I absolutely loved how my nails turned out! They were just like the picture! The service was great and the people were friendly!

Gel polish was poorly done during my pedicure. I got to the car and saw my big toe polish was extremely bubbly and cracked. I didn’t notice it until I left because he put my shoe on immediately after taking it out of the lamp and I could not return to get it fixed due to a busy schedule. Will not be returning.

They do a really good job on your nails the male employees have attitudes but for the most part I would refer them

My step mother loves this salon and has gone for years. I have never had an issue going along with her. The past 2 experiences I have gone solo and I will never go again.First time I went I wanted a mani and pedi. Started with pedi and the entire time the girl that was working on my pedi and the one next to her talked and laughed, looked at me, laughed. It was just a very uncomfortable situation where I did not feel welcomed. I opted for only a pedi that day.I go back yesterday, Sunday, and I know they are busy so I plan on waiting for a little bit. The time I sat there I had no problem with. What upset me was that people that did walk in, just as me, we’re taken back for a pedi before I. The first person I didn’t think anything of it. Three ladies go back and I’m not even acknowledged for 45minutes straight. I simply walked out, and that will be the last I return.Their hospitality is poor, or maybe I went on 2 bad days. Either way I will not be returning.

I love my nails from Encore Nail Spa! Such attention to detail. Today I received Mani and Pedi and my nails look impeccable. Definitely my go to salon. All tools are sanitized and shop was super clean.

Michelle is the best. She is kind, polite and professional. Three years of coming here, I like the way they handle things.

Not very friendly and not inviting at all.. the men seem to be very ill, and not happy..and noticed that one of the employees/male was reusing tools on on pedicures. Thats terrible 😕

Lady that did my pedicure was really rude. I understand that I asked her to repaint my nails because I didn’t like how the color looked once it was on my toenails but there was no need for her to yell and say “I told you it wouldn’t look right. You should’ve listened to me when I told you” To me that was not professional at all. One of her coworkers even came up to her and asked her why she was yelling for. There was no need for that. To make things even worse she cut my skin instead of cutting my cuticle. Was very upset with my pedicure.

It was busy on a Saturday but things moved fast. The front desk attendant was very nice helping my daughter and myself pick colors. My 13 year old daughter didn’t feel comfortable speaking up when her first full set of acrylics didn’t meet her standards but that is more to do with her than the staff here. I got a gel manicure that was very nice and done very well!

I had an appointment for 1:30 and I was not brought back to a chair until 2:20 when 6 walk-ins were brought back before me.The reason I gave it two stars is because the owner offered to give me a discount and when I said my time is more valuable than the discount they offered to give it to me for free and I still declined.I was however a bit alarmed that the nail tech put her arms on me and tried to keep me from leaving and I had to forcibly tell her to please not touch me multiple times.either way I cant speak to the nails that were the nail quality but I can state that I waited for just shy of an hour for an appointment that I had booked ahead of time and then eventually had to leave when they brought walk-ins and ahead of me.

Made an appointment for 5/2 at 4pm waited for 30 minutes and they still weren’t ready for us. So I rescheduled for 5/5 at 5:30pm still waited for 30 minutes and they still weren’t ready for my mani pedi.I would except that if I make an appointment that a 5-10 minute wait is fine but after 30 minutes it’s just unacceptable

I just moved here to Fuquay about a month ago. I stumbled upon Encore nails because I was at petsmart & my nails had broken (from a different salon). I called & they fit me in within 10 minutes of me calling. Danny removed my set & applied a new gel set. He was very detailed & precise. He took his time & perfected every detail. Fast forward to today. I broke my nail & Danny fixed it. He took his time & fixed it. No problems. He did an amazing job with my pedicure. I’m on my feet all day & they feel amazing. Danny was quiet, but very professional. The rest of the staff is great as well. It’s a welcoming environment & very friendly. I definitely will be coming back & will recommend to anyone looking for a good & very well priced nail salon.

This salon is great! Very cute salon. Nice receptionist. Had no problems making an appointment. Everyone was very professional. I dont understand the bad reviews. They had such nice colors to choose from and good music playing.Michelle did my nails and she was very sweet and caring of my nails. I even got a nice hand massage after my manicure which none of the salons in the area do unless they charge more!Out of a lot of salons in the area I would say this is def top 2. Love this salon, they are being extra cautious with COVID precautions. Everyone wore masks and there is plexiglass between you and the nail tech. Michelle is my favorite!

I live in North Myrtle Beach and I travel here for the perfect mani & pedi! They do the best job and Michelle the owner is the sweetest thing ever!

I have been to this salon several times now. at my second visit for sns i found a tech in which i thought did an awesome job. i called and scheduled an appointment with the tech only to arrive to be told she was not working that day. nobody bothered telling me i wouldn’t be able to see my requested tech at check-in or scheduling. i tried to give the salon the benefit of the doubt and returned because it is close and convenient to my job. again, i found a tech in which i really liked. today i called to request an appointment with the desired tech only to arrive to my appointment in which i was told she was not working today. leaving 2 stars because the terrible service outweighs the few good techs i have come to find.

I love going to Encore! I always feel very welcomed when I arrive! I got my nails done by Jennifer about my 4th time with her! I love her and she does a great job and pays attention to detail!

Great job! Edit 10/06 5 stars to 3 stars, not sure who did my nails today but he didnt clip and file them evenly (owner?). Missed painting corners of my nails..who doesnt shake the polish before applying especially when its half empty. Elected not to put a clear coat on top of nails until I was under nail dryer and said something to him. Instructed me to get nails done before my pedicure. He did a POOR job. This is no reflection on the rest of the staff. Vinny did a fantastic job on my pedicure.

I know the owners personally and they are the nicest people. They provide amazing customer service and do the best nails! I have been getting my nails done there for 6 years and I’ve never had one complaint. This is most definitely the best nail spa in the area.

Ive been going to this Hair &Nail Spa since the business opened, however Im not one of the loyal regulars. Honestly Ive yet to find a place that impresses me above another, especially with services that are both quality and realistic in price. So I will keep trying new places until I do. In this case what does always take me back here for a quick pedicure is simply the convenient location and parking. Its true the staff are nice enough and the wait is not terribly long with or without an appointment, (since they have increased the number of chairs and staff) but personally speaking this business is not what I would consider a Spa at all. Im not really even sure if they do anything othen than nails anymore (the one hair stylist chair is gone )but with a starting price of $28 for a basic pedicure I guess I will keep going back when Im in a hurry.

Definitely not my first choice, however they do a pretty good job. Its nice to pick your own scent for pedicures and the salon seems to be pretty clean. I havent been happy at times with how my nails look but Ive never had a serious problem. I typically go here when I need nails done quickly and dont have time or havent made an appointment to go to my favorite place. Reliable, clean, average.

I have been going here for almost a year now and I will not go anywhere else. I only let Queen do my nails and she is wonderful. I’m always satisfied when I leave.

Great experience. I walked in, got seated for my pedi in less than 5 minutes, and was offered a beverage. I chose the deluxe pedi which was reasonably priced. In the past I have not been satisfied with the finished painting job, but this time it was very nicely done. They were not booked to capacity which I am sure is one reason for the higher than usual quality. Ill be sure to go back during the afternoon commute time on a weekday that doesnt see a lot of traffic.

My daughter and I enjoyed our visit today. Not only we’re we happy with our nails but came out very knowledgeable about the up kept and discounts.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! I went here and showed them what I wanted, just an orange coffin shape full shape. They did a clear nail with sliver polish on top??? When I confronted them they acted like they could not speak English at all, when I first arrived they were communicating with me fine. They also charged my card twice so $100. The application is awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Have been going here for about 4 years off & on wouldnt go anywhere else for nails, toes & waxing. Always goes above & beyond. Has even stayed open later than normal business hours so I could get my nails, toes & waxing done before vacation. Ive even over heard a phone conversation where the owner came in on her day off for a customer. Top notch customer service. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

I love this place! I moved to Fuquay-Varina last year and tried three different nail salons. Two were okay and one was awful. Then I walked into this salon to see if I might get luckier and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Michelle does such a great job on all types of nails (S&S, gel, acrylic) and great pedicures as well. The staff is very friendly. The place is always clean. The prices are fair for the services. Definitely recommend.

The staff is very well trained and the environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing enough I have seen many customers falling asleep during both pedicures AND manicures. 😹 If there is a question, a request, or if after a swipe of color you decide it’s not really what you wanted, all you have to do is say something. I walked in there and explained to him what I want (and what I don’t want that other salons have done) He really took care of me and has done so every time. I couldn’t get in one day with him, as it was such a late notice and close to closing time (understandable) and went somewhere else because I was desperate for a fill. Well that place just isn’t the same! Great staff.

I have been a customer at this location for close to a year and recommend all my friends to come here. I usually have a great experience with this place until Saturday when i came in i had who i think is the manager of this place he has a Bluetooth set in his ear did not get his name . Anyways he was soo rude he kept telling me to relax my hand and slapping me with the finger nail file he was really rough with my nails and just had a huge attitude the whole time i was there. i dont know if i will ever come back to this location again.

Made suggestions but didnt pressure me into anything. Made sure they told me the price for every service. Spoke very good English. Nice atmosphere! Clean!

4 stars due to great customer service and great end results for me and my gf. (Jelly pedicures)... but I took a star away because they didnt really know the procedure to the jelly pedicure and the nail tools they use are reused... every other place Ive been they use disposable tools. And I feel thats more sanitary. But they do wash and sanitize them... just FYI

I went in for a mani-pedi and had an amazing experience! We did not have an appointment and called at 6p, when they close at 7:30p, and they were very welcoming even coming in close to close. They provided a great experience, and were so kind. Extra bonus? Pricing was good! I will definitely come back!

This business is very professionally managed by caring individuals. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and important to them. I have been a client for over a year now and have ALWAYS experienced wonderful treatment and expert service. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the shop and even though they might be busy, you never feel rushed with your service time. I highly recommend this business and encourage you to give them a try for your hair and mani/pedi needs.

Decided to try here again after having a decent experience when getting SNS done. I went in for SNS and a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was nice but she did not ask me beforehand and I felt her digging too deep next to one of my toes and I see my toe bleeding and she says I had an ingrown nail and she proceeded to finish cutting on my toe. I was flustered because I have never had an ingrown toenail before nor did I have any issues with my feet. I was there for a simple pedicure and polish change and don’t appreciate her taking it upon herself to do something that wasn’t asked, especially considering I did not have an ingrown toenail. I wake up this morning and my toe is swollen and I can’t apply any pressure to my foot. I don’t know what exactly she did but I didn’t pay for a pedicure to have a foot procedure done. I will be contacting the company and the BBB if I end up in urgent care over this. Be cautious if your thinking of getting your feet done.

I went for the very first time this past weekend with two friends. when i sat down at the table everything seemed to be going ok until the nail tech almost put gel on my nails (i was getting sns).. he looked very confused but went ahead and started the process. he cut my fingers so bad with the dremel so my entire visit i was in pain. im not sure how many times youre suppose to dip sns nails but he dipped some of my fingers over 4 times. i was EXTREMELY disappointed in the finished product when i left. most of my nails are rough to the touch, theyre all very thick and uneven.. some even have flat spots. definitely not $50 worth. not sure i will go back.

I went in and asked for round acrylic nails and was told I was getting grandma nails. My nails are not a consistent shape or length. And when I sat down at the drying station he asked if I wanted to scoot back away from the dryer and I said yes please he replied you need to get up you’re going to be too heavy for me to move. My nails look like they are pointing upwards and the paint is see through in some sections.

I do not go there (after today I’m glad i don’t), but I kindly was gifted a gift card for there for a mani/pedi for my birthday last year -July 2017.... & it’s just gone unused since I do go elsewhere to get my nails done. (Thank God not this place, shoutout to Nails First in Holly Springs!!) Anyways the gift card has been in my wallet this whole time so it just looks beat up. Today is my mom’s birthday & she likes to get her nails & toes done & doesn’t really care where she goes so I thought why don’t I just go there & see if they will transfer the balance for me to a brand new card so I can re-gift it to her because she would enjoy it & the guy was EXTREMELY rude!!! He said “no you can leave (literally pointed at the door) & just keep that card for forever then if you’re not going to get your nails done here.” I know he doesn’t care because hes already got his money, but how freaking rude? This just showed me their standards of customer service (which is obviously terrible) & I believe it should be the utmost importance with any business! I now will NEVER go there! Ever! I’m just literally blown away at his attitude & demeanor towards me & the situation! Word of mouth travels fast & that’s why from a business standpoint i don’t understand why you would even think to talk to a customer this way. If you wanted to say no you could say “no ma’am I’m sorry we can’t do that for you, it’s not in our policy” or whatever & i would of walked away with nothing negative to say about this place. Just goes to show HOW you talk to people is everything. Will never recommend this place to anyone now! Can’t tell you how their manicures are but their attitude sucks!

The nail tech tried to soak off my hard gel nails because he thought they were acrylic. I told them they were gel. He didnt listen. Then instead of filing them off, he ripped them off, taking half of my natural nails with them. Horrible experience.

Worst experience Ive had. My nails were glued on wrong, acrylic was messed up and my nails are all breaking off. Within one hour of getting them done my first one fell off! They were very rude and tried to say it was my fault they broke. They didnt even paint my nails properly. Im goin to get my money back today and I will NEVER be back again.

I went, the owner was very rude,the website said 27 but he charged me 36. He missed spots on my nails, and never said two words to me. I went with a friend and they didn’t listen to her about the length of her nails. Will not be going back

So I then asks him if he was going to and he got mad and says “Why didn’t you tell me that?” With an attitude and then starts speaking in another language very angrily to the other workers.
