clean. The guy there handed me the parts and pieces and said sorry. Wont go back

It took over five minutes for an attendant to come enter the code I got when I purchased gas. The vacuums weren’t working. If you advertise that you’re open until 8:00 then don’t close at 7:30.

Quick wash, better than normal drive thru. 3 attendants, one scrub the bugs off the front and the other off the back before going in. Free self service vacuum (10 or 12).

If you use the one across from Walmart its Alot better... The young men working are always very nice.. They keep the area very neat and clean and all there vaccums work great...

Normally I go to the boaz zippys and wash my car they are awesome! But today I made the mistake of getting it washed in gadsden. The guys were to busy talking and goofing off to work. I went to ask if he would take my antenna off because I cant get it off (because it was put on with a wrench). He sprayed me with soap. He left my antenna on. When i hit my brakes to try and ask him to take it off he yelled BRAKES OFF! Again... I guess it made him mad that i interrupted his horse playing. Just not a very good place. I will continue to go to boaz where they take my antenna off are very nice and they act normal.

The employees allowed us to go in with the antenna on did not bother to remove it or anything to remind us to remove it. We came out and the antenna in our car got bent real bad. The employees say it is not their responsibility if it breaks in a car wash. So basically if your car gets messed up damaged in the car wash theyre not responsible for it

They always have people that can scrub your car to help get it ready to go thru the car wash and then after if your car isnt clean they can let you wash it again plus they have the free vacuum so does the 3rd and meighan shell but this one works better
