Poor truck wash, the soap will always have acid, if you don’t want acid, DO NOT COME HERE! Make sure they rinse or you will get these steaks. The workers are lowlife addicts looking for a fix

I dont think the old lady in the office is very nice and she was kinda rude. If I put my card in your hand, why do you feel the need to place it on the counter. Thats very rude!!

Thought the price was good but got done and the truck and trailer looked like they had been sprayed and that was all. Realized they had scratched our truck in multiple places. NEVER AGAIN

Very nice people, pulled in at 7am for a washout (dedicated washout bay!) and was out 10 min later. Super convenient being right in the Petro lot. Nothin bad to say

Talking about getting a big truck washed. These guys are great. It doesn’t matter if it’s freezing cold or raining or just plain hot. They will give your semi a great wash and the price is reasonable so truck drivers go ahead and check this place out. I haven’t been disappointed yet 👍

Well,wit can I say...quick,professional,friendly,etc,etc,etc..I loved it!!!

Great job with the wash out, only thing is they need to put a sign out front explaining that for truck wash check in at the back of the building.Instead of wasting your time checking in with the receptionist for her to tell you to go to the rear of the building. The sign when Entering the yard says to check in in the office. Parking and entering the front of the building for no reason at all is counterproductive and unsafe to the company and customers.

Checked in and was washed out in no time at all. Nice friendly folks, too.

Monday to Thursday they stay open all night good place to get a washout $3500

I stopped in to get my truck and trailer washed. I specifically said no acid on my truck( I just polished my wheels tanks and boxes ). Not only did they use acid, they got an attitude when I brought it to their attention. I understand mistakes happen. I even asked for a refund and the lady at the desk said no, it’s not her fault they used acid.

Better than the bluebeacon your truck is hand washed.

Service was fine until I had to deal with the miserable woman in the office. I followed the instructions on the worker and pulled up so the next driver could pull in. He still needed more room as the worker kept telling me to pull up but I was going to be half in the entrance. So I pulled into a spot next to the facility and walked in at which point the woman in the office starts asking me why I would pull up and that she was in the process of calling the cops. For following the instructions the worker told me to do I might add. Then continues to be rude. I will definitely never return here. Maybe if she had communicated with the gentleman that was giving me instructions she would have known what was going on.

Just pulled up to have my truck wash a couple up thugs came out. I ask to have truck & trailer wash. Aluminum brightener on trailer and none on the truck. He says we dont not cover your drive tires up if he gets acid on them not his fault. I can remember when this use to be a good truck wash but this place has gone to hell. Never will I come back .

The pictures were taken after the wash. I had the truck washed, pulled around to the Petro to get a PM done and noticed all the bugs and missed spots. When I went back to the truck wash less than 2 hours later, there was a shift change. They instantly told me the washers are paid by the job not by the hour and the guys on this shift probably wouldnt want to wash my truck for free and they wouldnt make them do it. After a long discussion, my truck was finally washed. There were still plenty of spots missed but I had to get down the road and do my job. I will probably be back but I will watch them like Im training them and I will not pull out of the bay until Im satisfied. People make mistakes and they miss things so Ill just hold their hand while my truck is getting its bath to make sure the guys are super humans. I suggest you do the same thing or you may be very disappointed. Note: I posted the pictures several months ago and was too mad at the time to leave a review. I still have not been back but Ill give them another chance when in the area.

Hey drivers, this is my favorite spot in Gasden, AL. The owner makes his own soap/cleaning detergent for the trucks. Great truck wash.

Make you love the blue beacon. Super nice guys working there just poor training. Dirty soap water dirty brushes and didnt wash one side of my truck till I called them on it. Be good if you just need mud knocked off.

This location is in the Petro parking lot. Decent outdoor 2 bay spot. Prices seem comparable to the beacon. Mom and Pop spot that takes their time with your equipment.

I called at noon time asked how late they were open and she told me 10 pm.We got there at 8:15 pm and they were closed. Bummer because we had to go to the shipper and take a chance on the trailer being rejected. Thankfully that didnt happen. No big deal though.

Very friendly at check in. Prices are VERY reasonable. Had to have the truck rewashed due to the Beacon doing a crappy job. This wash was SO MUCH BETTER!!!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

Nice folk. Great washout. Wouldnt necessarily do a full wash here, given slightly limp spray units, but the trailer is clean and fresh smelling.

Not the first time we had issues here.Posted hours say they open at 6am 7 days a week, its now 7:15 and nobody is around. Nobody answers the phone. When looking up the phone number I see all the reviews that say the same thing and mention outrageous prices. Were heading to the people over in Albertville that want to work. Our money wont be wasted here anymore.

Some tiny independent wash that just uses the petro name. Lady inside truck stop says they arent affiliate.All they did was get the dust of the truck... grime and bugs still over my rig. Save your self the time..If I were to sit in a rain storm it would clean my rig just the same as these people did..I dont think its the crews fault. They dont have decent sprayers, soap ect To get the job done. First n last time I come down here.

Came in for a reefer washout. Waited about 2 hours with only 2 trucks in front of me. Luckily I was going on home time. They did their job 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yep, went here, was told by a black guy who was washing my truck, oh you want the 200,00 $ wash job, refused to do what I asked him. Worst wash ever. Never go back!

The Washout is 35.00 if you get soap and sanitizer the washout is 45.00. To wash a truck and flatbed is 55.00 and a truck and box or reefer trailer is 65.00.

100$ for washout...extortion...the guy said its dirty...and he need one hour to clean the trailer...after 14 min he finished...and after I asked why they changed me 100 $ for one hour but hes done in 14...they said its taking 45 min to clean the bay...stay away...for everything they find a reason to extra charge...now I need to call my bank to cancel the transaction
